Glad I didn't check the reviews on Google, before ordering. Ordered at about 6am from LGI as we had our son in hospital, tried to call them to ask for sauces but number no longer in use and Google says closed so we thought it was a scam, however 25 mins later I get a call saying food is outside, delivery guy was so polite really nice and the food was good, doner kebab is your usual nice standard kebab with chilli and garlic etc, garlic bread good. Not the Ritz but if anyone finds themselves in LGI or needing very late delivery at some point and reads this, I'd say risk it.

Waited 2 hours for food and never turnt up

Ordered on uber eats, never arrived and wasn’t even open on google. Wouldn’t trust for delivery and food doesn’t even look good either. Go somewhere else

Ordered food at 6:20 , had no sign of showing up and no answer from the restaurant after the entire thing apparently being closed. It finally came at 8am and was the entire wrong order , but the app said it’s still coming so can’t report it being the wrong thing. So bad

Ordered through UberEats. They finally picked up the call after 2 hours just to tell me that they’re out of Pizza Dough. No wonder they have the worst ratings. Worst customer service ever! Not gonna buy it from here again!

Tbh people say this is bad takeaway and stuff i have never had one problem with them very fast at delivering and best bqq pizza ever so if you want a good takeaway this is thr best one pf all times ❤️ inore the hates

Delivery came and hour after it was supposed to and chicken on the pizza gave me food poisoning.

Literally do not order after 0:00, the Order was never received and money was taken. however I never got my order and my money was never reimbursed

food was delayed and pizza had burned crust. there was also stinked burger. probably my dog getting better food

Ordered from Uber Eats, and then read the reviews. Was half expecting not to come, but it arrived in about 40 minutes. This was about 10 minutes over the ETA. I think most negative comments would be negated if they were more realistic with their delivery times. The pizza was actually really nice and good value.

Ordered on UberEats at 6am, place was shown as open. Delivery ETA was around 30minutes, more than an hour passed with no updates, nobody was picking up the phone at which point I had given up on the food. Around an hour and 15min after placing the order I get a call from uber saying they’re sorry about the delay as the first available driver has just shown up to the restaurant but if I’m willing to they can still bring my food in 15-20min. Here I am, two and a half hours later pizza-less and cheesy chips-less. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place is a pisstake.

WEIRD. Ordered on Uber Eats and tried to contact Hot Stuff once the estimated delivery time had passed. Never been able to reach them as ‘user was busy’. Google stated that the place was closed. I then came here to read the reviews after which I didn’t expect to receive my food at all. However, about 30-40 minutes after the estimated delivery time, I received a call from the delivery driver because they were outside with my food. My problem is that the estimated delivery time isn’t accurate and Hot Stuff doesn’t answer the phone to explain to their paying customers whether they can expect their food or not (obviously; once you paid you should receive it or be refunded). The food was fine for 7.15 am, that’s why 2 stars and not one.

Just update the closing time on the Uber app? Would save so many bad reviews

Having been waiting for almost an hour for my delivery and it still hadn't arrived, I tried calling the restaurant several times and they never pick up. I go to their website and see it is closed even though I have ordered food.

Ordered on deliveroo and the order never came, after an hour of waiting they said it was delivered even tho it wasn't. I kept calling them over and over and when they finally pick up they don't speak to me and just ignore me as if they picked up the phone by accident. Don't waste your time here

Discusting behaviour they are on uber eats and their not even open and have taken my money absolute unrprofessional behaviour makes me sick. Just says user busy whoever owns this place should be appalled by their goals. Nothing to even be happy about let alone proud failure of a business

I once had to wait over an hour and 45 minutes for my order.

Not happy with the size of the chips donnor and cheese burger was nice haven't got no complains

Cancelled my order because the guy on the phone couldn’t count and told me it was on the way 15 minutes ago when it wasn’t. Was meant to arrive in 10-30 mins didn’t turn up in 1 hour 15. Customer service skills are appalling and they should take up being polite to paying customers instead of being rude people who have no respect for anyone else

Food never arrived. I was only in an apartment round the corner so decided to walk round. Front of shop boarded up, I asked the guy in the takeaway next door and he says it closed years ago. Taking from the comments, this place doesn’t exist anymore and maybe profiting from buying food elsewhere and delivering it. Probably explains why some of the food is cold or doesn’t even arrive at all. I’m not sure. But my food should have been here 3 hours ago. I’m hungry and not happy. Be warned

I bought from deliveroo for the first time and, even though it was late the pizza was great. Lovely crispy crust and plenty of toppings. A nice surprise.

Go here often using foodhub...... 75% of the time they'll accept the order and deliver, the other 25% they'll accept and won't deliver it, even you call them multiple times they didn't even bother picking up ....

The delivery driver thought I was going to run off with the pizza and as for the pizza I dint now where to start "DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE"

Disgraceful the pizza tasted awful and thin the hygiene rating was 3 and I will not be returning.
