Domino's Pizza in Leeds

He pedido desde aquí antes y nunca tuve un problema, hasta ayer. La pizza pobre - (barbacoa de Texas) - lo tenía antes y estaba delicioso. Esta vez no, no hay parecido con la foto del menú. Suministró una foto a Servicio al Cliente que se disculpó y dijo que no estaba a la altura de su estándar habitual. Solicité un reembolso y me ofrecieron un vale para ser utilizado en la misma tienda - no hay posibilidad de que voy a pedir desde allí de nuevo.

Pedido un medium ( 11. 5 ins) Pizza de Dominos en Oulton anoche. Han estado pidiendo con bastante regularidad durante varios años. Cuando llegaron la pizza y las cuñas no se cocinaron a fondo y ambos tuvieron que ser puestos en el horno durante 5 minutos para cocinarlos. La principal preocupación era que parecía ser un pequeño ( 9. 5 ins) Pizza. Llamamos a la tienda para quejarnos y (supongamos que era el gerente) dijo que habíamos recibido lo que pedimos. Terminamos la llamada, medimos la pizza y medía 10 ins y parecía ser una pequeña base estirada. Llamamos a la tienda de vuelta, pedimos una dirección de correo electrónico para enviar una foto para mostrar lo que queríamos decir, desafortunadamente el gerente no escuchó y simplemente repitió que habíamos recibido lo que pedimos. Aprecié que habrá cierta tolerancia en el tamaño de los alimentos, etc., pero esto fue ridículo. Simplemente no está bien tratar de hacer pasar una pizza más pequeña como una grande, muy, muy mal esfuerzo de Dominos y no se utilizará de nuevo. Llevaré esto más lejos.

Awful, ordered at 21:30 the app said it was delivered at 22:30, no pizza arrived, I rang the restaurant and they said it’s on the way after I was trying to explain that the app says it’s been delivered, worried it had gone to the wrong address, I was half way through speaking and he put the phone down, I was nice and polite just asking a question, the pizza turns up at 23:20 looking like the driver has swapped it for a frozen pizza that’s been sat in the oven for the past week, I’ve had better Chicago town pizzas that aren’t properly cooked. Possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had, supposed to be some special pepperoni pizza that had about 4 slices on, stone cold, dry and flavourless absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t pay £5 for this pizza let alone £19.99 what a joke!

Pizza not arrived after 55 mins. Called the shop and they claimed they hadn’t received the order even though we had a email and text confirmation. Will be another hour and 50 minutes. Rude staff and very poor, slow service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Not good at all. When ordering I waited an hour and had "delivered' status on the tracker. After multiple calls to the place , they answer phone and told me that pizza will be with me in next 5 -10 minutes. But it wasn't. So I call Domino's again after 30 minutes of waiting ( several calls). And lady who answered the phone told me that she is manager and they were understaffed and have problems with delivery orders. After over 1.5 hours waiting I cancel my order and ask for refund. Avoid!!!

I visited Oulton Dominoes this evening, Went into the. Shop to order was told I couldn’t order in the shop??? Not sure why this would be when they had around ten staff standing around. I went outside placed my order online and went back into The shop which seems like lunacy to me. I could see my order on the screen in the shop saying it was in the oven and would be 20 minutes. This took 45 minutes. The customer service was the worst ever. I will not be returning and will use other local pizza shops.

Gave been a regular customer for years. Last few times the order has been “out for delivery” for nearly a hour and has arrived tepid. The problem is as the areas are franchised you can’t order from a different one local - to my sons disappointment I won’t be using again

Love Dominos but not an everyday treat as it can be quite expensive. Sometimes soggier than I would like but generally exceptionally tasty

I ordered a deal from here. It arrived 35 minutes late (1 hour 29 minutes in total for delivery) minus 3 items. Delivery driver useless. Store manager useless. Dominoes customer service useless. There are better options with better service so avoid here at all costs

What can I say other than the fact it's a great Domino's. It's everything you want a Domino's to be.
