I order my meat feast pizza in June 2021 I’ve managed to travel around Asia, Europe and now Africa to come home to still be told my pizzas 5 minutes away I dunno what I’m more shocked about the wait time or the children in Africa having a meat feast pizza before me.

LIES. MY FAMILY ALL DIED WAITING FOR THIS ORDER TO EVER ARRIVE. SEE YOU IN HELL

‘Order will be 5 minutes’ 4 YEARS LATER, PIZZA STILL NOT ARRIVED…… I remember 2020 the year when I ordered my pepperoni pizza, I wonder what adventures it has had on its way to me. I ordered this pizza when Donald Trump was still president and it’s still not found its way to me, phone lady still insists it’s only 5 minutes away. How many 5 minutes in 4 years, let me tell you, the answer is 420,759.36! 2 years ago my marriage became a sham due to me still holding out hope this pizza would arrive, my two children died waiting for this pizza RIP. Curse you phone lady. 1 year ago, received all 5 COVID jabs in the time this pizza delivery is taking, also wife gave birth to a new child, however, she has not eaten in months and her milk could not support the infant, RIP again my children. PLEASE PHONE LADY, I BEG OF YOU, SAVE US ALL (no but seriously if you actually want food to appear, never order from this place)

They take your money but don’t deliver the food. It’s a scam. Deliveroo should take them off their restaurant list.

Took an hour to come to us and once he was here we received no call and had taken it back as we received no confirmation that it was there and are also no picking up our calls

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE They’re extremely slow, taking well over an hour to get to you. Their food arrives cold and bland. The drivers are some of the least friendly people I’ve ever seen behind a wheel - no idea how this business is afloat. Took 2 and a half hours to get a pizza and a drink delivered. Didn’t answer the phone once - atrocious service.

Ordered more than 1h30min ago and still waiting for my food. Last 2 times when i ordered, the orders arrived more than half an hour later than was appearing on the delivery app. I won’t order from them anymore.

never order form these rats. took 2 hours for the food to be “delivered” and nothing came and i called them over 20 times and they don’t pick up once and declined half the calls

I specifically ordered a calzone, chips and a can of "COKE" my food arrived an hour after the delivery time stated on just eat. Never got an answer when I called and I called 7 times at least. When they finally arrived, i got in with the food to find there wasn't a calzone, but an assortment of chicken in a box. (2 chicken strips, chicken burger, popcorn chicken. And a bag of even more chips. I never got a coke. They brought pepsi instead. I usually don't complain about things much. But this place messed up in almost every area possible. I honestly felt like I wasn't going to have the issue resolved. Don't order from here guys. Just go to bed it's not worth it

The most unreliable takeaway I have ever had the chance to order from .the operator's on the phone didnt have a clue .when asked about my order then didn't know where it was lol .food was cold when delivered and luckily some could be warned up but still not what you want from at takeaway. So I wouldn't order from these ever again

No matter how down bad you are do not order from here we waited an hour past the expected delivery time which was 5:20am so we waited until 6:20am and still nothing arrived and no one answered the phone but luckily I got my refund back with no problem through Uber

They either deliver wrong food or not deliver at all. They never respond to phone calls, and if they do they would be very unprofessional and rude. This restaurant has really good pizza, but service and management destroy that.

Okay so reading all the reviews I thought oh god. They answered every time I called. They came bang on the time. Delivery driver was very polite. Burger was a tad burnt but overall great service.

Pizza took 50 min to arrive but it tasted nice and they even gave us a complimentary one too . Although on Deliveroo you can’t really see the update of the order which makes it hard to know when the driver has collected the order and when it’s on its way

What a joke. Never arrived. I phoned 6 times and they just let it ring the first 4 times, for upwards of five minutes. The other 2 times they denied the call, do not order from here. I will be checking reviews before ordering from now on.

Beware these guys will not deliver if busy. Ordered off Uber Eats, 3 hours after order they marked it as delivered. As other reviews they will not answer the phones and will try to take any form of money they can by marking it as delivered.

