Hi people just want to let everyone know never ever order from OZMOZ also known as JESSIES BURGERS on Chapeltown Road. It is the WORST takeaway in Ls7 area they are very stingy with their food especially when you order by phone or app. Down below I have uploaded a picture of what they sent, it looks like it's been eaten once they made it in the shop. I basically ordered two chicken tikka and chips... they gave like 4 pieces of chicken tikka and the whole thing looks like it's just been thrown in there by hand. See for yourself people Check the pic out and I also heard they don't wear gloves when making peoples food. Disgusting people and place. By the way the shop has a second name which is "Jessie's burgers" but online on justeat and other apps for example uber eats it comes out as ozmos or jessies burgers.

Have buy one get 1 free on deliveroo you enter pizzas in comes to 14 pounds you enter the same 2 pizzas in and there 7.99 each your menu is either wrong ...which I doubt it you all do it on Uber and deliveroo abolute rip off merchants

took over 2 hours to then call me and tell me to cancel my order so they didnt get any negatives from cancelling it themselves

Absolutely shocking we where there for a minute to pick up a coffee! Could not see any signs, we weren’t causing any obstruction and now we have a car parking fine for £60!! We will never shop there again!

Una cerveza de pinta fue bastante barata, pero me dio la impresión de que no es un lugar seguro para beber. Parece que no hay nada en absoluto. Es el tipo de pub en el que el incrédulo dirige el pub y no la casera, es una pena como yo. He oído que esta vez fue un pub seguro y acogedor.

Never come back! I arrived the restaurant at 12:00nn and wanted to order the their signature dish, braised beef noodle, but the cashier told me the dish will not be ready until 1:30pm! Ok, fine! Perhaps they just don’t want to serve their signature dish for lunch! I decided to order something else, when I was going to pay, the cashier told me that they don’t have the card machine yet and asked me to pay by cash or BACS. Why don’t you update the information on Google, your website or social media platforms?! At the end I decided to leave and will not come back again! (According to Google, the restaurant has been operating for already one year)

El peor servicio de Greggs que he estado para toda la abuela trabajando muy grosero no hay satisfacción del cliente no no no hay cómo una gran marca como Greggs puede emplear a personas como ellos la gente está haciendo cola para que le sirvan ninguna respuesta de la abuela que trabaja.

Llega a las 10: 45 ... tarda 15 minutos en atender a unas 6 personas al frente, 3 personal sin embargo solo 1 usando till , luego cuando llegas al frente te dicen que no les queda desayuno , tal vez si no se tomaron ahí tiempo estúpido marcando dilly y también dando todo embutido a los conductores de Uber ¿Por qué no se apresuran y consiguen más desayuno y personal en ustedes punks

Las patatas fritas estaban empapadas, grasientas y poco cocidas. También estaban cubiertos de trozos negros, lo que indicaba aceite de cocina sucio. Para empeorar las cosas, encontré algo de la parte borrosa de la parte superior de una esponja para fregar con mis chips. ¡Absolutamente vil! Me sorprende que todavía estén en el negocio.

Order was missing an item, was told they can’t process a refund and will deliver it in 5/10min. 45min later still not arrived, and customer service still refusing to refund. Item never arrived. If only the pizzas were good, but crust was soggy and nachos pretty underwhelming.

Real Ale drinkers will know that Greene King are a brewery, they own pubs, they sell real ale in those pubs, they have 3 main sellers Abbot, IPA & Old Spackled Hen, usually all three are available in their pubs, NOT SO in this one. How poor is THAT !!

Where do i start.. staff need to get manners. Food was Luke warm Windows need a clean so does the floor. Cutlery wasn't very clean either. Outside is full of smokers and cig ends on floor. Will be sticking to my regular Cafe 91 further up street. Staff who work in cafe buy kids cigs from the shop next door as the kids are under age absolutely shocking behaviour they need to be reported!! Avoid and don't waste your money

I had ordered a cake for my sons 21st in November. always ordered from creative cakes previously and never had a problem. This time unfortunately Pat was in hospital so could not deliver. I was told night before by her daughter this was the case and was told I would get my £60 deposit back that day so sent bank details , she was extremely sorry….after many messages to and fro I am still waiting and its now January for my deposit. . Now my messages are being ignored completely, was told by daughter Pat is on the mend and was meant to be out of hospital before Christmas. At least don’t ignore my messages. All I want is my money back for the goods that were not delivered. Is that so bad? I had to find and pay for another cake within a day, terrible customer experience. Don’t order or you’ll be scammed
