Sunday 2nd August 2020 had a group booking for 16 and every single one of us was well disappointed. Been here a few times but this was really bad . Spent £400. Starters were ok but mains meals were a joke. We got the usual saucer sized dish with one roast potato one tiny floret of broccoli and cauli and tiny bits of carrot. Over half the plate was empty . Then to top it all off 4 of our 16 chose cheesecake and every one was frozen solid . What a joke. Also there was no social distancing there were 4 more tables with 4 people on making it 36 people in the small room on the right . I noticed the even smaller room on the left near the bar was packed solid. Staff wore masks and there was hand gel available but we didn’t feel safe . Visit here at your peril . We certainly won’t ever go again .

Normally have no problems with this place. Made an order at 6pm on line for 815 delivery. Received an email at 8pm saying a problem with the order and to call, no answer on phone so we are now left without any meal!!!!

Lets not mess about, the veggie halloumi burger is a triumph. I am a meat eater but this burger is delicious. My only criticism of this option on the menu is the stupid little basket of chips you get with it. Stop putting a handful of chips in a pretentious basket and give customers a proper portion.

What an absolute disaster the afternoon tea was. My brother and I saved to take our two grandparents for afternoon tea as a Christmas gift, a day we were all looking forward to and to cherish as they are 85. It was horrendous. We arrived and were taken to an outdoor shed to have the afternoon tea where there was ZERO service. We timed 20 minutes between getting a simple cup of tea or (instant) coffee. You are given one single tiny pot of jam for two people - this is insane to me when you’re paying £20pp so we’d handed over £80 for this sham of a day. We asked for another pot of jam to be told ‘ sorry you are only allowed one’ we nearly left at this point. The food quality was terrible from the sandwiches to the store bought treats on the top. Honestly the worst dining experience we’ve had and we will never be going again!!

Went to best friend's wedding reception here yesterday really impressed went all out and what a lovely couple very friendly couldn't do enough for you really good food aswell

In my opinion the best chinese food in the area

We have frequented the George and Dragon for many years. The food is freshly cooked to order so yes there is a slight delay in service. But it is worth the wait can't rave enough about the Steak & Ale pie I travel miles just for this. But they are many dishes to choose from. If I had one criticism and o know this is a village country pub. Could do with a lickof paint. Staff always pleasant and welcoming. Well done team

If there were no stars, that’s exactly what I’d review the Rockingham Arms for. Used to love going for lunch, however on this occasion the service was absolutely appalling. Definitely won’t be back!

It's about time someone in management took responsibility for the shocking state of the car park. The "crater" has been there for years. Especially near the disabled parking. A claim waiting to happen

Came in for a meal with my partner, the atmosphere was really nice, all staff are friendly and polite. I was served by jack whose recommendations were great. The food and drink was lovely. Certainly be back.
