Ordered a chicken kebab on naan … never got the naan bread, all I got was a thick and dense pitta bread and not the light proper naan I was expecting. This isn’t the first time this has happened, should have thought better but gave them the benefit of the doubt … they either need to up their game or completely revamp their menu as I won’t be ordering from here again …. Very disappointed

If I could give it a Zero star rating then I would, both me and my wife ended up with severe “Food Poisoning” after eating one of their Kebabs. It didn’t look right when we got it home, it looked like meat that had been left from the night before then poorly reheated. We were both very poorly with throwing up & poring out of the other end too, we couldn’t eat anything for 4 days and were in so much pain. We will never eat there again and we certainly wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone, Food hygiene need to be paying them a visit ASAP.

I used to get from here all the time. Their chicken tikka starter was to die for so naturally I tried their chicken tikka naan kebab … I wish I hadn’t! It wasnt even a naan bread that came. It was a very large, dense, flat doughy pitta bread so my whole meal was ruined! I was expecting a light, fluffy naan bread and what came was completely and absolutely a pitta bread … I was very disappointed. I won’t be ordering from here again 👎🏻

I have ordered from here weekly for the past 6 weeks for my Donna Kebabs with chilli, salad and chips. I must say I haven't been disappointed at all. The meat is always very fresh along with the salad and the chilli sauce is to die for. It has always come on time and is hot. I shall continue ordering from here.

We used to live in Kippax, so have had a few bad meals from Caesars (especially southern fried chicken) but after a few bad local meals we (stupidly) ordered again. Took an hour to arrive, which was advertised, but the Southern Fried Chicken was dry and boneless, horrible fillets which was as far from SFC as you could get. Our other burger was ok, the best I can mention really, but the chips were cold and limp. It was too late to call and get a new meal (11:15) so we ate a little and went to bed. When I called the next evening they apologised but said I should have called and they would have sent another (even if too late to actually eat it) and offered a 15% discount. FIFTEEN. If we ordered again. Seeing as we ate maybe 40-50% of our meals maximum, I can safely say that Caesars wont be honouring that 15%. Never. Again.

We ordered our food through their delivery app. We have ordered before about 1 year and the food was poor and cold. Unfortunately it hasn't changed, food 10 to 15 later than they said ( we only live 10 muns away ). Spicy chicken burger, its never seen a spice in its life, food cold, French fries had no heat what's so ever. I now have been reminded why I didn't order for a year, will not waste my money again.

If you’re drunk and want something to eat this is by far the best place to get food....but if you’re not drunk there’s plenty of other places you can eat at. Avoid this place if you can, even for deliveries. I would gladly deliver you a better meal, just ask.

Food was missing from my order was told they would be out straight away with replacement I’m still waiting 2 weeks later when I rang about it for the second time I was told to get lost I was not getting it very rude staff and to be truthful food not very good either

Regular customer here but tonight fancied a chocolate cake so ordered the Ferrero choc cake with custard the custard was like water which made the cake mushy very disappointed

I ordered a 'thin and crispy' half and half pizza and paid £12 for the privilege, including delivery. Sadly the pizza was neither thin, nor crispy! One half was a 'Quattro Formaggio', or 'four cheeses', which clearly did not contain four cheeses, or any cheese at all from what I could make out. It was clearly the awful, fake, substitute cheese, that is much cheaper and very unpleasant, even more so when it's burnt! The other half was supposed to be chilli con carne, which tasted rather like dog food with a few spices chucked in. If there is a choice between starvation and ordering from this place, I will have a decision to make, the food was deeply unpleasant and ended up in the bin!

Went here recently it a take away only kebabs are lovely and pizza as well OK for a Saturday night after the pub.. (don't mean that in a bad way)😊

Food awful Service awful. Ordered 2x pizzas, cole slaw and fries. Delivery person brought us a bag of chips for £16.30 no pizzas! Said he thought it was strange but never thought to ask? Pizzas rubbish when they eventually did arrive. Never again!

I've ordered from Caesar's a number of times and seen a steady decline in their food. I ordered a Calzone today, when I got it it was raw dough and tasted like flour so I put it in the oven for another 10 minutes and it didn't taste any better so I told them and they sent a replacement which even worse than the first. Inedible! It was raw dough so I phoned them again and got a guy that said he personally watched them cook it and it wasn't raw, he said he'd get the manager to call me. I got a call from a confrontational Manager who kept stating it wasn't raw even though I kept saying I'm looking at the raw cut off dough. He wouldn't look at it or acknowledge what I was saying. I won't eat here again.

Always been a great takeaway! And still is delivery is always prompt and the is always hot. I would recommend the crocodile pizza full of goodness!

I ordered cheesy chips from here once. So I took the chips home and got into bed, opened the box and the cheese was green! Gone off!!! It was the most vile thing I've ever seen!!! Would not recommend!

Comida llegó en buen tiempo con parte de la orden que faltaban. Llamé y me dijeron que sería aquí enseguida. 15 minutos más tarde, todavía no había llegado así que llamé otra vez. Esta vez, el director era grosero y me colgó. Llamé y fuimos a estabamos sobre mí y no me dejaron hablar. Gerente me dijo que para ir a coger un reembolso si quería. Lo hice, y el dinero pero se negó a disculparse por la forma que había hablado conmigo por teléfono diciendo que no tenía nada que disculparse. Él era elevar su voz y se negó a hablar, hablar con mi novia en su lugar. Él entonces llamamos a la policía para eliminar. Tratamiento inapropiado de mucho tiempo al cliente. No usar otra vez y sin duda no lo recomendaría a todo el mundo!

Ordered on just eat , enjoyed food and me and my family loved it will buy again from here. Cheap prices for nice food.

I ordered a takeaway worth just short of £30 for myself and family members. I ordered a calzone and the guy kept say 11" pizza I said no a calzone he repeated what I had said the order came on time for us to receive a pizza I rang and said I haven't got what I wanted, the guy was shouting down the phone saying I had ordered the pizza and as I was talking he was shouting over me and then he put the phone down. I rang back and he said he would send one out in 30mims and I explained that the other good will be cold, he said that's my fault coz I didn't order right. Then he said I'll send one out in 30mins I said don't bothered. An hour later a delivery guy knocked on the door with a calzone, my brother law sent him back with it and told them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. They were totally unprofessional, I am a regularly customer. I won't be ordering there again.
