Home delivery, my breakfast food was given to my next-door neighbour to eat who had not ordered any food. You could me if not sure. Even food delivered to wrong hands,

Placed an order on just eat. Never turned up been waiting an hour and half and tried ringing yet no response.

It was a terrible experience because I was looking forward to it. But I was shocked how something so badly done like everything threw in a deep fat fryer basket and reheated. I've worked in kitchens I know this used to happen but all my breakfast and hash browns in the same fat as meat soaking it up. No this was a huge dissapointment. It was delivered quickly and is not close it was an insult

Cancel order after waiting an hour claimed they couldn’t find us ! No phone call correct address given on Google maps! Very disappointing

My order was delivered 20 minutes late and I was missing my large bacon and egg sandwich and 2 hash browns. I called 4 times but could not be connected, I tried going through Just Eat still no joy. I then text the café but to no avail. My husbands breakfast was incredibly greasy and salty to the point where he could not eat it. I tried one of the steak pies that contained mainly potato with remnants of processed meat, it was incredibly salty and tasted horrible. Incredibly disappointing.

Terrible cafe. After the food arrived late. X2 of the drinks that we ordered was forgotten. After nearly two hours passed I called the restaurant to find out what was happening, to be told they was actually spilt in the car. Not forgotten If I wouldn’t of called I wouldn’t of got a refund!!

I order quite regularly from nanas kitchen and I can honestly say the food has always been spot on👍. The apple crumble and custard is lovely. They have a variety of food and they also do home delivery. Give them a try you won't be disappointed

Ordered the challenge breakfast, was ok nothing brilliant, missing black pudding which was meant to be with it and the hash browns were undercooked n greasy and falling apart, I should av just bought all ingredients and made it myself as mine are much better than this one! Wont order from here again

We came across this ‘cafe’ quite by accident as we were searching through Just Eat app. I think it was just a cafe operating from Fountain Street in Morley but attempted to diversify during lockdown by offering take away services and adding things like Pizza to their menu. We have ordered 3 times now over the last 3 months as we were keen to try and support local enterprise. Overall, the food we have ordered has been quite reasonable. We have tried pizza, panini, wraps, steak baguettes and even cottage pie. My main concerns have been the lack of organisation but I guess this is to be expected if they have only just started and perhaps are still finding their feet. On all 3 occasions, the food has been late and taken up to 90 minutes to arrive. It also arrives in containers that are not always appropriate and sometimes wrapped in foil in an attempt to keep it warm. The food is always Luke warm though so they need to invest in something to get that sorted. Also, they need to sort out the menu offering on Just eat as it is confusing. They seem to have duplicated as you can order from Nanas Cafe and Nanas Kitchen which is the same place but menus are slightly different. For example, Nanas Cafe does not have Pizza on the menu. So overall, not too bad and great that there is a variety of meals for all the family. But they are clearly not set up properly to be able to cater for large orders and they need to improve speed of delivery service to compete with the bigger players in the local area.
