Si pudiera calificarlo como cero lo haría. Pensé que tendría un Kentucky para variar. Pagué 20 libras por un cubo familiar de pollo tibio y unas patatas fritas. Así que después de calentarlo todo en casa traté de comérmelo. Seco e insípido y muchos espinazos en el pollo. La peor comida que he tenido en años. ¿Cómo puede justificar una empresa tan grande servir tanta basura?

Glad I didn't check the reviews on Google, before ordering. Ordered at about 6am from LGI as we had our son in hospital, tried to call them to ask for sauces but number no longer in use and Google says closed so we thought it was a scam, however 25 mins later I get a call saying food is outside, delivery guy was so polite really nice and the food was good, doner kebab is your usual nice standard kebab with chilli and garlic etc, garlic bread good. Not the Ritz but if anyone finds themselves in LGI or needing very late delivery at some point and reads this, I'd say risk it.

Honestamente fue tan asqueroso que no me lo he comido a mi esposa no le gustó a mis hijos no les gustó a mi padre es la ley no le gustó es asqueroso Realmente desearía poder recuperar mis 30 libras ¡Me arrepiento tanto de esto!

Such poor service I have experienced tonight from the ls14 burger king branch. I went through the drive through and ordered food for myself and child. The girl on the drive through was quite unprofessional and rush me through my order where I had to tell her I had other food/drink to add. When she gave me my order half of it was missing and the rest was cold she sighed at me then told me to wait over there. I waited for about 10 mins and then the same girl came out with my food where I checked to make sure it was right which it wasn't so had to go back around again to correct this. By the time this was done the food had gone cold, we only live 2 mins away from the branch. The food was so disappointing as this was supposed to be a treat, we don't eat take outs much. I won't be going to that branch again.

What the hell is this. Just look at the chicken it's been reheated so many times. Dry as oute. To top of no can of pop with my delivery. The franchise don't care.

Pathetic. For the fifth time they delivered to the wrong address and claimed they had the wrong address from me despite having delivered here several times in the past. No apology and no explanation as to why they don't use the postcode they have on file and therefore end up at the wrong address which has a similar street name. Totally useless.

Shocker of a place, rude staff, basically said I was lying about the problem with my order. Chicken practically flew through my door, stuck the Tele on and told me to do the washing up it was that raw. Absolute chancers. Ended up getting a refund through FoodHub. If you're ever hungry, I advise to wait until breakfast time. DO NOT USE!

Had no Gravy, Krushem's or Boneless fillets, but took shy of £60 order and didn't even have the decency to ring me to say the items were not available. Wouldnt refund my money even though I paid this store. Was told to go online to obtain a refund as the store can not issue refunds. Surprise surprise went on their website, and entered all the relevant information that took me to a screen that said to contact Care Squad. Clicked the link but was in a never-ending loop that takes me to the main screen of their website. Had to initiate a refund through my bank and I'm now lodging a complaint with trading standards and KFC's head office. The staff were unhelpful and appallingly rude.

Cavernoso, frío y desagradable. La mayoría del personal es horrible, sin habilidades del cliente en absoluto - simplemente no les importa. Este lugar le da un mal nombre a Costa.

He pedido desde aquí antes y nunca tuve un problema, hasta ayer. La pizza pobre - (barbacoa de Texas) - lo tenía antes y estaba delicioso. Esta vez no, no hay parecido con la foto del menú. Suministró una foto a Servicio al Cliente que se disculpó y dijo que no estaba a la altura de su estándar habitual. Solicité un reembolso y me ofrecieron un vale para ser utilizado en la misma tienda - no hay posibilidad de que voy a pedir desde allí de nuevo.

Este lugar no vale una calificación de una estrella. Desearía haberlo dejado en blanco. La comida no es tan buena y no hablemos de lo excepcionalmente grosero que es el personal, especialmente el que está al frente tomando órdenes.

I went here today to be nor greeted but dirtly looked apon by Karen, a member off staff who served my needs. As I went to place my delicious order of fine delights, I got rudely spoken to by this woman, guessing she has nothing better to do, so I ignored her and stood up to be the biggest person. As I was purchasing what I would like she charged me extra. 50 extra p just to use her dirty tables while eating her poorly scooped potential preparoni slice, I kindly asked her to to change my order from eat in to out to make it cheaper which she refused. Will not be back

Absolute Scam! Restaurant doesn’t even exist. We ordered our food on their website, paid the money, money was taken out of the account straight away but no confirmation. Waited over an hour and absolutely nothing. The phone number on the website is not in use and looking at Google maps the address is actually a hair dressers! Trying to get money back through the bank now. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

DO MOT ORDER FROM THUS RESTAURANT. IT DOES NOT EXIST AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
