‘Order will be 5 minutes’ 4 YEARS LATER, PIZZA STILL NOT ARRIVED…… I remember 2020 the year when I ordered my pepperoni pizza, I wonder what adventures it has had on its way to me. I ordered this pizza when Donald Trump was still president and it’s still not found its way to me, phone lady still insists it’s only 5 minutes away. How many 5 minutes in 4 years, let me tell you, the answer is 420,759.36! 2 years ago my marriage became a sham due to me still holding out hope this pizza would arrive, my two children died waiting for this pizza RIP. Curse you phone lady. 1 year ago, received all 5 COVID jabs in the time this pizza delivery is taking, also wife gave birth to a new child, however, she has not eaten in months and her milk could not support the infant, RIP again my children. PLEASE PHONE LADY, I BEG OF YOU, SAVE US ALL (no but seriously if you actually want food to appear, never order from this place)

Such poor service I have experienced tonight from the ls14 burger king branch. I went through the drive through and ordered food for myself and child. The girl on the drive through was quite unprofessional and rush me through my order where I had to tell her I had other food/drink to add. When she gave me my order half of it was missing and the rest was cold she sighed at me then told me to wait over there. I waited for about 10 mins and then the same girl came out with my food where I checked to make sure it was right which it wasn't so had to go back around again to correct this. By the time this was done the food had gone cold, we only live 2 mins away from the branch. The food was so disappointing as this was supposed to be a treat, we don't eat take outs much. I won't be going to that branch again.

We ordered various items and on their website stated dietary requirements. The items arrived normally, with both cheese and mayo included.. which we specifically requested to be excluded. When we spoke to the shop to get the items replaced.. they denied there was a problem, then they blamed their website, then blamed us for not ordering correctly. The patronising way he spoke to us was out of order, We won’t be ordering from them again.

RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers!
