Ordered a delivery, chickens good quality. Super tasty

We made an order today and the order was predicted to arrive at 20:30. It was then dispatched at 21:10. We called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was so rude. The food finally arrived at around 22:30 and was inedible. I wouldn’t have fed this to a starving goat. I feel very sorry for anyone who misses these reviews before ordering. Luckily for me I ate before this arrived so I was not left hungry just £40 down the drain.

Really delicious takeaway. Got them a few times with friends and they never dissapoint

Had a take away delivery last week firstly is was late . The food was not warm and was poor quality first and last time

Ordered salt and pepper joke, found a cat paw in my food, I am absolutely disgusted as I had already eaten half of my meal, also woke up with food poisoning the next day, do NOT order from here.

So I ordered food on just eat. The order was two hours late had items missing and wrong items. I tried the mobile number no answer so I drove round. The address that is given is annother shop and they are using that address and nobody knows where they cook from. Foaming!! Getting reported. Don’t use my china! As they are con artists!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THESE WANT REPORTING !!!!

i called today to say that half of my food was missing from my order and then they called me ma’am even though i am a man. rubbish service and make sure that u dont order from here. save ur money, its rank

Ask for mild on a dish clearly wasn't mild as it swole my partners lips up ..... For the most expensive dish there was hardly no meat in it also and Thai rice meal rice wet rice / the chips were nice till I got half way down and they were rock hard uncooked ... Beef chow mein was kinda bland and the egg fried rice was pretty bland slightly over done some hard bits of rice in it... You can always tell how bad a takeaway is when there are no replies to the reviews !

I got food poisoning. The food was soggy and the shrimps were undercooked. Waited for the order for 1.5 hour and the delivery was 40 minutes later than the just eats predicted.

Food is wonderful and looks almost good enough to eat. Very interesting staff. Always full of good excuses for your food delivery being well over an hour late: "Very bad traffic, Even worse traffic, You just can't believe how bad the traffic is, You've never seen such traffic, Roads so busy can't even get into our car, We don't have a car so using bicycle, The bicycle is stuck in traffic, The delivery man can't rid a bike so is walking but the paths are very busy, Did we say just how busy the traffic is!! For goodness sakes just understand how busy the traffic is!!! Are you sure you ordered from us because we always have traffic problems The order is on its way just a few more minutes as the traffic is just starting to ease up, The car won't start, The dog has eaten everything so we're making it from start, The dog is ill, The delivery man's shoes have broken down, We don't actually do deliveries but just for you we are trying but, well, you know, traffic, We're just a few miles away, what you mean your just down the road? If that's true why didn't you just come get it? No you can't come get it we're not that kind of shop! Think of the traffic!! Won't someone please think of the traffic!! You must have a wrong number this is a hair dressers. Sure we can fit you in for a cut n blow dry. Just beware of the traffic.

Worst quality of food and pathetic service was supposed to get delivery by 8:35 while it came at 10pm! Called around 27 times on the restaurant’s number and no one bothered to answer!!!! Please save your heath and your money and don’t order from here

Me and my sister ordered from here, it's been nice in the past. The food arrived within good time, the portions were big and at first I thought the food tasted ok. (we got Thai green curry and salt and pepper chips). I got a very weird aftertaste/smell from the curry, like bad breathe or something, which put us off. The chips didn't feel like they were cooked properly, they had a weird texture, and the Molton cake never arrived. Just hope I'm not ill 😂 Won't be ordering again after this occasion. Shame because it was nice before

What a absolute joke of a T away from the very start to the finish. Customer service was a joke to begin with rude arrogant staff. Placed a order for salt and pepper chicken wings and was given dry stale chicken bites with chips. Horrendous experience would advise everyone to stay clear !

Ordered delivery at half 6, didn't arrive. Kept of fobbing me off saying it was 10/15 minutes away 8:45 and still a no show. Now they have closed their phone lines so I can't even know if my food will even arrive. Never use

Ordered udon noodle chef special. Very bland. Only thing I tasted was salt. Also ordered starter of mixed, prawn toast, spring rolls and what was supposed to be wonton. Very poor, smelled awful, didn't eat them. Overall very disappointed. On a positive note, it arrived on time.

The food did not arrive the driver was beyond rude. The shop was also rude when called to complain about the driver. Driver called back to again tell me the food was here, the food was not, he said I was lying and it was! The takeaway did not really care we had not received any food. Do not order from here it is not worth the hassle of arguing about but having any food delivered and then still having to cook because they never bring it! Dreadful service.

Overcooked chicken was rock hard. Main meal was nothing but chilli flakes, hardly any taste but so much heat it was inedible. Threw most of it in the bin

Ordered from here was worried that it wouldn't arrive but turned up after about 30 mins. The prawns in the sweet and sour where in a really soggy batter, don't think they were cooked. Left it. The special fried rice wasn't like one I've eaten before came in some sauce but wasnt that bad. Salt and pepper chips where actually really nice. Mixed review

Ordered shredded beef and they gave us shredded bloody chicken! Chips was hard. Noodles tasted soggy. I am so so disappointed. Believe the reviews guys and stay away

Ordered through just eat and told me food was on its way. Never arrived so tried calling the number listed but just dialled out. Went to the premises and found out there is another business there instead called Famous. The boards are still on the wall so should really have been taken down. Also if the business has closed then why are you still allowed to order through Just Eat!?! Very disappointing experience - don’t understand how I can get updates as well about my delivery if the place has closed. This should be updated on both Google and Just Eat to stop anyone else making the same mistake!!