Absolute JOKE of a takeaway. Order was never delivered and I requested a refund which was declined by the restaurant as it was supposedly delivered... Seeing I was up until 5am I'm calling BS. I then have spent the last seven days consistently on the Deliveroo chat and calling the restaurant to get a refund. 7 DAYS LATER and I've finally got the refund. But by the looks of the other reviews I was bloody lucky to get one in the first place!! Avoid this place at all costs, I would give 0 stars of possible 😠

Ordered through deliveroo and food never came when deliveroo said it had been delivered. Tried calling 5 times, but no answer. Companies such as deliveroo and uber eats should actually investigate this so called "restaurant" as they confirmed that my order was being prepared. Absolute joke!

My food never arrived. They ignored all my update requests & half a dozen phone calls. They answered when I rang on a different phone & said my order never came through when it did & the money left my account... In the past, food has always been terrible quality & usually cold.

HORRIBLE !! IT IS A SCAM !! I placed my order and it was never delivered. They did not answer me by chat, and when they picked up the phone they told me that they were managing it that they would return my call in 10 minutes. This happened several times in about 2 hours. Never arrived. I ordered at 2am and waited for 4 hours. Tried ringing multiple times, no answer. Found out it was delivered to a wrong house number and postcode, even though I always write my address in even when it auto fills it on Uber Eats. Haven’t been refunded, very very annoyed.

Rude delivery staff and Cancelled my order on 2 separate occasions for no reason even though I am a regular customer. Avoid this takeaway.

Honestly this place is amazingly bad. The pizza is actually quite tasty but our first order the completely wrong pizza came. We called the takeaway who weren't really that bothered but allowed us to order another for free another time. Cue the next time we order and after a 15 minute argument with the takeaway we managed to get our free pizza which, believe it or not, was incorrect again! Spoke again to the guy on the phone who said he'd speak to his manager and call me back. Didn't hear anything for 20 minutes so called him back, turns out his manager doesn't get in until midnight so he was gonna chat to him then and call me back. You can't make this stuff up. Its a takeaway ran by the most incompetent people ever! Unless you fancy a side of a agro with your pizza avoid this place like its the poorly organised plague!

Order was 30 mins late, and arrived missing a pizza. The food that did arrive was cold, the cheese on the pizza was congealed and the 'popcorn chicken' was so over cooked in dirty/reused oil you could tell it had been refried a number of times. Missing pizza was dropped off a full 45 mins after the original order was delivered. Will never order from here again. Would leave a 0 star review if I could. Avoid.

So they turned up at 3:40am when supposed to arrive 2:40-300am. The absolute embarrassment of a delivery man finally came with FRIES! I ordered a calzone and fries. So this guy turns up tries to hand me the fries and askes ME if I want him to go back and get my calzone. Why did he even turn up?! Apart from that he was absolutely taking the mick grinning like he probably just ate me calzone in his car. Grinning like he hasnt just kept mt up till 4am to hand me a bag of FRIES! appaualing service these lot are absoultely mocking it would never wanna deal with these glotys again

One star because it won’t let Me leave no stars. Ordered food at 11.20pm, app said food will arrive between 12.15-1235am— this was fine. At 1.10am I call and call, the man in the shop says give him a moment; I ask if it isnt here in ten mins to please refund I am going to bed. At 2am in the morning I am woken with a call saying I am almost at your door....ridiculous service and they have still charged me for the food

Accepted order online, confirmed via phone but once delivered wanted to argue over use of voucher (prior advised). Sub-standard service was blamed on missing notes but this shouldn't occur, but even if does, don't expect the customer to be at fault and subject to aggression. Disappointed and would not use Gianni's/Chicko's again!

Order turned up 1 hour after it said missing my drink of the order driver said he will tell them when he gets back and walks of food flat cold next time will look at the reviews before ordering

Waited roughly 2 hours and then my order was set as ‘delivered’, when it hadn’t. Currently trying to get in contact and ask for a refund since literally nothing came so my review may change on wether they actually respond or just leave my problems alone.

Disgusting customer service ,the people who work there are no good for anything I made my order at 4:30 for 7:30 the driver didn't show than when I called first they lied the second time just hangged the phone on me stay away from that place or change the stuff because they can't do there job even if there life depended on it !!!!!

Ordered on just eat, it says “free delivery” I then get a phone call a few minutes later basically saying after I’ve already paid that there is a £6! Delivery charge. They then refused to listen to reason when I informed them that they had accepted the order when I payed the price stated. Con artists! They have my number the “customer” in Stanley. So if they want to rectify the situation like adults, I’m all ears.
