Had no Gravy, Krushem's or Boneless fillets, but took shy of £60 order and didn't even have the decency to ring me to say the items were not available. Wouldnt refund my money even though I paid this store. Was told to go online to obtain a refund as the store can not issue refunds. Surprise surprise went on their website, and entered all the relevant information that took me to a screen that said to contact Care Squad. Clicked the link but was in a never-ending loop that takes me to the main screen of their website. Had to initiate a refund through my bank and I'm now lodging a complaint with trading standards and KFC's head office. The staff were unhelpful and appallingly rude.

Appalling service. Ordered a 2 piece meal to go in the drive thru. I specified that both chicken pieces should be full breast. Waited ages for the order to be completed. When I got home … there was 1 brown quartet piece and 1 chicken leg!!! Both pieces were so small the chicken must have died of malnutrition! There were no chips at all!!!! So pathetic performance resulting in a meagre meal. This is not the first time the couldn’t care less staff have got my order wrong - but it certainly will be the very last. A total waste of time and money. A KFC to be avoided at all costs!!!

It took them 30 minutes to get the order then the order wasn’t even correct. The staff was taking ages to get the food ready and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Collected two piece chicken meal and a zinger tower meal. The chicken was cold and like a bullet. The chips were cold and dreadful. We couldn’t eat any of the meal and so we tried to feed the cat with it. She sniffed it and walked away. What a waste of money. We used to really enjoy kfc.

I have just called in to the restaurant and while at the counter waiting to be served I was ignored by 4 members of staff who just walked by without acknowledging my presence. I had to call over to 2 staff members at the drive through window. Otherwise I may still have been ignored. A staff member who I will presume was the manager as they were taking cash from the register told me some one would be with me shortly. Again other staff members appeared and subsequently also ignored me waiting to order. Eventually the staff member on the drive through came to take my order. No apology or any concern about the poor customer service. I found the lack of customer service appalling. Considering how the hospitality industry has been hard hit, you would think they would keen to make sure they do everything to make all customers welcome. Along with being concerned when they fail. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone.

Visited October 18, 2020. Experienced bad service from Chantelle Berry today. A very disrespectful staff member towards us just because of having a BlueLightCard. So to anyone having a blue light card, I hope you don’t get the same bad experience from the many years we have visited this branch this is the first time we have encountered this.

Service terrible. Food cold and poorly cooked. My biggest worry was hygiene not one member of staff cleaned any of the tables. This is a breach of conduct. Staff busy unhelpful. And not interested. Also had a take away same. Food badly cooked chips disgusting. Don't eat there at any cost. Received nothing we ordered. Gave it up in the end and just ate what was given. Yes I did complain no-one bothered.

Kfc seacroft the food is good when you finally get it however the staff are some of the slowest, unhappy looking people i have ever met. I have been several times but wont be going again. Fast food. Try slow food.

I have used this KFC on a couple of occasions. This is the best KFC in Leeds. Good food. Well prepared chicken! Staff really friendly and welcoming. Very clean. This place is a credit to KFC!

RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers! (04.02.2024 @ 20.20 order #8125- this is so that when the area manager looks he can see what shower of a team was supposed to be working)

After having a fun day at Elland Road Stadium and Ice Skating I thought I’d take my son down to one of my old haunts. As a teen I used to frequent this particular Burger King and had warm fuzzy feeling of nostalgia for the place. Well with in 30 seconds all that was ruined and I could see why it was empty (Apart from some obnoxious Delivery Guys). Tables were filled with Rubbish, staff were more concerned with Drive Through and Online Orders than actually serving people who visit, the food was cold and poorly assembled, chips were soggy we couldn’t finish it, asked to speak to a manager who never appeared, took my complaint to their customer service. I can’t believe that a company like Burger King willing hires and promotes staff with such a high level of incompetence and complete lack of manners! Yet to hear back from Burger King Customer Service, but fond memories have been replaced by this experience, and if the place gets shut down by environmental health, I wouldn’t be surprised! AVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
