Called here for my tea I can not fault the food it was piping hot service was lovely and polite and the crispy beef was delicious highly recommended four star ….

Food was superb and delivered on time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Come in and ordered a take out first time trying this Chinese and I’ve got to say it was beautiful the salt pepper chips was best ones I’ve ever had 😍 I would definitely recommend and definitely will be back. Thankyou x

Ordered Kung Po Chicken from here. I was a little dubious at first as it contains pineapple & chicken, (sounds like pineapple&ham on pizza - it's like marmite #IYKYK). I have to say it was sweet, spicy, succulent and it was something else! I would highly recommend it to anyone. The Salt & Pepper chips made it extra special.

Yummy food, lovely staff, quick and fast service.

Ordered from here a few times and never had a problem ,but last night I ordered chowmein for a change.The menu described it as having bean sprouts and carrots when it arrived all it had was noodles in sauce and nothing else ,it was so disappointing .

Ordered from here 11/12/20. Hands down the best crispy shredded beef i have ever had!!! Special chow mean was good but not the best prawncrackers but still good. Will order again.

Cannot fault Open Kitchen - great service, excellent food - Chinese food that is, I haven't ordered a mixed grill, because... why??

Just ordered a mixed grill, it is the worst I have had, the lamb chop is all bone, the steak is 2inch x 2inch, sausage and bacon not cooked properly Its a disgusting meal, ive had to throw it in bin. Never ordering again from this place.

I can’t comment on the service because someone else collected the order, this review is purely based on the food and it was awful! Comfortably the worst Chinese food I have eaten and was so bad in fact I threw it away and made myself some beans on toast. If the owners would like to speak to me feel free to respond or if they would just like some pointers on cooking...

First time to this Chinese, just collected an egg fried rice and it was awful never seen a wok, won’t be going there again.

Excellent! A terrific & tasty takeaway. This Chinese takeaway food is cooked and tastes to a restaurant standard. You are able to see food being prepared through the Open Kitchen's service window which is interesting to see. I would recommend this to any of my friends any day, after having tried various Chinese takeaways in this area.

1 and a half hour wait for Chinese is the longest I’ve ever waited for a meal horrendous. Better off ordering before your hungry you may get it by time your hungry then.

Used to recommend this place to everyone but my partner and I ordered from there tonight and delivery took 1 and a half hour for it to arrive, far enough could have been busy but food arrived stone cold had to re-heat it them missed of our prawn crackers and also sent chicken satay when we ordered skewed chicken satay. Tried to ring to complain but no-one answered 😡😡😡😡

Really good Chinese food! No complaints at all.

AWFUL! Rice tastes as if it's been cooked in fairy liquid! Chicken balls( asked for them well done, so they burnt them!) We're inedible! Waste of money. Sooner they close down the better!+/
