Need more bar staff especially when there are bands on at the arena. Took a while to get served. Friendly bar staff. Nice outside seating area. Gets very busy, order on the app if you can.

Decent Wetherspoons in the north side of Leeds city centre. We actually ended up here twice on our short stay as it was fairly spacious inside and out for our large group, whereas we struggled to get enough room in other pubs. Staff were friendly and joined in with banter too which is always nice. Highly recommend the pineapple tequila, it's a deadly drink as it didn't taste alcoholic at all!

Classic Wetherspoons, what's not to love.

1 of our party ordered lasagne but was served cold. Last lasagne so had to reorder different food. Staff very helpful and she got a refund!

El pub estaba muy ocupado dos sábados antes de Navidad, pero era fácil ser servido y la camarera sacó una gran pinta de Titanic ciruela portero.

La comida estaba fría cuando llegó, así que pedimos que se calentara, la pusieron en el microondas, junto con la hamburguesa, intoxicación alimentaria lista para suceder. El filete que pidió mi amigo sangraba, aunque lo ordenó bien hecho. Se retractó y volvió igual. Acabamos de dejar la comida. ¡No vendré aquí de nuevo!

Excellent selection of beer at a reasonable price. Good pub grub ridiculously cheap and includes a premium drink.

Popped in for coffee mid afternoon on a Thursday. Very busy. Typical Wetherspoons, a bit basic. Coffee machine needed refilling, tables could have done with a wipe, glasses not cleared. Great location in Millennium Square. First visit here and would go back as free coffee refills are a bonus.

Esta visita las patatas fritas estaban frías como ha ocurrido antes pero un amable camarero que pasaba las reemplazó rápidamente por frescas y calientes. Encantado de volver, pero me gustaría Wetherspoons mantener un área libre de niños / bebés. Sólo yo siendo egoísta, supongo.

Asistió con amigos universitarios en la noche del 27 de noviembre. Me pidieron que mostrara la identificación de un vodka de £ 4 que había comprado con mi comida, justo, solo tengo 20 y desafían a menos de 25 s. Enseñé mi permiso de conducir del Reino Unido que tiene una pequeña sangría de donde mi perro se hizo con él. El servidor extremadamente grosero se negó a aceptarlo como identificación válida, se negó a reembolsar mi bebida, o cambiarlo por uno sin alcohol. Cuando se le pidió que hablara con un pesebre, ella respondió groseramente que ella era la gerente. Nada de reembolso. Esto infringe claramente la ley de regulación del consumidor del Reino Unido, que permite recibir los bienes que han comprado legalmente, o un reembolso. Ahora me veo obligado a presentar una queja formal y subir a mi proveedor de tarjetas para obtener un reembolso. Realmente sugeriría que te alejaras de este lugar. Siempre son groseros, pero esto es literalmente robo!

Brie bacon burger served cold as weather nowadays, got indigestion.

La comida estaba fría, quemada y el gerente se negó a hablar con nosotros sobre esto. Cuando insistimos, finalmente salió a nuestra mesa con olor a alcohol (aliento) y simplemente desestimó todos nuestros puntos. Afortunadamente, la oficina central de Wetherspoon aceptó nuestra queja, supongo que no la primera, y nos dio un reembolso completo.

Not quite beckets bank but the outdoors is so good

It's a Wetherspoons, it does what it says on the tin. We fancied a bite, a coffee (for her) and water (for me) after my hospital appointment. It was just after midday so it had the usual crowd in. It was clean, the staff were very attentive and friendly. I had the chicken wrap with onion rings, she had the all-day brunch. Both were cooked well and well presented, good value for money. Don't expect five-star treatment and you won't be disappointed. I'm well pleased and hope Wetherspoons keep their presence in the city centre.

Horrendous experience. Shift manager should definitely have nothing to do with the public.

A large, airy and light-filled pub (for a change) with plenty of outside seating near the City Museum- a short hop from culture to chaos! The young workers were efficient, very hard-working and helpful. What is distinctive about this place (and its saving-grace) is that it has a sufficient number of students to keep the place on an ‘even keel’ (for example, talk of Trump’s superior IQ is, mercifully, rare). TOP TIPS: (1) choose outside or gallery seating for a relatively blissful experience ; (2) in general, choose a Spoons having a reasonably high proportion of students (albeit with a modicum of immaturity and ‘lively’ behaviour). In this way, relative sanity and intellect may well prevail.

