Disabled bell missing on front door!! Dirty & stained reception area bins disgusting especially under!!! Spoke to the Duty Manager; not happy with his attitude appears to be blaze about the issues I raised. So I voted with my feet and left ; Management need to get serious grip of the whole place and junior managers .

Chicken was too dry. Gravy was like jelly. Grandkids couldn't go to the toilet as they came out saying that they were disgusting. Chips wasn't to our liking. We got a family bucket, the majority of it was left and chucked in the bin. Will not be going back again.

Ordered and asked to park up when drive thru was empty brought out wrong drink so we returned it and again got the wrong drink after explaining the first time it was wrong, boxes all squished and squashed the food

It always takes a while to be served here. When using the drive thru, you are always asked to wait and items can take up to 10 mins.

Ordered 2 meals from the drive thru, was told to park up, after waiting 30 mins no food came out I went in store and they said they'd lost our order! Yet I was just sat waiting in the car park! They offered me some popcorn chicken!! Not the first time this has happened.

Staff is unmotivated ignorant and feels like they don’t want to be at work. Chatting to each other instead of serving and cooking food. As a fast food restaurant I’d be cooking my diners faster than they do. Management need to have a serious word with them or sack them all.

Chicken is good but the chips are absolutely disgusting the seasoning on them is awful

This is a fried chicken outlet, the chicken was moist but without much flavour. Chips/fries were warm Good coffee.

Used Uber for new years eve the driver cancelled and kfc wouldn't let us cancel they kept our food sat there until a new driver was found almost an hour later. Food was cold and soggy and in edible we had to put in the bin as the uber driver wouldn't take it back ruined our new years eve with the children appalling! No help from kfc or uber with this revolting!

Terrible service and the order was missing 2 items worth £15! We aren't ordering from here again!

It's a K F C, so it is what it is...Rated service 4 out of 5, as we had to wait in a collection bay for our order...Which seems to be the norm now no matter which DriveThru you go to 🤔

Delivered it good time. Missing Corn, Missing Dips and 2 Boneless strips missing. 6 pieces of Chicken all drumsticks and the chips lukewarm and stuck together. When I rang to complain they wanted me to collect even after I'd paid for delivery.

Ordered 3x of a two bag of chicken instead received 3 in one bag. We tried to call on several numbers was hung up on and generally ignored and i did not receive the other half nor a refund. And the food that we did receive was cold and overall unpleasant for a £40 pound oder for two people I expect better

I visited kfc manners with my family ,when we arrived the lobby was extremely clean and hygienic. Customer service was great and the staff members was very friendly and welcoming. The service was very quick and all of our meals came fresh and hot.

Very professional workplace the staff were all so polite and welcoming, the place was clean and tidy and most importantly the food was 10/10 will definitely be coming back

Staff here are absolutely horrid, I work as a driver and eat here dinner, they mark orders as ready the same second they get them so drivers don't get paid extra for waiting for too long, this place is ran by disrespectful teenagers who don't care about customer service, absolutely horrid and need new staff.

Joined the McDonald’s game of parking up EVERYONE so their drive through timers look good to management but each customer has to wait longer and the food is colder. Literally every single person has had to be parked up that goes through the drive through.

I have to say today was the worst experience I've ever had at KFC Manvers. 45 minutes for a £33.00 food order it really is at treat at that price. Never again. Staff too busy serving Just Eat and delivery drivers not the people in the shop. They served that many there was a wait on chicken. One guy asked for a refund after 30 mins and I would have done the same if we wasn't treating our Granchildren. People sat in cars one was 45 mins. Two young girls waiting 30 mins for 2 drinks?? Cold food being sent back from the car park. The shop was a disgrace. The bin was overflowing. I worked in Catering for 18 years so I know how hard they work, so they were either understaffed, inexperienced or just hating their job. If some of my previous manager had seen the bin how it was there would have been hell on. Sort it out KFC £33 of dissapointment for a treat.

Just poor, put the order through wrong and shrugged like it didn’t matter. Then left us sat in the car along side about 10 others while we watched orders pilling up inside getting cold with one person bringing them out.

Think this has to be the Worste KFC I have visited. The grease on the chicken was overwhelming, I am afraid it had to go in the dustbin.

