KFC in Leeds

Si pudiera calificarlo como cero lo haría. Pensé que tendría un Kentucky para variar. Pagué 20 libras por un cubo familiar de pollo tibio y unas patatas fritas. Así que después de calentarlo todo en casa traté de comérmelo. Seco e insípido y muchos espinazos en el pollo. La peor comida que he tenido en años. ¿Cómo puede justificar una empresa tan grande servir tanta basura?

Mantente despejado... .. pasó 1 hora 13 minutos cenando con niños por el placer de una multa de NPC a través del correo en Navidad. A continuación, intente completar una carta de apelación en línea, pero debe verificar un correo electrónico que nunca llega haciendo imposible apelar. Explotar a la gente de esta manera debería ser ilegal. Nadie se da cuenta de los letreros pequeños en un aparcamiento mal iluminado en los terrenos de un restaurante porque estás comiendo allí, así que lo último que esperas es que te piquen así. KFC bien puede ser solo ser inquilinos y se consideran no responsables, pero siento que usted va a conseguir la caída ... . mi familia y amigos no van a comer en ese establecimiento más ... rip off

Justo a la vuelta del dentista. El marido quería probar sus nuevos dientes postizos. Se las arregló muy bien. Chloe nos sirvió. Era su primer día. Muchacha encantadora. Alguien más barre y mantiene limpias las mesas. La comida era excelente.

Compré un cubo de fiesta de 14 piezas, recibí 4 pequeñas piezas secas de pollo y 10 (diez) palitos de tambor de pollo. El personal nos dijo duro, si consigues trozos de pollo, conseguirás lo que te dieron. Cero interés en corregirlo, ningún interés (o, más probablemente, capacitación o habilidades) en retener a los clientes. 10 palitos de pollo en un trato de £ 34 y cero trozos de pollo es pobre. No voy a volver. No es de extrañar que consiga un 1. Clasificación general de 5 estrellas. Espero que mi 1 estrella ayude a bajar su promedio a la 1 estrella que merece.

RUDE! LAZY! Sat at speaker for touching 5 mins no answer moved to window to be looked at 3x then knocked on window for the drive thru lady to come and say go back to the speak….i refused so she took my order code. Explained about the guy looking at me no answers! Checked order it was totally wrong so went inside again said excuse me to a different lady for her to look and carry on packing an order! Drive thru woman returns explains my order was wrong she snaps at me telling me she didn’t pack it? Did I say she did? She shouted the woman that did who said well I put the boneless meal in….she didn’t and I had 4 pieces of chicken that I didn’t order all with bones in so she clearly got it wrong. It was changed over and I left. I decided to ring the manager who well let’s just say she’s not going far in life…..rude and arrogant she is. When I explained about the lad looking at me she says “he’s not trained in driver thru” I understand that but to open a window and ask me to wait a moment is more than enough….wait for it HES NOT TRAINED TO OPEN A WINDOW!!! Howling I was…not trained to open a window must be in next pay scale then young man hurry and get up there. She asked what I wanted her to do? Clearly as useless as the team she leads! The chicken when I got home was as dry as Gandhis Flip Flop well dehydrated because they were all chatting and not working that’s why! What a complete joke of a place. Never been in a place with so many rude people serving customers! (04.02.2024 @ 20.20 order #8125- this is so that when the area manager looks he can see what shower of a team was supposed to be working)

Met friends here for lunch and was rewarded with a parking fine for being there longer than an hour. Absolutely disgusting that they feel the need to rip off customers in this way admittedly I missed that there was a sign but giving only 60 mins parking is unacceptable. This is also the worst food I have eaten at any KFC.

Waited 25 minutes for food at the drive through, the store was empty, staff outside vaping and smoking. No one apologised for our wait or explained why we waited. We were waiting at the payment and collection window in which we could see staff stood on their phones, lots of swearing, and not much working! I ordered a milkybar crushem which had bits of oreo in and just a massive block of melted chocolate! Absolutely appalling service, will never be returning.

Staff service is ok but the manager at this store is absolutely awful unfriendly and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this store to friends and families. The food is 2 ⭐️

We decided to take our granddaughter here after a day out as she likes the popcorn chicken. We ordered our food, waited and then took our food to find a table, although the place was completely empty we could only find one table that was clean, the floor was covered in food, rubbish , mud and was absolutely filthy (see attached photos) One of the girls who worked there then sat down opposite us to eat, obviously on her break, and using the back of her hand wiped the food that was already on the table from previous customers straight onto the floor. If my granddaughter hadn’t have been so hungry I would have asked for a full refund, handed the food back and walked out! Never again, KFC Horsforth, absolutely shocking!!
