food was an hour late and obviously cold

Definitely will not be ordering from here again, items are missing, sour bitter drinks, cold food, never again. I would not waste your money with these guys. I’d rather go bed hungry than to eat from this place again. Horrible!!!!!!

Very bad service..be it in Uber eats or deliveroo, their personal delivery guys are not efficient. Had to wait for 90 min both the times that I ordered

Only got a takeaway and the food was delicious and extremely well priced. I would definitely recommend and this will be my new go to

monster kebab was cold nan soggy wings had funny smell peri chicken was burnt to crisp WTH forgot my rice american burger had fresh onions not fried onions lol but very generous portions

My order was over 45 mlminutes late so I call the restaurant and the lady told me they are waiting for a driver. 1 hour later I call back and sesame lady told me it was on its way. And now an hour later still now food and now they are ignoring my calls.

The food was nice not warm when came the rice was the meat had to be warmed up lovely taste but lots of hassle

Order was made and came extremely late. I Called several times and no answer. I eventually got through to them and they said 5 minutes and put then phone down on me . It came 1 hour 15 mins later. I missed my dinner break and could not eat the food till i finished my shift. The lady on the phone spoke very rude. I do not recommend this takeaway.

Worst customer service ever never again

The food was undercooked, lassi drink was expired and really bad. It was the worst ive ever had. They were over an hour late. Weren't honest about time and stopped picking up

Samosas was burned and after told them nt make spicy they made it really spicy

ordered food on new year , food is lacking any flavour , hot and sour soup was like spicy curry , the noodles had no taste and was not good quality , very disappointed and will never return, please dont waste your money food is vile.

Over 60 minutes, still not received the order. Spoke twice with the restaurant, every time they say, its on the way and apologise. Just eat not helping. No option to even cancel the order. Ridiculous services from both, the restaurant and also JUST EAT.

I order food via Just Eat at about 01:10am. The delivery time showed was 01:40. At 01:40am, the status was still order preparing, hence I called the restaurant. They said, its on the way. It takes about 12 minutes from the restaurant to my home. I waited until 02:20, called the restaurant again. They apologised and said its on the way. At 02:45, I still didn't receive the order. I called again, it was the same, it's on the way and an apology. Saying that they jave shortage of drivers. I received the delivery after 1 hour and 15 minutes @ 02:54. And the driver said, its not his fault, its the restaurants. This is pathetic service. Just Eat also need to have some control over this kind of services.

Ordered a bbq chicken bite pizza and instead of bbq sauce for the base they put chilli sauce on the base. I would like a refund please because I'm not happy with an incorrect meal.

Not my usual experience when ordering from here, i was disappointed. Food was cold and late. Wouldn't have minded so much about it being late if the food was hot.

Really confused of the reviews left for PC. I've been using this takeaway for a year now. Never an issue apart from a couple of times they forgot my drink. Delivery within 40mins. Portions are huge, it's a fast food joint not a michelin star restaurant so expect fast food. Not sure what went wrong in other cases but my food and service has always been spot on. Thank you 🌟

Order yesterday took 3 hours to deliver, it was meant to arrive at 8:15 but arrived at 11:30. Upon arrival the food was thrown at me so I threw it back but finally retrieved it. Then to my horror, I realised my food was indeed mouldy and disgusting

Worst place and worst owner. I ordered through Uber Eats and the delivery time was between 8:15 - 8:35 PM. They brought the food at 9:30PM and I refused to accept the food. Then a person called me from this restaurant and showed me confrontational attitude and attempted to place the blame on me. This is ridiculous. Don't recommend this restaurant. Later I came to know that my friend also ordered from this restaurant ealrier. The food was extremely poor. Damaging the image of Punjabis. Punjabis don't make such poor foods.

Very bad quality arrived an hour late

Collection came on time-ish but I've ordered from this place for years but in the last few months the chips are never done and always soggy now, the potions are tiny with everything and the chicken burgers are messy and soggy as well and to top it off they don't stick to the order.

The mixed grill was nice and it had a lot of flavour. The portion is very generous too

Very disappointing brought pizza it was literally dough toke it back to shop he was very disrespectful and said to me I will not serve you again and over charged me for two for half a pizza charged me £6 it’s ridiculous as a restaurant owner I find this disgusting and absolute ripoff

I ordered a belly buster 8oz pepperoni burger, "Big death by pepperoni" jokes... 3 pieces ,3 slices pepperoni, no mayo, no topping, no sauce, one burger dry as your soles, micro lettuce, I couldn't Swallow the dumb thing, apple crumble wasn't apple crumble, it was sponge, that's what ya get ordering at daft o'clock in the morning .. No choice ...

Pilau rice, sleek kebab & onion bahjai was spot on, good taste of freshness & quality but the king prawn rogan josh was absolutely awful. Half the tub full of oil, no tomatoes, prawns were rock hard. Badly cooked rogan josh.

Was supposed to get ice cream with my cookie dough but didn’t get any woth either of the cookie dough and my waffle was cold when it got here

My just eat app said ready to collect I went to collect my food it was not ready thay said another 10-15 mins after still not ready another 10 min other customer waiting got there food after another 15 min I finally got my food

Utterly awful beyond belief, I ordered Karari Ghosd , what I received didn’t even resemble a curry more like stupidity salty beef in black bean sauce. The mint yogurt with the salad had a very slight washing up liquid taste, as if something hadn’t been rinsed . This is the first genuinely bad review of my life , but needed it.

Lovely korma but far too salty couldn’t eat it normally all food I have bought from this restaurant has been excellent not tonight far too much salt in chicken korma

The chicken was rock hard and smelt dodgy and the chips were freezing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very disappointed in the food I bought and WOW what a rude delivery driver. The meal (kebab on garlic bread and cheesy chips) arrived lukewarm and tasteless. The small old man dropping my food off expressed how it was too far for him to travel, so why accept the food order then? Or allow people from as far away to order food if you can’t meet customers minimum expectations to arrive with warm food. What a joke.

Ordered it plenty before the cutoff time and the restaurant closed, they never even bothered to cook my food, it never came. Rang them up to check on the food and they blamed literally anyone but themselves. Rubbish.
