Bubbleology in Leeds

I come here a few times a week for bubble tea and have to say I cannot fault it! The staff that work here are always so friendly and the drinks are amazing. The store is nice and clean, I never feel rushed to decide (even though I always get the same thing in the end!) and the staff are always up for a friendly chat. Looking forwards to my next visit as usual!

We had the banoffee and strawberry and mint bubble teas and both were super tasty and refreshing! We loved both and would definitely come again. The customer service is incredibly helpful and friendly. We'll definitely come again! Brilliant place and people!

Best bubble tea I've had. Brilliant service from start to finish and being able to customize my drink how I like it is a game changer.

Ordered 2 supreme sized drinks with no ice. We both don't like cold drinks, but you can't order hot ones so no ice it always is. Theyve both turned up looking like dull dishwater, watered down to having zero flavour. Bubbleology, I understand that having no ice means more milk and/or mixer is needed to make the cup look full. So give customers like myself the option to pay more to do so or just put your usual amount of milk in and leave it. Please don't add water to it to make it look like there's a full cup of drink cos I now have a very expensive cup of washy water that tastes like hideous and looks like you've washed your hiking socks in it. By far the worst bubble tea I've ever had. So disappointed and won't be ordering from there again unfortunately.

Chatime is my regular bubble tea place. Bubbleology isn’t too bad. I got a Lychee fruit tea which was pretty good 5/5 and the size for the price is also very good worth the money. The chocolate milk tea tasted a bit average and the Tapioca was warm which is an interesting choice. I’ll admit on personal preference I prefer it cold from chatime but the warm tapioca was very good and fresh. I would recommend this place for a cheeky shopping stop drink.

Where do I start. The tapioca was stale and not even cooked properly. The toppings are kept aired and probably not replaced for many days making them taste i fresh. They use fake-tasting cheapest flavourings not even used by the big leaders like Chatime and Gong Cha and somehow charge even more than they do. It’s literally mental that this place is even alive because the product is so so disgusting, I can make a homemade bubble tea that tastes 100x better than the pile of cheap garbage this chain makes. AVOID AVOID AVOID. GO TO CHATIME FOR AN AUTHENTIC BUBBLE TEA EXPERIENCE

Went to this place on my short trip to Leeds and noticed this wee Bubbletea Shop. As I wasn't sure about the taste, I asked for the bestseller and it was PassionFruit tea. The passionfruit tea with the tapioca and apple and blueberry bobas was the most amazing bubble tea combination. This place is inside the Trinity Shopping Centre which has the facemasks complusary on the premises and albeit being exempt from them while eating and drinking at almost all the other places some facemask monitoring guards play Guardian's of Galaxy :P Best bubbletea in the town albeit it almost costs you a fiver (I don't even like Passionfruits :-D ). Also if you're a slow drinker then bring 2 straws with you!

The best place for Bubble Tea by far! I’m a lover of Bubble Tea and I’ve tried other places but they don’t compare to Bubbleology. I live quite far from Leeds, but I travel there just for the Bubble Tea :) definitely the best!

First time here wow we got the Christmas cheesecake one and a vanilla tea and a strawberry and cream one wow I'm converted this is the first place I will be heading when we go shopping in leeds

Me and my friends had strawberry and mint and Yuzu (that blue colour tho! Loved it!) And was AMAZING. Tried few bubble teas before but nothing left me pleased like this one. Also amazing customer service too, which is always a great combo if u decide to stop somewhere and refill your energy :) Raccomend this place

Was really satisfied with my Matcha tea, nicest bubble tea I’ve had in a really long time. Staff member (Sarah-Jane) was wonderful and polite and seemed genuinely happy to help me. I will definitely visit again when I’m next in Leeds!

I've made two separate orders from Bubbleology. My first being the Matcha Green Tea Large with Vanilla and Chocolate, Original Creamer, Single Tapioca, Strawberry boba, Passion Fruit boba, and Blueberry boba. I would definitely recommend this. I paid £5.39 for this through Uber Eats. My second order was from their Utopian specials range. It was the Pixie drink. I will attach a picture of the Pixie drink. This was pretty tasty. I still prefer my original order though. Definitely very pretty.

Very disappointed. I was in Leeds yesterday and I was walking past Bubbleology. I decided to stop as I am a big fan of bubble teas. I ordered a large taro tea, and it really was the worst I've ever tasted. It was grainy, the granules had not dissolved properly, and it was absolutely tasteless. Very sweet, but tasteless. I will not go back, there are other better places in Leeds (near the Merrion) for my boba tea.

Bought a quick coffee out of curiosity, very quick service, tasty and no hassle! I believe it was Calum who served me, very pleasant and professional!