I ordered from my China yesterday evening on uber eats for myself and my family. We ordered chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls x2, beef in black bean sauce, fried rice and chips x2. All arrived within the time frame given , all arrived nice and hot. Unexpectedly large portions which was a great surprise considering how cheap the meals were, chow mein and black bean sauce was both very tasty and full of flavour and you could tell it was freshly made, the beef in the black bean sauce was very spicy considering we ordered mild but the actual flavours was still there. The beef in black bean sauce was also an allergen dish as the person having this dish is allergic to mushrooms and they followed the note i gave them which can often be ignored at takeaway places. The chow mein had a lot of flavour to it, arrived in a large portion and wasnt dry, had a nice sauce ratio to the dish. The chips were hot and tasty and not soggy like they usually are at other takeaways, fried rice was lovely and arrived hot as well, the sweet and sour sauce was lovely as well not too overpowering on the sour side, had nice flavours to it and arrived hot also. And the battered chicken balls were all delicious as well, the batter wasn't soggy and the chicken was moist, arrived hot, had a nice taste to them and you got a lot of them for a small price, very well worth it, we was all very impressed even my partner who works as a chef so isn't easily impressed with takeaway food standards lol. It managed to feed all of us and probably more there was that much food, very happy customers. Also the delivery driver was very friendly. We will definitely be ordering from here again, might even be our new usual place to order from now. :)

Ordered food from here and it never showed up. They charged us £30 for the food and when it didn't show up we phoned numerous times they ignored the phone calls. We phoned on a seprate number and they answered and said he food would be there soon. Never showed up but took our money. Definitely a scam

Please stay away. Ordered a delivery from just eat. Took my money. Food never arrived. Wasn’t even able to call the restaurant. Kept saying user busy. Very poor.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE, food never arrived. ordered and requested a time slot, when I rang them an hour after the food should have arrived all I got was lies on the phone with them changing the story of why the food didn't arrive. Very rude staff talking Chinese between themselves and laughing.

This place has a bad rating which is sad. It was good value for money, only £1.50 delivery free and a decent tasting meal. No complaints.

Delivery took well over an hour without any updates, called to confirm where my order was and they pretended to not have my order. Never again, they need to be taken off Just Eat!

Ordered on just eat...won't be Ordering again..salt and pepper prawns covered in thick batter..if I wanted batterd fish I would of gone to the chippy lol..curry sauce was like orange water..the rice tasted like day before's.spent alot of money didn't even receive free prawn crackers like most places do..never again

Waited almost 2 hours for terrible food. Noodles smelt like feet, soggy chips and just a BAD experience in general. Dunno how Uber Eats gave it 4.7 stars, not a good takeaway

Literally been waiting for over an hour!!!! I’m so frustrated… NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOP edit: just ate the food, I swear on my mom, the chips stink of old fish! I don’t eat fish so I threw up!!! What a waste of money!!! Disgusting and dirty food!!!!!!

Salt & Pepper squid. Hands down the best one I've had from anywhere. Good portion size, fresh squid, crunchy batter and plenty of flavour and heat from the Salt & Pepoer seasoning

Nice sweet and sour Chiken. Also liked the red Thai curry. Delivery time was ok

Just got food the soft noddle was horrible taste of perfume the chips were scabby stone cold half cooked the beef fried rice didn't taste of anything the beefs was soggy but cheewy chinnese gravy never seen it ordered from wrong shop full order in bin DISCUSTING

Awful. Food took forever and they didn't answer phone, waited almost 2 hours before luckily deliveroo cancelled our order for us.

2 hour delay for delivery! Unacceptable, rude on the phone. Just eat said it was out for delivery, they said it was waiting to be collected as 'over 100 orders placed at the same time'. Asked why they didn't update this on just eat. Very hard to get through on the phone. Avoid.

Ordered from Just Eat Duck and pancakes were nice. Plenty of duck, could have done with another 3 pancakes. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and rice. Usually a fail safe even with supermarket ready meals but I didnt like it from here. Sauce didn't taste right, no pineapple but I will say huge chunks of chicken.

Allways late keep making the same mistake ordering from here because I am so hungry it's realy not a nice place to order from...

Absolutely inedible. Disgusting satay sauce and smelly meat. What is the point of having a huge variety of menu selection if all of them are done so badly. The only thing that is good was the chicken wings and it is not even chinese. Avoid.

will never order from this place again 😡 they took payment for food and never delivered also were extremely rude when i contacted them by fone and slammed the fone down on me but still continued to take payment !! i ordered through food hub and complsint gone in there aswell

The food looks disgusting and taste disgusting, I would sadly no recommend.

Food is tasteless and far from Chinese quality.Chow Mein was only flavoured with Soy sauce, could make better myself. No Pork on the menu says it all. Will never order from here again.
