Never come back!
I arrived the restaurant at 12:00nn and wanted to order the their signature dish, braised beef noodle, but the cashier told me the dish will not be ready until 1:30pm!
Ok, fine! Perhaps they just don’t want to serve their signature dish for lunch! I decided to order something else, when I was going to pay, the cashier told me that they don’t have the card machine yet and asked me to pay by cash or BACS. Why don’t you update the information on Google, your website or social media platforms?! At the end I decided to leave and will not come back again!

El peor servicio de Greggs que he estado para toda la abuela trabajando muy grosero no hay satisfacción del cliente no no no hay cómo una gran marca como Greggs puede emplear a personas como ellos la gente está haciendo cola para que le sirvan ninguna respuesta de la abuela que trabaja.
Llega a las 10: 45 ... tarda 15 minutos en atender a unas 6 personas al frente, 3 personal sin embargo solo 1 usando till , luego cuando llegas al frente te dicen que no les queda desayuno , tal vez si no se tomaron ahí tiempo estúpido marcando dilly y también dando todo embutido a los conductores de Uber
¿Por qué no se apresuran y consiguen más desayuno y personal en ustedes punks
Friday afternoon. School holidays. Summer. Should be a perfect combination for a packed ice cream cafe. Instead, it was empty in there and we can see why. The prices are silly but the experience was made worse by the staff.
Awful, awful attitude from the owner and waiter. Actually hostile. I think they are in the wrong business. But this place won’t be open for much longer I suspect.
I would really rate this 0/0. A truly horrendous experience. Ordered an English Breakfast×3. Was given a cold burned breakfast with cold toast! The only thing warm was the tea and hash browns. The sausages were doubly cooked and black. Rashers were burned with the tomatoes. Beans were cold with cold mushrooms! This place came recommended but I would recommend you stay away!! We were told we would get 10percent discount but the barmaid who was dreadful knew 0 so we got charged 28.50 for the experience never to return!!
Rude management , obviously no clue
Placed an order , went over the instructed time, called to ask how long and said 15 mins. Went past this time bordering 30 mins. Called again asking where is my order. Manager was extremely rude only to find out my order was cancelled because I requested how long it will be. SIPUP seems to be the most reliable right now. This place is shameful
Over cooked bacon which has probably been held since 7.00am, cold, hard, dry as a bone served with a flat white which was tasteless and I suspect the milk was off.
The whole lot thrown in the bin and a waste of nearly £10 for the two of us.

Bland. Bombay potatoes are horrible. They swapped our curry because we wanted something a bit spicy but not too spicy when we got it there was no spice at all after being advised to swap. Spent over £20 and didn't get the free bottle of pop. Still hungry. Wouldn't waste your money
