Staff were always taking care of our needs and were lovely throughout our visit. Sam, Bee and Alex made our visit to turtle bay and York a visit to remember!

Freya was the best I can’t believe how amazing she was any point I needed her she was next to me for my questions the best experience I’ve had with turtle bay.

Did bottomless brunch today and had the pleasure of Maddie as our server. She was absolutely amazing and never let our drinks get empty before getting us another one 11/10 service and can't wait to come back!

We had josh as waiter, he was attentive, patient and gave good service, was very busy drinks was not very quick but josh did what he could to help that better

It was really busy (Saturday bottomless brunch), our server was good at coming to get our orders given the rush that was in place! Would’ve been better if we could have ordered another drink quicker. Thanks Freya you did great for a group of rowdy middle aged women!

Freya was LOVELY! They checked on us multiple times, were good with allergies and we got a desert for the the birthday girl

Niall was amazing. Very helpful with allergens and didn’t make me feel like I was being awkward. He double checked everything with the kitchen. Only downside (and it’s minimal) was my meal arrived without the side of greens. When I asked where it was I was told they were sure on allergens but no one informed me or offered an alternative. Ellie our server was attentive and often appeared before we required drinks. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Really enjoyed out experience, came for a friends birthday for a bottomless brunch and our sever Sophia was wonderful.

What can I say... we stayed in here 3 hours, drank copious amounts of beautiful cocktails and ate some lovely Jamaican food. Staff and other customers were extremely friendly bouncer on the door had great chat too...

Me and my dad very much enjoyed our food, we highly rate the kingston fried chicken and the trini chicken curry, our waiter Niall was amazing and very on-it with making sure we had everything we needed, and food arrived very quick.

Been for bottomless brunch here in York before, and I can say with certainty that the service we’ve ever had is from Niall the GM and the lovely bartender Bex. I would 100% recommend to anyone to come again!

Great food and drink as usual. Tucked away a bit but the premises are very light, bright and airy. Recommended.

We came for a bottomless brunch and upgraded for a main meal from the rest of the menu. Niall was lovely and made sure we had enough drinks for our final rounds! Also shoutout to the American girl who started off our brunch (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was super helpful when I was torn between meals to get! Highly recommend - food was delicious and great choice of drinks with super friendly and helpful service :)