Vine aquí por primera vez después de comprar con un amigo. Queríamos un té de burbujas, ya que tenemos esto de vuelta en nuestra ciudad en Miss Coffee y nos encanta, decidimos probar la bubbleogy por primera vez, ya que hemos escuchado que es popular. Estoy confundido en cuanto a por qué. Pedí un té de leche fría de taro con perlas de tapioca y fue bastante desagradable. El taro no está bien mezclado con la leche, lo que hace que tenga un sabor granulado en la boca y se acumule en la parte inferior. Además, las perlas de tapioca no tienen sabor, son suaves y la bebida en sí tiene un sabor acuoso. No estoy seguro de si esto es solo el personal aquí o la bubbleología en general, pero esto debe cambiarse lo antes posible, me siento triste al tomarlo porque sé que gastar una libra menos en casa y que el sabor está lleno y bien mezclado. No volveré de nuevo

Guau, qué experiencia!Primero un outlet muy guay.Apariencia fresca y con personal muy servicial y amable.Nunca tuve una de estas bebidas, pero un amigo mío me dijo sobre ellos.Así que pensé que iba a entrar.No me decepcionó! Una amplia variedad de bebidas. Alojado por días para probar cada una de ellas.Sin embargo, pregunté a un miembro del personal para una recomendación.Wowtales una bebida encantadora. Me he gastado una cantidad ridícula de dinero en esta tienda, no debido a los precios exorbitantes, pero porque no puedo dejar de volver aquí! Este lugar no es auténtico. He tenido té de burbujas en China Town, Manchester y es mucho mejor. Me dio Bubbleology (Taro) sabían como jabón y era el color de azul. No vayas aquí. Hay que añadir, que es bastante caro. £7. 10 por dos tés de tamaño? ¡Puaj!

No tienen asientos o algo, yo solía ir allí a menudo porque los últimos 2 meses estaba muy concurrido y estudiando muy duro para mi al GCSE y Bubbleology es un lugar donde se me ha relajado. Yo siempre tome un trozo antes de ir a la escuela para la intervención o después de la escuela.

Estos lugares son o bien o mal, mucho depende del sabor de té, y el sabor de burbujas te gusta y así sucesivamente... Una cosa sobre el té gustos Bubbleology débiles, utilizan más agua... Prefiero más leche, pero esa es mi preferencia personal. No muy grandes tamaños de té aquí, así que es una buena relación calidad-precio, por otra parte, si quieres adquirir uno si no estás interesado en entonces o beber mucho de algo que no te gusta o un montón de dispendio pour lejos té... Prueba el sabor taro desde aquí, este es probablemente el mejor té taro llegará en Leeds.

Me encanta el té de burbujas! Primero intenté que en Alemania cuando se hizo popular hace 4 o 5 años. Como tal, estaba realmente emocionado cuando las tiendas comenzaron a abrir al otro lado de Leeds.

Todavía estoy tratando de conseguir mi cabeza por té de burbujas las "burbujas" que se llaman perlas tapioca tienen una extraña textura algunas son más duro que otros y algunos simplemente pop en la boca. Hay muchos sabores para elegir y puede tener calientes o fríos y se pueden añadir camas supletorias perlas tapioca si así lo desea. Sin embargo, es bastante caro.

Esta fue una experiencia increíble! Yo estaba compras en Leeds para sorpresa de cumpleaños! Personalmente soy un ventilador masivo de té de burbujas, y quedé muy sorprendido cuando me di cuenta que había este "puestos" mientras que las compras en una de mis smiggle favorita de compras! Pronto GIT y salía al otro lado de la calle, tuve que nosotros!!! Fui y pedimos una copa con mango bobas con fruta de la pasión interior vi un montón de gente tenía que esperar mucho tiempo para tomar su bebida pero sólo tuve que esperar unos 2 minutos! y estaba delicioso! Espero que visiy ya que estaba interesado en la bañera de bobas por sólo 5 libras! Además, el personal era muy amable y hablador!!!

It's a bit like Shakeaholic but with Bubbles. I think it's a very good concept and it was executed very well. If you've never been I would definitely recommend going.

Estaba tan emocionado que tienen una sucursal local hacia el norte. Cada vez que vamos a Londres que siempre conseguir mi solución de Bubbleology y llevar una bañera de mezcla en casa con mi gin o champagne!

I've been to the London soho one as well. This brand seem regress and declined. Both drinks are terrible, only one taste - SWEET!!! Wasting money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there in late August to order a drink and asked the staff what they would recommend. It seems like they do not understand the product that they were selling and had no idea what the different toppings are. The drink was horrible

La primera vez que probé burbujas té fue en Corea del Sur, hay una franquicia tailandés llamado Gong-Cha. Perdí mucho, así que realmente queríamos tomar un té de burbujas. Yo pedí un té normal de leche con tapioca y lo recibí a sólo 5 minutos, creo que - la espera no fue larga. Aunque no era tan sabroso como lo que probé en Corea del Sur, me gustó mucho y volveremos cada vez que voy a Leeds.

There were 4 staffs working in that small area, but we still waited 20 mins for our drink. My friend ordered assam milk tea with no ice for take out. We realise that the drink was not full and the taste was horrible.