A busy town centre witherspoon , a pint of soft juice cordial orange is 0.75p which i find expensive. Great boozer.

Went here for a few drinks a server called madeline saw the price was incorrect in till and got her manager to come help with the price. Made it feel like the staff care about the customers. Thank you very much, madeline!!

After a early morning walk this was a lovely place for a lite breakfast of scrambled eggs and coffee. Good service and excellent food.

One of my favourite Wetherspoons. We frequently eat here when gigging in Leeds. The gig was in Millennium Square and this is right next to it. It's close to O2 academy and not far from First Direct Arena. It's often quite busy but it's always nice to get a table.

Sun terrace is great place for a pint after work. Food is good, although the portion sizes seem to be getting smaller 🤔

Service was swift and good! I wasn’t sure if they’d open early because it was a bank holiday. The large breakfast tasted so good, i loved it 😍. I enjoyed the orange juice lemonade. The ambiance was so lovely and quiet in the morning 🤫 I don’t know what the evenings will look like. I recommend! 😋

After eating here I was toilet bound for a few days. Bar is typically a spoons bar so quite good however, avoid the food.

Fish and chips are very tasty and there is a promotion for a beer set. A huge plus for the bartender who made a mistake to my detriment and when I was sitting at the table eating fish he brought the difference in the money he made a mistake

Came in to Leeds recently and before checking in to our hotel me and my husband decided to grab a meal and a drink. We ordered over the app which is super simple and gives you table service. I had fish and chips and my husband had a mixed grill, staff were super friendly but rushed off their feet. Unfortunately the meals didn’t come together and I had pretty much finished my meal before my husbands had even come, the staff member was very apologetic and it wasn’t his fault just something to point out for the future. Would return again when in the area, good value for money.

They have done up the toilets and are brilliant. The food has always been good.

I hate to say this but..... ... It's not a bad pub! They have a good range of beers including local cask options. The food is consistently good, not anything to write home about but good. Excellent value for money.

5 of us went to eat... Got a round of drinks... Didn't stay... No gents toilets!!! It said to share the ladies. I don't think so... Not downstairs in that dark corridor... Just asking for TROUBLE! I as a woman did not want that.. And the guys weren't pleased about it. So we drank up and left.

Took our daughter to an open day at Leeds University, a short walk up the road. After an exhausting an extraordinarily tedious stroll around the campus, we decided upon lunch at The Cuthbert Brodrick. Still bored from the University tour, we took a table in the pub, expecting the place to be rammed to the rafters. What with countless families wandering aimlessly around the Uni, the pub seemed like a natural choice. Fortunately for us, we could imagine that most of those families had been bored to death, or were still there days after we left. Very few made their way to the Cuthbert, thankfully. We'd seen more than enough 18 year old students with more flesh on show than a strip club. Strutting their stuff trying make their mark and impress the lads, all with impeccable facial hair and heavily moisturised skin. Aah, the future... Anyway, the pub was very nice indeed, considering. The food hit the spot, two all day breakfasts and a chicken burger, couldn't really go wrong. And they didn't, it was lovely. Took our minds off the morning. Leeds Uni rejected my daughter as well, so they can do one. The pub up the road was good though.

Two of us went. The staff looked really looked out for us. The only drawback was there was no lift to go upstairs. Service was fast and the food was good.

Hubby and friends went in today for a liquid lunch, before they ordered he went to the loo. Apparantly the gents toilets were absolutely filthy, so they left and went to Beckets Bank instead.

Good location overlooking attractive square in Leeds City centre. Large outside terrace for sunshine lunches and drinks. Great prices and quick attentive service. The deal offered is hard to beat.

Great pub in a modern style, excellent beers

Had a pleasant meal and drink here before going to see a band at o2 academy, it's only 2 minutes walk away from the academy too.

Loud voices is my only issue with a spoons, food and alcohol always top notch. Lovely ginger barmaid on the Saturday. As usual a great place for a chat, some food and a pint before hitting the other bars
