Food was 30 minutes late and cold by the time it arrived

Biggest regret was not checking the reviews first. Food took 2 hours to come, arrived freezing and tasteless, food was unfortunately inedible, partner liked his bueno milkshake though. Also wish I'd have checked food hygiene rating before ordering. Very disappointing, won't be ordering again.

the food was beautiful bacon toast and mushroom a little overdone for my liking but we still ate it all.

Excellent food and they pay attention to notes

Bacon perfectly cooked. Eggs solid and definitely not appetising but everything else thumbs up.

Heard very good reviews from colleagues so very disappointed. food arrived 30 mins late and flat cold. chips tasted like they were cooked in old fat. Ordered 2 cans of pop which never arrived. Won't be ordering again

Great value food, everything was still hot. Delivery did take ages which is a shame.

Always amazing tasting food,well worth the money and a speedy delivery. Everyone should give this place a try

Not only was the order late, the pie was a cheap £1 pie that had been microwaved and gone like cardboard and solid. The hot chocolate was like warm dish water. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Very disappointed

You can literally ask them a million times for a fork, better learn to eat with your hands because you won't get a fork anyway, you leave comments, you call, you ask, it won't happen.

waited nearly 2 hr for food, didn’t get the correct ordered, didn’t get our drinks that was apparently being made the first time we rang at 12:45, food was stone cold n the toast was like m eating chewing gum, i want a full refund.

Never showed up. Absolutely appalling for 2 sandwiches

Always lovely food from Katie’s Cafe, I always order a few times before leaving a review. Never had bad food from there. Really nice. The only slight downfall I’d say is sometimes delivery can take quite a while when they’re busy which is expected so just be aware of this when ordering (sometimes I’ve waited about an hour n half, other times arrived before expected), when it does arrive I’ve never been disappointed. Overall brilliant service. Thank you.

Breakfast was nice but very disappointed with the cakes dipping box. chocolate wasn't very nice, custard was cold & the desserts were tiny and dry

No the best at all. Order on mother day due to having surgery and my daughter wanted to treat me to lunch. I was was so disappointed that the food was cold was over 45 min late and missing items which did arrive 30 mins after. I have tried to get a refund with justbeat which as had no help. I am sad that this has happen especially my daughter having paid her self. £30 for 2 Sunday lunch is way to expensive 😫 I really wanted it to be nice seem like a lovely place when I looked. Really disappointed most of all disappointed i cant get refund . To not even be contacted to explain is also not the best. When I phone to asked where my food was due to been late ladies said" Oh yeah we just found it its in kitchen" no sorry we get in stright out to you.

Took over 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold and dry. Will never order from here again.

Only upset I had was that 1 item was wrong. Other than that it was 5/5, the food was lovely and still hot, portion sizes good and well worth money.

missed some items of the order I was all speer dry and over cooked the nachos on the fries was old and chewy so couldn't eat them

Nice place for a pit stop. Great food quick and cheap. Get an omelette, you will be surprised how good they are.

A breakfast from katies is welcome any time or day of the week! absolutely awesome, was delivered well before the due time, was tasty and steaming hot. what more can I say brilliant!

Meal was tasty and delivered in good time. Nothing wrong with anything but I wasn’t keen on the sausages. Personal preference really not an issue with the restaurant. All in all excellent meal and service

Took 2.15 hours from ordering to receive our order. Wasn’t even a big or complex order, just 2 breakfast sandwiches. When we finally recieved it, it wasn’t even warm.

2 hours for two sandwiches that were cold when they arrived. Don’t accept orders if you don’t have the people to deliver on time

food is amazing from here you really must try the steak Canadian sandwiches and the roast pork and stuffing sandwiches absaloutly gorgeous 😍 😋

I order from Katie's offend as they have a variety of options. I have never been disappointed with the level of service I receive from the incredible staff. They are so friendly from ordering to delivery. Tonight we ordered the pancakes and honestly they were incredibly. Thank you to all the staff for the hard work. Absolutely amazing😊

Enjoyed some nice sandwiches recently but the peri peri wrap wasnt good. Really sloppy and dripping like coleslaw never seen this before with a chicken wrap? Chicken tasted like reformed roll. The 7.50 fries were cooked in v old oil. Awful

polite delivery driver, food was great and all came as requested. surprising how many companies around here can't do that without getting things wrong. food was nice and we all ate it.

We use to love this place as it has a lot of different varietiey of foods to choose from but it just seems to be going down hill slowly the last time we ordered from here was shocking the veg on the midweek dinner was hard the steak pie chips mushy peas and gravy was not as good as it used to be the gravy had lumps init and we ordered a picnic box there was no butter on the bread it didn't come with sausage rolls or pork pie like it states in the description and the sandwichs just looked like they just been thrown together. We will still order from here as some of there stuff is nice and everyone deserves a chance to improve on stuff they gone wrong on.

Wow! Superb. I really enjoyed this. The breakfast munch box was excellent and the salad tray and sandwiches look lovely. Really, really good. I am very impressed. :-)

I placed my order at 10.30am. Almost cancelled when delivery time was 11.45-12pm as this is no longer breakfast. It still isnt here. Entirely lost my appetite by now. Ridiculous wait for a breakfast. Ordered hot coc got coffee

I always order a variety of food when I order here and it's amazing each time. My favourite spot to order from and the food is absolutely delicious. A gem for sure and would recommend to anyone 😊

Bacon a little over done, orange juice was not fresh orange was more a cordial ? Sausage nice though.

Took almost an hour and half from the point of ordering to get here. The cheese under the “sauce pot” option is just grated cheese not the cheese sauce from the loaded fries. Yorkshire pudding wrap was nice but the chicken nuggets are just Birds Eye chicken dippers.

Ordered for the first time food took 2 hours and 15 minutes to come, when it came delivery driver apologised for the wait when we opened the food it was underwhelming the hash browns and eggs were burnt most of the food was cold warmest thing being the hash browns which were luke warm

Give you a delivery time of over an hour, then was still late. Delivery driver reckoned he’d been knocking on my door. There’s 4 of us in the living room waiting for food. No one knocked. Food was cold when it got here, soggy. I love Katie’s but bitterly disappointed today. Need to sort delivery times out or stop offering delivery.

Didn’t arrive with my bottle of coke but the can will do best sarnie in the area

Only had half of the sandwich gave my dog other half the bacon sausage and spam tasted like they had bathed it in salt it was that salty will not be ordering again

filled garlic baguettes are lovely and the jacket spuds

I've had a few different things from the menu here and so have my kids and never had anything wrong with any order perfect food every time from sandwiches to meals 😋

I ordered two sausage spam and cheese sandwiches when we got our delivery both sandwiches were missing the cheese so phoned the shop they delivered the cheese separately but we’d already eaten the sandwiches which did taste good.

Unfortunately the food was cold and had to be microwaved but portions and the food taste overall was good

The food was nice a bit odd it came in a pizza box but I’m not complaining. The burger could have been better if I got to choose to add salad and a sauce to go with it. Other than that the food was nice I enjoyed it.

absolutely load of rubbish took no care In making the small munch box the hashbrowms were stil frozen. the sausage had no taste and was like rubber the best thing were the eggs .very disappointed

Ordered breakfast at 11am arrived at 13:15 delivery was scheduled between 12:10-12:30

usually really good but this time not so great, rolls put in to brown bag, they wasn't covered at all.

Nice breakfast needs fresh mushrooms instead of tinned, apart from that it was delicious

When i got the food it was ice cold after warming it up i ate and have been ridden with food poising for 4 days onwards now.
