I stopped in for eggs benadict and they had a very interesting twist on hollandaise sauce using beetroot which I loved. The service was excellent and it was a real pleasure to eat there. The location is incredibly convenient and I would highly recommend considering this place if you're looking for a bite to eat in town.

It is a cute and fantastic cafe in a great location within the city centre. If you go to this cafe you must try the delicious Hungarian pastry kürtőskalács.

I come into Duo all the time, never been let down, always bringing friends in here because I know we'll be treated well. It has a cosy atmosphere and really good coffee and cake. It's run by the friendliest people in York and they'd love for you to visit!

Had the Bubble Milk Tea, Pekin Duck Crepes. Amazing! Tasty! Loved the big portions abd the drinks were tk die for. Was visiting York for a short break. Don’t miss, you won’t regret it. BGeorges is sooo wrong about the Pink Hollandaise Suace. Saw so many people having it and it look amazing. They were clearly enjoying it. What a beautiful twist to the Eggs Ben! Well Done and Keep up! We will be back!

Absolutely amazing the staff is so amazing they are so kind and unbelievably organised the second you finish your water they come and fill it up and all the food was sooooooooo tasty not a single bad thing that I could say about this place 10/10 recommend thank you so so much definitely will visit many more times! 💗😊

61 GillygateI didn't expect that you can still eat Hong Kong style food in York. The restaurant offers a lot of Hong Kong style snacks and food, such as dry fried beef noodles, pickled mustard greens, and braised rice with pork shreds. But the restaurant is most famous for its siu mei. Every Friday, you can have Friday limited roast meat. On other days, they also have roast duck and barbecued pork. If you like siu mei, you can't miss it. Siu Mei can be served with rice, rice noodles or rice noodles. The special thing about this rice noodles is that their texture is very rare. They don't absorb soup and are a more chewy type. If you are interested, I suggest you try it. In addition to siu mei, their Hong Kong style stir-fry is also very good. I especially recommend the pickled mustard greens and pork shreds. The rice is really delicious, and the iced lemon tea is also a good choice. Overall, the food quality is good, but the price is a little expensive compared to other Hong Kong style restaurants.

2 Fawcett Street, York YO10 4AQ EnglandExcellent service and food, very lovely staff I couldn't be more satisfied. I was here with a Chinese friend, the atmosphere was cosy and inviting, and it was reassuring to see the cutlery taken straight from the disinfection cabinet. The Traditional Chinese Menu was delightful, bursting with flavour, and truly made my day! I genuinely look forward to returning for another visit!
