The front of house is always nice and clean. The toilet area could be clean and tidy. Not much of an atmosphere in here, because when we go it's always quiet inside.

Very friendly and understanding staff, not like what you find at McDonald’s. It seems like the staff are actually trained to stay for years to come. Wait times are usually good too except when there's a lunch or dinner rush but that's understandable. Chicken can be dry and the seasoning is a bit hit and miss at times.

Seeing other reviews been afraid to order and unfortunately most of bad comments are true. Missing items.

Fast food is NOT fast food here. Always takes ages, and the staff don't seem to have a clue

ordered £55s worth of food, only one piece of chicken was decent all the rest was scraggy small pieces with barely any meat on. one order was completely wrong - ordered a 4 piece boneless got 2 normal pieces so that left one child without food. one of the meals came with about 3 chips. all clap cold so had to reheat. had to divide up what we did have so that no one went without, which meant that we were all still hungry - so i still had to cook food afterwards. biggest waste of money! never again!

I’m stunned at some of these reviews as we’ve ate here around 5 times now and the staff are always amazing and quick. The management seems to be on point and the place is always clean too. Staff are well mannered. Compared to the other KFC’s I’ve been to this one is by far the best.

Paid 17.99 for a family feast got 6 piece of chicken 4 of them drum sticks 3 chips that was cold and 2 gravy that was like water absolutely disgusting no wounder it's only 3.4 starts

Just came back from kfc with my food, I ordered a fillet box meal, my fillet burger was completely dry dryer than Gandhi’s flip as they forgot to put on my salad and sauce, they were also very rude when we was ordering at drive thru. Also they forgot to put cheese and lettuce on the filet tower burger. There was no seasoning on any of the chips and the gravy was so watery

Payed 9.99 for a boneless banquet feast box. Approx 12 chips, 3 small chicken fillets/gougons, mini popcorn chicken, coleslaw, and a diet coke in a giant sized box. It definitely wasn't worth the money. I'm still hungry, so I will need to cook for the family.

Always helpful and good value. They accept Blue light card and always have the items you want.

Come on KFC, this is not the place to be, service although polite was very poor, food was eatable but not tastey or vfm, Too much pressure placed for rude deliveries drivers, barge through to front and slam the bags on counter and just shout order name, whilst the server is half way through plating my order she brakes off to sort him out, leaving my food to go cold on the counter, i did say something and she kindly offered me hot chips, drink machine broken to had bottled hand poured drinks. Looking at staff yawning and scratching their faces whilst serving aint a good look for the business. If front of house is unhygenic whats the rear area like , Resturant is scruffy too. All staff just at counter talking too. Tiolets were clean though.

We used the drive through tonight and as soon as we pulled up to the windowed food was ready and piping hot . It seems like they have made improvements to previous visits

Snaps half decent if you’re one of the lucky ones who get it hot, even though every time I come here at the drive thru it’s constantly “can you just park up somewhere for me” foods good, staff / service you get 2/10.

I was given a completely different meal than my order. Ordered Zinger meal with white americano, and I got a fillet with cheese and a black coffee. Unfortunately, I didn't check my at the shop.

Every visit involves missing items on order, once had to return the same order three times because it was incorrect every time

Shared a large bucket meal. Food was different from last visit. Chips seemed to be seasoned darker chips & also chicken seemed has thou it had been Air Fried & not deep fried has was more crispy but drier crispy skin. Enjoyed the meal thou.

Shocking food quality. Cold and limp. We threw it away. As it was via the drive thru we had already past the point of no return. A bad example of a major chain that needs management intervention.

Pretty rough - food was cold even though waited 15 minutes for it - rude staff - threw drinking straws at me - joint was filthy - all tables and floors dirty - greasy smeared windows and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling - meal came with a piece of chicken which turned out to be HALF a chicken drumstick - nothing good to say about the experience - it would appear that this is the norm now at all KFC outlets

My meal was horrible the chicken had also been cooked for hours the fries won't even flavoured properly or cooked properly It was terrible

Very poor overall. The drive-through queue was out into the car park, blocking access to the car park itself. I went inside to order, and the counter area was full of delivery drivers waiting to collect orders. The actual wait time wasn't bad considering but the food was only aired and the bags of chips were very greasy.

