Nice place for a break from driving to get a drink and something to eat and relax for a while

For a motorway service station I thought this was excellent, not sure if it’s been recently refurbished or not but it was very clean and tidy, tables and chairs seemed fairly new, toilets likewise were clean, prices usual inflated service station ones but generally a good place to stop for a break

Yes as far as motorway services go, it's got the usual, it's clean and prices are still rock star money but, they always have been. Lots of seating to eat your snacks.

Toilets were dirty and I mean...honestly disgusting. The floor of the main shoping area was sticky. Would be 1 star but the staff in WH Smiths were really helpful and friendly.

Great big clean place to have a break from driving . Got all you need food toilets and drinks

A quik stop off, but it had everything we needed. Nice clean toilets and a good choice of places to eat.

Can’t really say what these services are like because after 2 signs pointing caravans where to go .. the signs disappeared and we didn’t know where we were supposed to pull in with the caravan. Ended up driving through and on to the next services.

It's ok, expensive as are most motorway service stops are.

Has the basic things that you would expect in a service station. It's very handy and helpful!

Okay for toilets and maybe a drink

There is no SNAP system to pay for parking

Decent services, toilets were nice and clean, plenty of amenities. Places to get a meal, drinks, sweets. Plenty of parking available when I stopped. Fuel available on exit.

Gasoline pump, electric charging, something to eat and/or drink in the various eateries is all possible here. Waiting for your car to charge is a breeze here. Large parking lot, so you can always find a spot. Making a sanitary stop is of course no problem here. Neatly maintained. Fairly busy when we were there.

Quick stop for the loo, very nice clean ladies toilets, no splashback from sink.

The usual in motorway service areas Coffee at Starbucks for once was not bad

Plenty of options to choose from whether it’s Burger King, Starbucks, KFC, WHSmith or All Day Breakfast. Obviously on the pricey side of things but standard for a service and the amenities are kept clean.

Get the lube ready. Prices are out of this world. As in, you could finance a Mars mission for the same price as a meal deal.

This was a welcome break in our journey, there was a small choice of restaurants/chains to select from which were busy but quick to serve people.

absolute garbage after putting through our order the screen says can't process as its 'after 11pm' go to counter & the 12 year old theyve employed tells us I can't do anything as the system has shut down as 11! furious. on our way back from football and 1 person gets his order through before 11 but other 8 of us have to go hungry. What a shitty system.

Great place to stop. There is plenty of parking and plenty of choices for food inside. Nice grass covered area with picnic tables available.

I will be travelling from South, and my relative from north. Is it possible to meet them at the service station if we are coming from different directions on the M1? Is there a bridge or car access?

Good services lots on offer. Clean and tidy. Car park is a bit tight and could do with an update.

Quick stop on journey, all much of a muchness

I have used this service station on numerous occasions, and it's always clean and tidy. All the usual coffee shops and fast foods are available. The car park tends to get quite busy at times, and fuel is available near the exit.

Favourite stop and good choice of food outlets. Clean toilets hut can be busy

Lots of food options, KFC, Subway, etc, very clean inside, plenty of seating areas inside, an activity table for kids with colouring packs which was a nice touch for my kids after a long journey.

Good for break on a long journey

As with all motorway services an over priced necessity as a having a wee on the hard shoulder is illegal.

Very easy access and plenty of parking spaces.

Very clean toilet facilities, close to the entrance for a quick comfort break. New (to me) food outlet specialising in breakfast.

Everything you need, but wow those prices. Typically 3 times more than standard shops

Bad selection of food and overpriced, lots of queues, have to walk across the bridge to get to a waitrose. Fuel is extortionate, it is not worth stopping at.

A busy service area. The Waitrose shop is on the southbound side. You can access it over the bridge.

Clean and airy good breakfast easy access

A good rest stop for your needs and if you find something you want to remember buy it before you leave. Good food and drinks.

Today. Really clean. Looked like a new toilet block. Fantastic staff. Especially in Burger King. Plenty of electric charge points

Heavy goods trailer parking visited last night be careful we pay but no camera in this parking lot so free to steal as they want

A rather dated service station but clean and tidy. Staff depending on outlet friendly or not so friendly. Access roads could do with resurfacing as badly pot holed rather detracts from the overall service area.

Great to see they now allow dogs inside in the (food) seating areas!

Ideal stop on long journeys stretch the legs,take in coffee ,let out previous coffee .Have a break , tiredness kills.

Popped in here after a bus day trip was surprised how clean and tidy this services is a good choice of eateries ,plus toilet clean and smelling nice

Used to be one of the worse places to stop if you needed the toilet but since they revamped them a few months back it's one of the cleanist services I've been to

Usual high prices but necessary break for safety

Not enough disabled spaces - nightmare getting elderly grandparents in and out of the car as the normal spaces don’t allow you to open the car doors. Very poor.

Got a pair of sunglasses that go all the way round your eyes brilliant when driving as I don't have to now keep moving the sun screen

Have stopping here a few times now, these are good services with plenty of parking available, lots of fast food places to choose from, also you have waitrose, whsmith and Starbucks. Be aware that as with all other services overall prices will be significantly higher.

Decent service station with showers and array of shops. As overpriced as most services, but it's about the convenience.

Motorway service area - say no more

Now less disabled parking in favour of EV charging.

A good place to stop if travelling during the day but very very limited facilities to be used on a night since mcdonalds left the services.
