overall, the food was okay. the delivery boy had given us an old pound coin when change was given. a a short term gain which has long term consequences. we will never order here again

The food is disgusting probably why they sent small portions I'm not even sure if its lamb ordered a cheese naan got sent plain got sent wrong drink even the chapatti was burnt never again first and last time I order from there I could off done a better job my self!

Food was some of the best we have ever had from all the take-aways on Just Eat. Even though the burger was missing when delivered, it was received in very speedy time after a call to the restaurant. Will order again for sure in hope of the same quality food. Good job

More than double the original suggested delivery time (which was 45mins). Arrived 1hr 45mins later

ordered food for 1930 and arrives 2 hours earlier. then person on phone had the cheek to say I was messing him around when I stated it was a warehouse so wasn't able to collect. told them to forget it. still sent again. Wouldn't use again.

Awful service. Came without rice. When i rang i was told another 15 minutes so i asked for a fresh curry as it would be cold and was told no. Sent food back and got a refund. Avoid this take away!!!

Food tasted great. Driver however parked quite far away so we couldn't find him at first. I texted to say I was on my way to the door and he was at the bottom of the road.

Worst takeaway I've had in a while. Gristly chicken bits filled with woody spices on a cold naan. Delivery was 20mins after the app was updated as delivered. Only one portion of salad supplied instead of two. Very disappointed.

It's not only the delay on delivery, but it seems that the restaurant does not pay any attention on the notes that the customers is writing before placing the order. I usually order food at late night, when i'm coming back from my work. I ALWAYS write in my notes that i want from the driver to call me and not knock the door, but the SAME driver for the past 10 months, NEVER called me. I always write in my notes to call me and not knock the door, since some members of the family are sleeping and especially the baby. As a result of not knocking the door, the baby wakes up from the guy that is knocking really loud. I gave you many "second chances" but it seems that you never respected my request as a customer and you never read the notes on my order. I just hope that none of your customers got any problem with their health, since you're not reading the notes. The Just-Eat platform, has this box for the notes, for a specific reason. Just for one time read it and pay attention to what customers ask for!! Don't think that will order from the restaurant again. I ordered so many times, but still the same problem so far!

I have paid £40+ and only half of the order was delivered. When I called them they keep telling me to call their manager which does not answer. It is a stupid loop and a RIPOFF.

This food quality was very poor. I think they washed my chops and reheated my chops. They had an awful taste like soap. I threw it away.

in menu we ordered 0.5 fanta bottle, but we got 0,3 and they said that they are not selling 0,5 and charged us for 0,5 bottle. driver was late and when he found us he was arguing cause we should find him not he as while we are PAYING for delivery.

My friend's shawarma wrap had a load of cloves in, which ruined it. I had a chicken biriani that was very dry, overcooked chicken (it didn't come with curry sauce, but to be fair there was no mention of curry sauce in the menu). We were really disappointed.

Best grill food in ls11 mixed grill and spicy chicken steak are 10/10 I order from here 3/4 times a week

Food was lovely as always but whenever I order through Just Eat there is always a delay in delivery. It was 35 minutes over the advised time. I am a regular customer so this is not acceptable.

Went in with my mate, had two large chicken Shawarmas with naan breads garlic mayo and chilli sauce. Naans were made freshly in front of of us, brushed with garlic butter and filled with some lovely seasoned chicken and fresh salad. We ate in as I can imagine it needs to be eaten soon after it has been cooked. It was lovely I'll definately be back. Best food I've eaten in Beeston and I was starting to lose hope!

Absolutely disgusting service I received today the take away took 1 hour and 40 minutes to come and when we received the food there were green spots all over the kebab,we then called back up to try sort the situation and the customer service we received was unprofessional and extremely rude I was trying to solve the situation with one worker and they hung up the phone.

Lovely hot food....Replaced choc cake as no coconut in stock....Well spiced and well cooked. Will be using again in the future.

Put a order in following night for 30 quid , factory order so always quite high , potentially we put £3500 pound into a takeaway. Anyway after last nights food was great , this time tonight just didn't turn up leaving 8-9 people on a 12 hour shift with no food dinner , no answer when tried to call ,left in complete limbo and Hungary! A missed opportunity for a company to have a guaranteed 4K a year

Doner kebab was nice with charcoal flavour, filet burger was good, masala fish excellent, lamb masala not brilliant but ok, could do better. Overall not bad, would go again.

Bad customer service. Guy behind counter didn't understand English on the phone, delivery guy had to be called about 5 times to see where he was, claimed he was outside but wasn't! Had to wait 30mins after he told me he was outside, absolutely disgusted! Tried cancelling the order, but he insisted he was outside! .. Next thing I know he's coming round street waving!!

Delivery was very slow, the food I ordered was disgusting I ordered a curry and it was oily and flavourless, wouldn't order again!

I do not profese to be a a curry conisuer however this was the worst curry I have ever eaten. I ordered one buna and one masala both curry,s looked and tasted identical. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been boiled, there was no depth of flavour or anything that resembled a sauce. in summary they should be reported to trades discription.

My food was horrible it was cold tasted vile and burnt and when i rang up to complain they were very rude and tried to avoid my complaint be saying i had the wrong number and wouldn't even make the effort to say sorry. I will never order from here again and i will be reporting the company as they dont want to take responsiblity for there own business somebody needs to.

Mixed grill really fresh and tasty! Lamb chops beautiful! Overall really good quality and good price. Will be ordering again
