Concidering all the one stars reviews this place has got these guys don't deserve a one star rating the food was actually better than I expected it to be concidering reading the rating ....I rarely order takeaways fresh milkshake burgers was nice pizza topping fell of could do with a little bit better pizza putting together but other than that I'm happy with it

I get delivered food after 95 minutes and food absolutely frizzy Rubbish food, rubbish customer service the driver, absolutely rude customer service they are rude food cold I don’t recommend anyone one buy from this take away

AVOID THIS PLACE!! ORDER TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO ARRIVE, FOOD WAS COLD AND PIZZA WAS INCORRECT. WHEN I CALLED I JUST GOT A LOAD OF ATTITUDE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID THIS PLACE! 🤢🤮

Waited 2 and half hours for burnt pizza got another one for free it was still grim I wouldn't even rate one star I would rate -50 rate worse takeaway ever DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY IF YOU WANT TO LIVE

Used to order regularly from here as the food was good and service was great but the last order the driver refused to enter the building, lied and said the intercom was broken (brand new system installed weeks earlier) and told me I could come down to the car park for it if he would throw it away. Called the takeaway to complain and the manager was rude and abusive and told me that he was not giving me a refund and hung up. Not sure what’s happened to this place but shop staff and drivers have no idea of customer service. If you want foul mouthed abuse then use them, if you actually like to get the service you have paid for then avoid them like the plague

1hr20 mins to receive my food. Half of my order was missing and the attitude and aggression on the phone from the member of staff when I explained I've been waiting 1hr20mins and missing half of my order was disgraceful and at no level any customer service what so ever. Been charged a different amount to my receipt which I will be taking action on. Even so..... Nice curry and rice. The chapatis were not fresh at all if not recycled? I Would recommend customer service training asap new glasses and a calculator. 23:18 now after ordering at 20.49 and still not recieved half my order absolutely disgusted!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely horrible I bought three Calzones for my family and I find them all cold,empty and undercooked not to mention the rude telephone operator I will never eat there again

I ordered the parmesan and a small Quattro cheese pizza and to be honest the parmesan was ok not too bad . Decent size and decent price ratio . The pizza was decent too . Not much negative things to say really other than the chips being a bit dry and weird tasting . Delivery was fast and would order again most definitely. (17-05-2020) . I ordered a few more times and each time is different . One order came but was missing a drink . They did deliver the drink after 2-3 hours . I ordered another time and they gave me the wrong parmesan . I did not complain tho purely because I was starving . Sometimes delivery is slow . Overall they are an ok place but each time I order I get a different experience .

Don’t even want to give this place a star, first the driver got in my face because he wouldn’t listen when I was trying to say he was over charging me.. only £3 but he got angry.. Checked my order when I got it an I was missing a cheesy chips. So missing item an getting over charged! Try to talk to the manger but he said I wasn't getting no cheesy chips and I wasn’t getting my money back either.. wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place! It’s a joke

Highly Disappointed with the food, 40 odd pounds order came with cold food, pizza with no cheese. Will never be ordering from them ever again.
