Worse Chinese meal ever. Reheated dry starters. No meat and not recieved 4 portions of spare ribs. Prawns in rice tasted of chlorine. Crispy beef not crispy and not beef. Not fresh. Stale prawn crackers. £75 and 90% ended up in the bin! Worried I will have gastroenteritis tomorrow): AVOID

Such poor service I have experienced tonight from the ls14 burger king branch. I went through the drive through and ordered food for myself and child. The girl on the drive through was quite unprofessional and rush me through my order where I had to tell her I had other food/drink to add. When she gave me my order half of it was missing and the rest was cold she sighed at me then told me to wait over there. I waited for about 10 mins and then the same girl came out with my food where I checked to make sure it was right which it wasn't so had to go back around again to correct this. By the time this was done the food had gone cold, we only live 2 mins away from the branch. The food was so disappointing as this was supposed to be a treat, we don't eat take outs much. I won't be going to that branch again.

What the hell is this. Just look at the chicken it's been reheated so many times. Dry as oute. To top of no can of pop with my delivery. The franchise don't care.

Pathetic. For the fifth time they delivered to the wrong address and claimed they had the wrong address from me despite having delivered here several times in the past. No apology and no explanation as to why they don't use the postcode they have on file and therefore end up at the wrong address which has a similar street name. Totally useless.

Another FRAUD or MONEY LAUNDERING OPERATION. A shop run by DOGS. Useless idiot telling me their burgers come half frozen. Sell the takeaway and start begging with your ONE star pride lol

Had no Gravy, Krushem's or Boneless fillets, but took shy of £60 order and didn't even have the decency to ring me to say the items were not available. Wouldnt refund my money even though I paid this store. Was told to go online to obtain a refund as the store can not issue refunds. Surprise surprise went on their website, and entered all the relevant information that took me to a screen that said to contact Care Squad. Clicked the link but was in a never-ending loop that takes me to the main screen of their website. Had to initiate a refund through my bank and I'm now lodging a complaint with trading standards and KFC's head office. The staff were unhelpful and appallingly rude.

I ordered a toasted teacake which took ages to make. When it arrived it was burnt and pretty inedible. When I complained I was told it was the fault of the machine as when the bread was put in they could not stop it. I suggested that the timing or temperature could be changed depending what they were toasting but the staff did not respond. I was not offered a refund. I think maybe lessons in catering and dealing with customers should be offered to staff. The date was 6th October around 11 am

We ordered various items and on their website stated dietary requirements. The items arrived normally, with both cheese and mayo included.. which we specifically requested to be excluded. When we spoke to the shop to get the items replaced.. they denied there was a problem, then they blamed their website, then blamed us for not ordering correctly. The patronising way he spoke to us was out of order, We won’t be ordering from them again.

absolute rubbish! walked in to obtain a lovely sausage bean and cheese pasty only to find that the only things on the shelf were 2 crust sausage rolls and a flipping shocker of a corned beef pasty. i approached the woman- named karen (should be fired the cow)- behind the till who interrupted me abruptly by saying eat in or take out. i said eat in and attempted to proceed with my order. i got two sausage rolls which should cost £2.40 as they are £1.20 each. instead, the cow tried to charge me £2.90 just to sit at her grubby tables. now i understand this may be greggs policy but when i questioned about the extra 50p, instead of replying with its because you are eating in, she rudely replied with use your eyes and look under the price. i was taken back by this statement. the abuse i had just been subjected to very much upset me. the rudeness of this cow was not needed and has now led me to deeper sadness as i reflect upon this life scarring event. if this cow is not fired instantly, i shall never return to this establishment, i shall tell all relatives and friends to not use this place, and shall be leaving many complaints about this women (Karen). she gave me dirty looks and made me feel like dirt. i do not appreciate this and expect better from an existing and established business. i am appalled by this event and life long shocked. sort it out soon

Absolute Scam! Restaurant doesn’t even exist. We ordered our food on their website, paid the money, money was taken out of the account straight away but no confirmation. Waited over an hour and absolutely nothing. The phone number on the website is not in use and looking at Google maps the address is actually a hair dressers! Trying to get money back through the bank now. DO NOT ORDER!!!!

DO MOT ORDER FROM THUS RESTAURANT. IT DOES NOT EXIST AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Shocking service, unfriendly unhelpful staff. Bought 2 children meals, a pot of tea and two naked juices. Was told that you can't have water with a children's meal. So what if that's all they drink, the staff member reluctantly agreed to let her have a normal size water. Took a while then to put the food through the till as it wasn't the norm All this and charged £14.00 for 2 dry ham sandwiches not cut through properly so the meat fell on the floor when they picked it up, a bag of crisps and water. Others wanting to be served were ignored and left to queue while staff stayed out back. One customer went into the main store to see if they could help find someone to serve them Tables were left uncleared. Management really need to look into this as it reflects so badly on the store. It is true we won't be back.

took over 2 hours to then call me and tell me to cancel my order so they didnt get any negatives from cancelling it themselves

Hi people just want to let everyone know never ever order from OZMOZ also known as JESSIES BURGERS on Chapeltown Road. It is the WORST takeaway in Ls7 area they are very stingy with their food especially when you order by phone or app. Down below I have uploaded a picture of what they sent, it looks like it's been eaten once they made it in the shop. I basically ordered two chicken tikka and chips... they gave like 4 pieces of chicken tikka and the whole thing looks like it's just been thrown in there by hand. See for yourself people Check the pic out and I also heard they don't wear gloves when making peoples food. Disgusting people and place. By the way the shop has a second name which is "Jessie's burgers" but online on justeat and other apps for example uber eats it comes out as ozmos or jessies burgers.
