La Fraz in Leeds

I tried to book some food for a delivery in LS3 where I was working literally two miles away from where they are located and I was informed they don’t deliver that far? Rude customer service obviously not the same owners from 23 years ago when I lived in LS12. Shame I was looking forward to be taken back to my childhood. Loss of weekly business for you.

Don't order online on there website, they deal with a company call dine order and you can order on there as normal, they even take your money, then for us to find out la fraz don't have your order as they told me they don't use the company ant more and have my order,, I now have to wait for 3 to 5 days for money back and no delivery on food, won't be using them again...

Best curry I’ve tasted lovely chiken pakora staff are great would deffo recommend 10/10 the chef cooking has been at this establishment for over 40 years

Yes again another gorgeous authentic curry from La Fraz. Always cooked as requested with less oil. The accompaniments, chapatis, pompodoms, chips are all nice and the portions good. Been ordering from La Fraz since they opened. Wouldn't try anywhere else . Always polite. Thanks , Des n Joy "The Bungalow" LS12.

Donner kebab is original kebab I tasted from this takeaway since 1998 never changed there chilli sauce is best I have tasted with kebab

I ordered 2 large kebabs and 2 portions of fries,my food came and they kebab meat was crispy like old meat that had been on the skewer all week,I rang as I order from here all the time and the young lad on the phone said he would send the delivery driver back to have a look this was at 8:16pm it’s now 9:36,I have rang twice to see where the driver is but no answer,I’m starving,fuming and really not happy about spending money on a dirty kebab that I wouldn’t even feed my dog,I’m so hungry I could cry I will never order from here again

After my food hadn’t arrived more than an hour late, I called to find out where they were and to be honest cancel the order. Instead of offering any apologies or explanation just that ‘It should be approaching’ they hung up on me because I wanted to cancel the food. They won’t be getting any orders from us again.

used la fraz for years always happy however tonight huge let down. delivered on time but the two kebabs we ordered were not even warm, about one third of the salad we normally receive and the chilli sauce again about a third of the size! will be going elsewhere. really disappointed.

Amazing food their curries are just fantastic, must try, fast delivery just under 25 mins. Been ordering from la fraz since 1995.

Worst take away in Leeds, awful food, arrogant staff who charge whatever price suits them. I have already reported them to Trading Standards. This take away needs shutting down before somebody becomes seriously ill from their food.

This is ridiculous. Every time we have used la fraz they have got the order wrong. They have then taken stupid lengths of time to deliver the rest of the order. We have been overcharged every time we use them. Tonight was the last straw not only did they get the order wrong but overcharged as well. When called to complain about this several times we were assured that the rest of the order would be sent as well as the refund. Several calls later after being hung up on twice we were told they were busy and we should just go elsewhere. An hour later the rest of the order turned up but not the refund. Looking across review sites this is not uncommon. Anyone with any sense should not use these. If they are too busy to provide what is ordered and customer services then they should not have orders at all.

Great takeaway, used for years, always friendly and great service. Food is lovely, but recently changed shami kebabs, bring back the old ones, new ones taste and look processed

Utilizamos este llevar cada semana y nos encanta la comida. Es genial cuando no te apetece cocinar una noche, mi marido conseguir esta comida cada día si podía. No hay problema con el personal y habíamos pedido por teléfono y después ir a recoger en vez de tener que entregar que lo harían. Nunca hemos pedido una pizza. Siempre nos dan una pequeña ensalada así, bien hecho

Este es el peor servicio que he experimentado. Recibimos la pizza equivocada y Hamza acordado pero dijo que había tomado un bocado así que no podía llevar y vender otra vez!! Realmente. Él era abusivo y arrogante por teléfono, nunca he hablado con una persona más disgusgusting y volátil. Este negocio no deben estar en funcionamiento. No importa el servicio al cliente que sólo quieren dinero. Voy a poner esto todos los días, ya que soy un minorista y los clientes siempre están primero, EXCEPTO aquí.

I used to get takeaways regularly from here after Leeds games. Their Indian food was really good. They have decided to concentrate on dodgy donor's & pizza's wish aren't great. real shame.

Been going on and off for quite a number of years,mostly had the pizza's which are very nice.Last time had a cheese burger,very nice.The Indian food I remember was fine,no doubt we will call for another pizza at some stage!