Only 3 on atmosphere cos we were the only ones in. Fast service though. Hot food, spot on.

Do not recommend, had food delivered, chips missing from order and rest of food was stone cold. Only thing ok was the can of pop. Complained and been told that because it was delivered within 45 minutes its acceptable and can't be refunded. No chicken will be hot after 45 mins out of oven. Dont waste your money unless you like cold food. Only rated 1 star as you can't give 0.

We visit here with my adult autistic son and the staff are always so lovely. Quite a young group usually on a Sunday but always friendly and go that extra mile to make us feel welcome 😁

Ordered through just eat. Half of the order was missing and the store was no help. Won’t even answer the phone to give an explanation as to why. Requested a refund through just eat.

Food was good but had no hot chocolate, even though it was on the menu, so had to get a tea instead which was quite flavourless. Not only this, but a drink was forgotten to be put on the tray, a lipton peach tea, and when we finally got it, it tasted more like water than anything. disappointed with my experience.

Most of the time this place is ok and prompt however you have to tell them to check the order before handing over as they always miss items out and they mix the meals into the same bag

This place has to be reported about hygiene and the way it operates it’s a disaster place not recommended to eat from this place

Food was nice and as expected. Service was very slow 20min for my order to be ready to eat in. Atmos was not the best tables needed cleaning lots of mess on the floors.

Can't get orders right using drive through. It's literally run by young students or people that are really young. Food has gone down hill. it's soo poor barley taste the southern fried. "ive tasted better frozen food". Prices gone up but the chicken burgers has reduced in thickness and quality of food very poor . start making my own . Won't be eating these places no more.

Thank you soo much to the morning staff today (24/07) for helping me out when my car aquaplaned. Lovely caring people and offered me comfort and a hot drink and checking up on me until i had company. I have been to this KFC many times and the food has always been very good. Went again on Saturday 15th July at around 2.30 in the afternoon. We are pensioners and don't do cards and smart phone apps. We only pay by cash or crossed postal orders. My lady partner and I waited at the cash till counter with a £20 note in her hand to pay for two sit down meals. We were totally ignored by all the staff, just walked by like we was not there. But card and phone apps were taken straight away, so after 10 minutes we walked out. We went to Weatherspoon in Mexborough for chicken in a basket and a pint. Customers beware as this KFC appears to be card and phone app payments only. They don't take cash, so go elsewhere. Weatherspoon's and McDonalds take cash. THIS KFC DOES NOT TAKE CASH.

Just ordered three Double Dinner Deal for 2, for just £6.99 each on take away. At home when I checked my order there was only half of it - 3 burgers, 3 packs of fries and 6 chicken wings should be 6 burgers, 6 fries and 12 chicken wings. Feeling angry... And hungry...

I only wished I had taken photos of my history at this KFC. After my first horrible order, I thought I will give the 2 more chances over the last year. They set the bar so low the first time I thought they can only improve. Well, they did not. No more KFC for me from this excuse of a franchise. The managers(if any) should be let go and the owners of this franchise stripped of ownership. Shocking quality of food.

Nothing special i'm sure I just go to this place so I can have a good moan about the food and the bad service. Bought a mini wrap and a buffalo wrap, what's happened with food presentation nowadays because there's none here.

I ordered mighty bucket for one. That one is over cooked. Not good for eating.Staff behaviour is not good. They are showing discrimination. They don’t know how to treat customers.

Not busy, but yet it was absolutely filthy disgusting. Staff were too busy socialising to clean the place up. Not a single table that was clean, they were either piled up with rubbish / leftovers or had sauce stains, crumbs and salt etc on every one of them. Not wiped down or cleaned for hours by the looks of it.

Never had a hot meal from here eating in or out.. said many times ill not go again and have still gone back but won't go again.

It's the most filthiest place ever, outside tables not been cleared, inside not one clean table rubbish and food everywhere, I have never seen a more dirtier food prep area ever so much dropped food all over counters and floor, they couldn't stack the bags of chips in the racks due to the amount of loose chips dropped in the rack. This is a medical disaster waiting to happen

This is the unfortunate 2023 version of kfc takeaway...( no NHS discount unless ordered online) but the chips were disgraceful...cold, limp n the chicken was nothing to write home about. No wipes, no cutlery, no napkins or sundries.."be on your way..." NEXT..!! 😔
