So I’ve been going to these guys for ages, great service and food but now you’ve definitely lost a good customer, chips was soggy underneath £16.10 adding extra charge for pots of sauce! I ordered a medium and they charged me for a large and its not even a large kebab. So what we are just ripping off good people now? Goodbye Papisto your time was served. Used to love this place but your now becoming like any other takeaway in York. Jokers!

First time using this evening, 2 donner kebabs and 2chips. Wernt greasy at all all nice and fresh and prepared infront of me. Guy who was on was really friendly and explained everything. Really good portion sizes and packaged really well. We have found our new friday takeaway spot!

Use palasito at work quite regularly. Great all round. We all love it, you’re great. The food gets us through our night shift in the control room! Yummy! I’d recommend here

On a cold saturday night, after a busy shift at work all I require is a warm meal inside my belly. papasito was the choice this evening and was it a good decision? damn right it was. Made my own pizza and got some chips to accompany them. App extremely easy to use and order was placed. Food arrived in due course and the taste was everything i wanted and more. Will I return? 100%

This has to be the nicest pizza and kebabs in york by far. The toppings on the pizza are very generous and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely lovely every single time I’ve ordered.

Myself and my husband ordered from here this evening. I ordered a calzone which was the best I have ever had from a takeout establishment. My husband was equally satisfied with his kebab. The portion sizes are very very generous, The prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend. 😊

Went here for the first time the other day. I ordered the chicken and lamb shawarma wrap and had some chips on the side. The lamb was succulent and full of flavour and the chicken was seasoned well and very tender. I'm normally hesitant when it comes to takeaway chips as I have been burned before but they were lovely. Nice and flavourful and not soggy at all. I didn't call ahead but it only took 10 minutes of waiting before I got my food. Prices were decent too vs other takeaways nearby. Staff was also very friendly! Will definitely be back!!!

Food is always nice from here but my food arrived and the delivery driver clearly had his bag on a side because all my cheese had slid off my pizza and he didn’t read the notes to ring me when he arrived instead or ringing the bell so he’s woke my baby up 😩

First time customers, tried the chicken shawarma kebab and definitely wasn't disappointed. The meal came in a massive tray with plenty of tasty shredded chicken, flatbread, chips, salad and sauces. Absolutely amazing food, great value for money at £10.49. Will definitely be back! Really friendly staff too!

This is the best Kebab in York by far hence why he 5 star but not the best kebab ever. I had the chefs special. The breads are great and the sauces are really good along with really good meats. Would love it if the salad included cabbage. Keep innovating guys in the York kebab space you could take the city by storm. The best Kebab I have had to date is Gourmet Kabab in Caxton (Cambridgeshire)emulate these guys and you will smash it! Good luck.

So first order 5stars 2nd order 4stars I've ordered many times now and recommend this takeaway but unfortunately it's no longer delivering great food it arrives cold tasteless and where's the cabbage that is supposed to be in the salad??? Its a shame because you used to be great! I sadly won't be ordering again

Sadly disappointing. Very average takeaway pizza, soggy chips (I know, delivery chips, it's a thing, but I've had much better), and my chicken schwarma pizza was just little bits of barely seasoned chicken and a lot of unmentioned onion and pepper. I was deciding between schwarma and pizza and thought this would be best of both worlds, having some freshly shaved chicken shovelled on to a cooked pizza. Instead it was your standard pollo. Shall not be returning.

Normally great but tonight was really disappointing. Donna meat dry and overdone, and a lot of the meat very underdone. Cheesy garlic bread was so dry and had a strange after taste. First order was fantastic, second was decent and it appears to be going downhill, really poor standard tonight making it difficult to recommend.

Would 100% recommend the chicken kebab 👌

Excellent food , the burger and chips is great, never tasted chips like these and my wife loves the garlic bread special. PS my wife and I are both pensioners and this is our once a week treat, good value.

Went to this place to get the takeaway order for our shift at work. The consensus of opinion is they all thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was tasty, nicely cooked and plenty of delicious topping on the pizzas.

This place is consistently the best in York for pizzas. Really thin base, not overly greasy, great tasting and always prompt delivery with hot piping food. Been in the shop a couple of times and staff are extremely friendly too. Many friends have tried the food from here whilst visiting or after a few drinks, and all have complimented how good the food is and nothing is ever left over, including the crusts as even the dough is tasty as hell. I don’t mind paying a little bit more for better ingredients and better tasting food. Keep up the good work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

OMG this has to be one of the best takeaways around, I have never had a kebab as tasty as these, the pizzas are absolutely delicious the burgers are super tasty too, I would order from here any night of the week, absolutely love it.

Hands down the best take away in the surrounding area chicken shawarma pizza has to be the best pizza I've ever had , and bin in clifton I thought I'd never say it with lukes pizzas bin so good, just had a shawarma wrap and AGAIN beautiful highly recommend this place

Burger was like piece of rock. Asked for lamb shis cubes meat. I told them that I hate donner. They said is probably meat anyway I received donner. If I could then I put 0 star Wasted time and money as food finished inside bin

We live just around the corner and thought we'd best try Papasito. Ordered a Chicken Kebab and it was delicious. Not as big a portion as some, but very tasty and fresh. Recommended.
