Disgusting Bar staff rude n miserable DJ rubbish and a piss head Toilets wet tissue all ova. Will never return again

He ordenado aquí varias veces y cada comida ha sido de buena calidad y llega caliente. Creo que los chips de sal y pimienta son los mejores en Leeds. Me sorprendió ver las otras críticas bajas aquí, ya que esa no es mi experiencia.

I was traveling between Wakefield and Leeds on the 444 bus, Rothwell town centre looked nice so I stopped for an hour to look around and have a late lunch in the Morrisons cafe. 3pm on a warm Saturday afternoon the town and Morrison's were almost empty, people were obviously elsewhere. I ordered my favourite, half chicken with chips, salad and colsaw. The lady checked if they had any chicken, the food arrived after about 5 minute's, the cafe itself could easily seat a hundred people, there were only five of us there. The tables were clean the food was ok. The toilets were clean and excellent. No complaints.

Pedí un poco de agua caliente en mi taza de Uni of Leeds junto con la compra de un pastel caro que estaba seco, me preguntaron si estaba usando leche o azúcar porque me cobrarán. 4 miembros del personal se pararon detrás del mostrador y todos me miraron murmurando en silencio mientras tenía que preguntarles y mostrarles que estaba usando un agitador de madera para mi té. Soy un estudiante de clase trabajadora en una institución / universidad privilegiada y me hicieron sentir como un indigente. Discriminación en una institución que presume de igualdad, qué broma es este lugar.

Terrible experience - it’s a few months since I had a subway - prices have escalated and quality diminished - we definitely won’t be back - you’ve priced yourself out of our market

Awful food, bland & tasteless, £7.40 for a small portion of special fried rice, 2 prawns, a couple of pieces of overcooked beef, Chinese takeaways are getting worse, portions getting smaller, prices increasing, I won’t be using this one again, total rip off, not happy, avoid this place.

Glad I didn't check the reviews on Google, before ordering. Ordered at about 6am from LGI as we had our son in hospital, tried to call them to ask for sauces but number no longer in use and Google says closed so we thought it was a scam, however 25 mins later I get a call saying food is outside, delivery guy was so polite really nice and the food was good, doner kebab is your usual nice standard kebab with chilli and garlic etc, garlic bread good. Not the Ritz but if anyone finds themselves in LGI or needing very late delivery at some point and reads this, I'd say risk it.

30-40 minutes wait for a jacket potato and cheese, cutlery dirty , never coming again

I order my meat feast pizza in June 2021 I’ve managed to travel around Asia, Europe and now Africa to come home to still be told my pizzas 5 minutes away I dunno what I’m more shocked about the wait time or the children in Africa having a meat feast pizza before me.

RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers! (04.02.2024 @ 20.20 order #8125- this is so that when the area manager looks he can see what shower of a team was supposed to be working)
