Burger King in Leeds

Such poor service I have experienced tonight from the ls14 burger king branch. I went through the drive through and ordered food for myself and child. The girl on the drive through was quite unprofessional and rush me through my order where I had to tell her I had other food/drink to add. When she gave me my order half of it was missing and the rest was cold she sighed at me then told me to wait over there. I waited for about 10 mins and then the same girl came out with my food where I checked to make sure it was right which it wasn't so had to go back around again to correct this. By the time this was done the food had gone cold, we only live 2 mins away from the branch. The food was so disappointing as this was supposed to be a treat, we don't eat take outs much. I won't be going to that branch again.

The staff were friendly enough but the building was cold, the food lukewarm and the toilets were still closed for maintenance. No wonder I was the only person in. I won't be calling again.

I really don’t know how this Burger is still open, it is always so filthy on the few occasions that I have gone in, hoping I had just caught it on a bad day. The walls in parts are covered in thick sticky gunk, the toilets are filthy dirty, the tables are falling apart as is the rest of the restaurant. So truly dirty, please don’t go here! Needs a health hygiene inspection.

Management in this place it’s a joke. Every time you need to check your order because items are missing all the time. I would rate this place 0 if I could.

This place is a joke, wrong food twice then saw my order on the side for 15 mins before they tried to pass me it. The restaurant is filthy and the staff are totally under trained. Never again

I only evert give reviews for exception service of terrible experience sadly Burger King sea rift is the latter have read some reviews they obviously don’t care as the toilets are still as bad ,dilapidated building unclean food was very poor I know the pictures on the menu don’t look like the food they never do but what I got wasn’t a whopper more like a whimper but what really got me was the stealth tax the displayed prices are all plus vat which makes 3 burger meals £30 in a sh@t hole do yourselves a favour just avoid the place

Dreadful food terrible customer service from the seacroft outlet, don't go here ever, very unclean toilets and seating area, the way that staff speak to each other is disgraceful

Without doubt the worst toilets that I have ever been in. If this is the standard of cleanliness they set themselves, I am terrified to eat the food!

Have visited this restaurant many times over the years, the place seems to be very neglected by the Burger King franchise, seats are all ripped and torn for some reason, there is no music or atmosphere other than depressing and cold. The staff are not friendly, it appears to be frozen in time as I do believe this restaurant first opened in the 80s or early 90s and hasn't changed since then.

had 30 minutes for my dinner break and was passing on my way to mcdonalds so thought id give these a try for a change. Picked the cheesy double burger from the picture because it looked right up my street and similar to the one they sell at mcdonalds that i always get. anyway bloke on the speaker asked me if i wanted it as a meal.....i said yes with a coke with no ice got to the till. £9.63. jesus christ i wanted a meal deal not shares in the company. i asked for the manager and they sent out some spotty kid to the window who was sweating like fred west watching groundforce. he then informs me that the burger i had ordered and got offered as a meal deal only comes on its own and i had to buy the drink and fries separate! to be fair the burger was actually pretty nice but for that price i could probs get a meal deal from mcdonalds with enough change for a turn on mandy down water fkn lane! if your up that way.....carry on 300yrds down the road and go to mcdonalds.

What a waste of time. I have never before encountered a Burger King that didn't serve drive-thru at 10am. The outside was filthy with litter scattered everywhere and after I had sat at the window for several minutes a worker inside just looked at me and eventually sent someone else over to say they were closed. No outside signage saying this. This place continues to disappoint.

Visited BK after a twenty year gap for a plant based double whopper for me and the mrs, extremely disappointed. - Baps were stale, crumbled in our hands - no ketchup - very little vegan mayo - No receipt - No napkins/tissues - £20 waste of money! Contacted store and spoke with Lee who was going to speak with manager and promised to call us back and we are still waiting,.. Never again!

York Road Leeds. Unfriendly staff, and the worst thing you can do at a drive through is forget to put the order in the bag. Absolutely fuming when I got home. Only ordered two things and only received one......

Decided to visit BK For the first time this year and see what the drive thru experience was. First of all, they forgot to put the sides in the bag. When we got home we opened the bag to find the food in stale buns. Not worth the effort of going back, so won’t be back
