Second time ordering from here I have missing items, coffee but no chicken flatbread and the coffee had floaty bits at the bottom not happy 1 star.

I would give this place a 0 if I could countless times I have paid and he hasn’t showed me the price and then he’s scammed me. Tonight he charged me £15.50 for some chicken and chips. Appalling, don’t ever go here, the atmosphere is awful, filthy and rude. Don’t give your money to these people.

Absolutely horrendous! Placed an order on just eat. Called 1 hour later they said on its way. Called again 30 mins later said on its way. 2 hrs after placing order Called again they said they cancelled my order 1 hour ago! Total lies! Its 10pm I've not eaten all day this is absolutely disgusting service. AVOID!!!!!

Hi I ordered food through just eat but because it was after 12 you were closed but you still took my money of £16.98. I contacted you through PayPal but re eivex no response. What a shame. This place is clearly run down. Hygiene and housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Food - edible but disappointing and certainly not as the pictures in the menu promise. We've been coming here for 15 years but this was the last time. A sign of this times i guess. This place needs serious investment to bring it to its former glory.

Visited Prezzo as a last minute meal. Visited during the week so it wasn’t too busy and was able to get seated straight away. Service was good and orders were taken promptly. We went for Calamari starter and I chose the Calzone for main. The calamari was cooked just right and was served with a lovely Garlic Aioli. Calzone was cooked just right but was a little on the cold side. The tomato sauce was nice but wasn’t enough compared to the size of the calzone.

Prawn crackers delicious , starters of sesame prawn toast and spring rolls delicious, main course of sweet and sour pork Hong Kong style, chicken and pineapple with egg fried rice and salt and pepper chips absolutely amazing, will definitely recommend and return

My friend and I tried and go here every Friday for our lunch. We enjoy a variety of items on the menu like the cheese and onion toasty, the coronation chicken sandwich, the BLT and beans on toast. The also have a great selection of cakes. We always find the staff nice and friendly and are willing to help with any questions.

Great food comes out at a decent time, always shows any major football matches. Friendly staff with good drinks. Would definitely make my regular drinking hole

Such a dostater of an experience, sadly I will never forget. Where to start? Staff don't get paid. Refunds are never honoured. Food cold/ under cooked. 1 hour wait in-between courses. Over priced The buildings falling apart. Avoid the potholes on the way in, better yet, avoid Rowley Manor all together. It's such a shame to see the new owners let a beautiful piece of British history and culture rot away while they maximize there profits. Any thing for a quick profit

Staff always very helpful and friendly. Natalie especially remembers my order! ( creature of habit!!) clean, calm environment in ideal location.

New GardenLocated opposite the train station, we ordered food to take away.We had Singapore Chow Mein, Special Fried Rice with Curry and Mixed Vegetables in Szechuan sauce. A bag of prawn crackers was given for free.This was the worst experience in Chinese food we ever had. The Singapore Chow Mein tasted disgusting, it was bitter and inedible.Special Fried Rice was extremely salty. The curry sauce that came with it was as thick as jelly.The Mixed Vegetables in Szechuan sauce tasted really artificial. It wasn't spicy as it should be but sweet and full of MSG.It didn't go any better with the prawn crackers that were spoilt. They've forgot to keep them in an airtight container.It was on a Saturday when most catering businesses are busy but this restaurant was dark and empty at 6 -7pm. The service was fine and the food were reasonably priced. Other than that, never again!