We had to wait quite a while but we all enjoyed the food…it was really hectic and messy inside, they were definitely understaffed and overwhelmed…we did feel sorry for them….you would expect this service in a takeaway but not in a kfc….you really need to look after your staff…if they are happy the service and atmosphere would be so much better….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to staff and ⭐️⭐️ for kfc

The front of house is always nice and clean. The toilet area could be clean and tidy. Not much of an atmosphere in here, because when we go it's always quiet inside.

Very friendly and understanding staff, not like what you find at McDonald’s. It seems like the staff are actually trained to stay for years to come. Wait times are usually good too except when there's a lunch or dinner rush but that's understandable. Chicken can be dry and the seasoning is a bit hit and miss at times.

Fast food is NOT fast food here. Always takes ages, and the staff don't seem to have a clue

ordered £55s worth of food, only one piece of chicken was decent all the rest was scraggy small pieces with barely any meat on. one order was completely wrong - ordered a 4 piece boneless got 2 normal pieces so that left one child without food. one of the meals came with about 3 chips. all clap cold so had to reheat. had to divide up what we did have so that no one went without, which meant that we were all still hungry - so i still had to cook food afterwards. biggest waste of money! never again!

I’m stunned at some of these reviews as we’ve ate here around 5 times now and the staff are always amazing and quick. The management seems to be on point and the place is always clean too. Staff are well mannered. Compared to the other KFC’s I’ve been to this one is by far the best.

Paid 17.99 for a family feast got 6 piece of chicken 4 of them drum sticks 3 chips that was cold and 2 gravy that was like water absolutely disgusting no wounder it's only 3.4 starts

Just came back from kfc with my food, I ordered a fillet box meal, my fillet burger was completely dry dryer than Gandhi’s flip as they forgot to put on my salad and sauce, they were also very rude when we was ordering at drive thru. Also they forgot to put cheese and lettuce on the filet tower burger. There was no seasoning on any of the chips and the gravy was so watery

Payed 9.99 for a boneless banquet feast box. Approx 12 chips, 3 small chicken fillets/gougons, mini popcorn chicken, coleslaw, and a diet coke in a giant sized box. It definitely wasn't worth the money. I'm still hungry, so I will need to cook for the family.

Come on KFC, this is not the place to be, service although polite was very poor, food was eatable but not tastey or vfm, Too much pressure placed for rude deliveries drivers, barge through to front and slam the bags on counter and just shout order name, whilst the server is half way through plating my order she brakes off to sort him out, leaving my food to go cold on the counter, i did say something and she kindly offered me hot chips, drink machine broken to had bottled hand poured drinks. Looking at staff yawning and scratching their faces whilst serving aint a good look for the business. If front of house is unhygenic whats the rear area like , Resturant is scruffy too. All staff just at counter talking too. Tiolets were clean though.

We used the drive through tonight and as soon as we pulled up to the windowed food was ready and piping hot . It seems like they have made improvements to previous visits

Every visit involves missing items on order, once had to return the same order three times because it was incorrect every time

Shared a large bucket meal. Food was different from last visit. Chips seemed to be seasoned darker chips & also chicken seemed has thou it had been Air Fried & not deep fried has was more crispy but drier crispy skin. Enjoyed the meal thou.

Shocking food quality. Cold and limp. We threw it away. As it was via the drive thru we had already past the point of no return. A bad example of a major chain that needs management intervention.

Pretty rough - food was cold even though waited 15 minutes for it - rude staff - threw drinking straws at me - joint was filthy - all tables and floors dirty - greasy smeared windows and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling - meal came with a piece of chicken which turned out to be HALF a chicken drumstick - nothing good to say about the experience - it would appear that this is the norm now at all KFC outlets

My meal was horrible the chicken had also been cooked for hours the fries won't even flavoured properly or cooked properly It was terrible

Very poor overall. The drive-through queue was out into the car park, blocking access to the car park itself. I went inside to order, and the counter area was full of delivery drivers waiting to collect orders. The actual wait time wasn't bad considering but the food was only aired and the bags of chips were very greasy.

Only 3 on atmosphere cos we were the only ones in. Fast service though. Hot food, spot on.

Do not recommend, had food delivered, chips missing from order and rest of food was stone cold. Only thing ok was the can of pop. Complained and been told that because it was delivered within 45 minutes its acceptable and can't be refunded. No chicken will be hot after 45 mins out of oven. Dont waste your money unless you like cold food. Only rated 1 star as you can't give 0.
