This is the 4th or 5th time now I’ve asked for extra sauce, and it’s not there. Best part is, tonight they tried arguing with me that they did put it on! Picture clearly shows me not. I pay a fortune for pizza, I should have it how I want it.

App states out for delivery, due 20.30 at latest, phone restaurant at 20.45 as nit arrived and app suddenly not working. Told be 5 to 10 mins the most. 15 mins later no delivery, phone again, har dto understand person on the phone but basically sorry driver says he will be there soon and you can have 50%off next time. What the heck no real answers ridicous. Taken our money yet no food? Customer service NIL. Disgusting

The app said delivered but wasn’t rang store who it was waiting to be delivered, when order arrived an hour later garlic bread missing and food was cold . I rang store again and was laughed at by the manager and was told food was hot when came out of the oven . I am appalled by the manger yes mistakes happen but to be laughed at and mocked by a manger is a discrace

Had to wait an hour and a half for delivery. The online tracker said pizza had been delivered after 30 mins. I rang the shop and was told we'd have it in 5 to 10 mins. It took 40 mins to come. It was cold so then had to wait a further 15 minutes to heat it in the oven. Not a good experience, we'll have pizza hut next time.

Ordered the food over 90 minutes ago and still waiting for our food Phoned the shop and our order as just been done but waiting for a driver this could take upto 30 minutes. So I said our order will be cold then. To which he hung up. Domino’s Morley do not use period.

I ordered from here 10 days ago, and have previously ordered quite regularly; sometimes the quality of the food was a bit hit and miss, but always arrived promptly and hot. On this occasion, the food took 2 hours to deliver (despite the order tracker stating it was out for delivery within 10 minutes of ordering), and arrived cold and dry. I had to re-heat it and ended up throwing most of it in the bin it was that bad. I made a complaint, and was told someone would contact me in 5 days. I'm still waiting.

Don't order from here! We keep making the same mistake every time its a disgrace! Waited over 2 hours, food arrived cold. Few weeks later order again. 1 hr 50 came cold. Tonight weve ordered, been 1.5 hours says been delivered on the app no pizza. And the phone landline connects to a vodafone voicemail. Absolute joke!

We usually get Pizza from Pizza Bello or Pizza Hut in Morley but this evening I made a terrible mistake and ordered from Dominos. The tracker advised me it had been delivered but it had not. I chased after about an hour to be told it was on its way but driver had multiple drop offs. From my order at 5.32, it finally arrived at 6.45. The pizza was completely cold and dry and had hardly any toppings and part of the order was wrong. It went in the bin! It is impossible to get through by telephone as they rarely answer. I have sent in a complaint but not expecting a response. I will avoid at all costs in future.

Absolutely appealed by the service provided at Dominoes Morley. The manager was at first dismissive, arrogant and unhelpful, which when I continued to be polite turned to aggression, obnoxioussness and yelling. As a female trying to receive a refund for an order the franchise cancelled despite accepting payment for the pizza order, I felt intimidated and threatened by the manager who said he didn't know what a transaction Auth code was, so I had to explain it after the bank said they needed it for the fraudulent payment. I was left in tears and too afraid to call back to speak with him so have instead spoken to the head office and requested an investigation into the managers financial activity and training on how to speak with female customers. The store said they had no drivers but were still accepting orders online, head office had no idea and hadn't been made aware and said it was suspicious activity. I am holding domino's responsible for not doing better checks on their 'managers' of their franchises and have reported the verbal assault to their complaints team. I will await their investigation into this shockingly terrible service and fraudulent activity in this store, but in the meantime I am telling all my family and friends not to use this pizza parlour as they obviously do not know how to function as a reputable place and if this is how they behave to customers, I wonder what other practices they are breaking.

Ordered a a series of food for delivery through Web site and was accepted. Then received a phone call saying they didn't have any drivers on shift so it would be 3 hours for delivery and they were cancelling the order. However the money had already been taken and it would be a week to receive the refund. Meaning lots of unhappy people with no food and me being down a lot of money for a week. Phoned head office to complain and they said they had not been told the by the franchise of not being able to offer delivery and so people can still order for delivery- as such they can not do anything but can wait a week for a refund. I did not receive a cancellation email etc from the franchise so contact my bank to stop payment and they said I needed the cancellation number from the store. Phoned up the store to get cancellation email and complained and asked for number the staff said they did not know what it is and said manager said speak to head office ....i asked to speak to manger and was put on hold......15 mind later.....I asked my friend to phone up and he asked to speak to manager in a friendly tone as was said sure and put straight through....I was left still on hold so manager was not to busy to speak to new caller but was to busy to speak to me. I again explained the situation asked for the cancellation number and the store manager said they could not give it me or know how to do it....and so i questioned him on it eventually I got a authorisation number from him....called bank........and shock 6 digit code was not a real code......is this just bad customer service or is this fraud now as they have my money...i have no food...they gave me a code which appears not to have just been made up. So I would say Food - lacking in substance Customer service- terrible to neglecting Experience - worst experience with fast food - advise don't use domino's not even with a voucher.

Ordered for delivery, driver refused to drive down the track leading to our property which vehicles use all day long. Meaning that we never received our order and were simply told we'll be issued a refund.

Walked in at 1 min past 12, with 18 our old who has just finished work- staff really argumentative and racist….. the irony is, her shift was longer than theirs, and they were moaning about their work.

I got a delivery of tuna onion peppers and chilli pizza, honestly it looked and tasted like a doughy burnt margarita, so disappointed, no toppings at all, the only reason it got 1 star was that it wasn't cold, I ate it because very hungry nut NEVER go again

Pathetic. For the fifth time they delivered to the wrong address and claimed they had the wrong address from me despite having delivered here several times in the past. No apology and no explanation as to why they don't use the postcode they have on file and therefore end up at the wrong address which has a similar street name. Totally useless.
