food was cold and took 2 hours to deliver from them accepting my order. also, on the delivery time the app stated my food had been delivered when in truth it hadn't. this isn't the first time this has happened. been a customer for over 10 years and will not be ordering again.

Order for years live bengal no curry compares but after having numerous plastic in our Ceylon tonight & chocking onit is not acceptable

The food bland no spice. Poppadoms soggy as though they was made the day before and left out. Onion bhaji discussing. Over priced. Dont know how they can charge a service charge. It a takeaway not a restaurant.

On a random Sunday evening, we visited this restaurant for the simple reason that it looked like the kind of little, under-rated place where you so often get a good meal. And we were right. Despite turning up 20 mins before last orders, we were offered excellent service and food. Some of the best bhajis we've ever eaten (and we eat out a lot) and the most glorious peshwari naan! The pasanda was particularly nice, as were the rices we had. Unfortunately, we're not in Dinnington very often, but the next time we are we'll be looking to eat here again.

Terrible service, after ringing up to see where my food was she couldn’t tell me, 15 min pasted by and still nothing so rang again and huffing and puffing down phone till I said I’ll come to shop and have it all cooked fresh, soon changed the attitude! Never again

We Ordered food at 5.50, with an estimated delivery of 7.10-7.30pm I chased up the order at 7.40pm to be told they are very short staffed, and they only have one delivery driver on, only when I queried so what happens now I was then asked for my address to check if it had been “pinned” I was told it was pinned and was out for delivery, it arrived 20 minutes later at 8pm, by a very friendly chatty driver who was lovely. The garlic naan was amazing and really was very good, the food was nice, not the best, but certainly not the worst, and maybe if it had arrived hot it would have been better. Not sure if I would use again if I’m honest, the quality and experience for the price was not great.

We have enjoyed the Bengal's food for 14 years and havent been disappointed once. We order for home delivery and the food is always excellent - a very definite 5 stars

Delivered and good quality only issue is leaving it on door step and walking away not waiting until door open and passing it through!

Delivery driver was lovely but the order was completely wrong unfortunately and given the distance for delivery, there was no point in re-ordering after waiting almost 2 hours for this order. Luckily, the order we did get was okay (except the choice of naan). Food was not warm either but that's most likely due to the distance for delivery.

Order x2 starters and poppadoms at 19:20, estimated delivery 21:00 arrived 21:45. Almost 2:30 hours for a simple order. When the order arrived it was cold. Onion Bhajis were like Frisbees and very hard. Very poor quality. I have used this restaurant for over 19 years. Will not be using again.

Stunning food as always, the flavours are amazing.

Don’t know if the chef has changed but the garlic nans tasted like cleaning fluid, we couldn’t eat them and had to throw them away. The curry’s didn’t taste like they normally do either.

Good quality food delivered on time and tasty. Food is nicely spiced and portions are good. A lot of Indian food in S Yorks doesn't taste particularly Indian and is basically bland - well done for cooking proper food.

Onion bhaji was too solid to eat, very little meat in the curry - too many mushrooms instead. Both of us were a bit poorly the day after.
