The best restaurants in Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

Absolutely disgusted with how my order has been handled. I placed an order on Uber eats and as it approached the later delivery time I call to check how long as I’d just finished a 12 hour shift and needed to sleep. I was told it would be another half an hour 45 minutes at that time I didn’t realise that would take them up to closing time. The person on the phone also lied and said it was an Uber driver dropping the food even though on the app it tells you the shop has their own driver. So after waiting the extra half an hour I called and no response I’ve been trying to cancel or contact someone and I’ve had no luck for the past hour. I will NEVER order from here again and I will be advising my friends and family not to either. This isn’t the first time either

Rude manager and very unprofessional shouting at staff across the bar and cocktails undrinkable.

I have to write & say we have been to this restaurant numerous occasions as it is so relaxing looking out directly on to the lake & a fabulous atmosphere , the food as always is impeccable & the waiters & waitresses are so polite & nothing is too much trouble, My compliments to Lakeside Restaurant for employing such lovely friendly staff as Leah,Alex,Joel, & Matt These are the only people who we got to speak to serving our food, but I am sure the chefs, & the rest of the staff are just as nice as you can tell they are a happy team .Thank you for making our time there so memorable Pam France

Estoy tan contento de tener uno de estos en Leeds, excelente experiencia gastronómica y de cine. La decoración es fabulosa (nunca te quedarás sin temas de conversación con todos los recuerdos de películas e imágenes en las paredes). El precio es perfecto, y el servicio siempre es encantador.

After a walk around Harewood, we fancied a nice Sunday lunch in Otley and couldn't have found a better place. We both opted for the roast beef and it was amazing. Slow cooked beef brisket with veg and Yorkshire pudding. One of the best pieces of beef I've ever had and everything else around it was perfect. The bar staff were also very welcoming and offered me a sample of the ale first before I ordered a full pint. Overall, great food, great staff and great surroundings.

it took 1 hour and 30 mins to arrive, even though the app was saying enjoy your food we ended up phoning them for them to say it's on its way it was 20 mins after the call when we finally got our food.

I would give negative star if it's allowed. The food tasted terrible. I have never tried horrible food like this before. The attitude of the manager or owner was so rude that i think he should be fired.

Fish was on its arse…. Batter soggy shite service too don’t ever prefer from the place EVER

Would rate a zero but alas I can't. Don't order within several hours of closing if you want to eat.

No volvería de nuevo, mi amigo es vegetariano y pidió sopa era muy soso nunca le pregunté si quería pan blanco o marrón, mi hija tenía una chaqueta de patata era verde no recibió disculpas o un reemplazo pensó que el personal era grosero

Hoy me lo he pasado muy bien comprando aquí. Me atendió una encantadora joven llamada Ella que era extremadamente educado, hablador y servicial, dándome una experiencia maravillosa. Definitivamente volveré.

Took my money but order did not go through. I ordered on their website and it failed to go through - checked my bank account next day and money was gone. Phoned to ask for a refund twice but just get told that as no order was made they do not owe me a refund - but the money was taken. Not sure what to do next - I will plot something. Quite terrible!

I come here a few times a week for bubble tea and have to say I cannot fault it! The staff that work here are always so friendly and the drinks are amazing. The store is nice and clean, I never feel rushed to decide (even though I always get the same thing in the end!) and the staff are always up for a friendly chat. Looking forwards to my next visit as usual!

Prices at bar toooo much but the service was brilliant efficient and friendly. Staff worked really hard

El mejor kebab donner y salsa de chile en todo Leeds spot on! El personal es educado Evan me dio una cebolla bhaji para probar mientras esperaba
