Pedí un poco de agua caliente en mi taza de Uni of Leeds junto con la compra de un pastel caro que estaba seco, me preguntaron si estaba usando leche o azúcar porque me cobrarán. 4 miembros del personal se pararon detrás del mostrador y todos me miraron murmurando en silencio mientras tenía que preguntarles y mostrarles que estaba usando un agitador de madera para mi té. Soy un estudiante de clase trabajadora en una institución / universidad privilegiada y me hicieron sentir como un indigente. Discriminación en una institución que presume de igualdad, qué broma es este lugar.

This pub has not long ago been taken over from the landlord and lady from the swan in trading.We were meeting family and friends from Newcastle and were very impressed to say the least.Seven adults and one child descended tea time Friday and it was quite busy but we were served promptly.I loved the relaxed atmosphere and spacious surroundings very clean and tables cleared quickly.Our meals were presented nicely and tasted very nice and reasonably priced. Looking forward to our next visit.

I had an absolute brilliant service! I was served by Zarin and Joana and I had the best experience every! They were really friendly and made sure I was comfortable for my flight as I lt was the first tike flying on my own. I dont usually write reviews but I feel like this was needed. Thank you so much guy you were amazing keep it up! I hope I'll see you again.

Very poor service. All staff look like they don’t want to be there. Lots of staff doing very little, with only one serving customers at the bar, with a customer queue, and no appreciation for customer wait time. No eye contact given, no smiles. Taking advantage of a captive audience with extremely high prices and lots of staff having an easy life. Staff talking amongst themselves whilst customers are waiting to be served. Employ someone that cares and can run an efficient and effective service.

It was ok nothing fancy considering how many takeaways and ten pound for rice n three kebabs.It was clean place and staff were quick
