Ordered last night, food never came. Twice we called within a 3 hour period to be told by an aggressive sounding man that it was on its way. Gave up, requested refund and tried elsewhere

The food is nice and prepared promptly but when you ask for the order to be customised they say yes but they don’t do it. Upon eating you discover they didn’t do what you asked which is disappointing as it happened several times

Ordered chips and chicken. Both were undercooked especially the chicken. Clearly they are trying to save energy(money) by giving undercooked chips and chicken. Use to be very good but not this time!

Not good been going here for years and they gave me a piece of cold chicken.

I was craving chicken and fries. I passed by chicken George Paragon place. Ordered 3 pieces of chicken with fries. The rooms were nice and clean, bright. Friendly and smiling man took order. I chose to take the food with me, there were enough benches and something that looked like a table. Super delicious fries with a secret spice on them. Lady behind the desk was incredibly rude! They put spicy paprika on without saying anything, and when we said about having them without they said we should have said something before, even though it’s not stated to have it on there. Very rude and disrespectful, obviously no customer service skills. Do not recommend!

Ordered 4 chicken wraps 1 apple pie and 1 rubicon drink order was 30 minutes late and my order came with no drink with my order disappointed

You've gotta try the chicken chips and cheese wrap with garlic mayo no salad.

They don't take card which is unacceptable in this day and age. Lack of accessibility.

Just rang and asked for a halfpound cheeseburger and chips for collection charged £8.20 (I collected from the shop) chips had been refried too ffs, if I didn't ring and order for collection would of been £6.80 where is the logic absolute *******

Love coming to this place but they need to stop re-frying the chips at times and cook them fresh

Ordered chicken strips,onion ring's, chips and popcorn charged me nearly £12 got home and there's no chicken popcorn ,rang them and said they put them in ??? The carrier bag must of ate them lol not happy at all

Good tasting food but not paying £3.50 for a tiny chip and cheese wrap and £2.20 for a cold apple pie I wouldn't pay £1.20 for never ever again I was giving them a good chance but never again

Absolutely file.. First time got chicken chips salad.. Ended up with food poisoning was so unwell for few of days.. Second time (which i should of learnt my lesson first time) cheese chips with onion once again woke up juring night throwing up and unwell all next day.. Never ever will I walk in that place again... You can never see wot there doing in the back while cooking your food..

Ordered twice by accident and cancelled one of the orders, called staff multiple times to let them know but never got the refund back. Complete lack of care by staff members and rude attitude. Will not be ordering from them anytime soon!

Rudest customer service not sure if it’s the owner on the phone or staff. Rang today 30minutes before closing to order collection and been asked “why are you ringing now for”. Proper let down compared to what it was before also the food quality is awful now. Rather go to a different one or elsewhere. The takeaway is a joke, ordered in the past a big order over £50 to collect and he’s given me a 45minutes time to come and collect it and when I get there and paid for it he said he will start making it and it will take 10mins then another 45minutes goes by it’s still not ready. The food was soggy, never again now.

Accused of trying to cheat the counter staff when he had given me the wrong change, the time before charged full price for a ltem that was on lunch specials, very untrustworthy and argumentative counter staff but nice chicken.

Initially I laughed at the name, chuckled for at least 6 moments. BUT! I went there after a few drinks and I got a delightful post drinking meal that served the exact purpose. Next time I'm in Hull (which I'll never be) I'll certain revisit

Good staff Express service and great value I got the chicken fillet burger with lettuce n mayo there were 2 burgers in it and tasted Fantastic I go regularly it beats Maccy Ds hands down

Large Chicken Kebab ordered. Words can’t describe how bad this kebab was. The whole thing was stuffed in a tray with a whole raw pitta laid on top. The salad and sauce was not how I asked which is no big deal if the kebab was actually IN THE PITTA!

im less than impressed. i ordered a takeaway today from JustEat the food came early and was ok but the delivery driver was so rude and complained that he had to deliver to my house. if they didnt want my money why did they accept the order. i am not happy i will not be returning and neither will my partner

Good and not expensive food, very fast, but watch out about quantity - many many mistakes...

So much better than KFC. Better chips, better chicken size, better flavour, better price. I've never had dry chicken from here.

Price is a little steep for a single meal (£10) but the food is good so can't really complain to much. Would recommend 90%

Absloutly rubbish. Poor service and very late delivery. They can't even communicate on the phone.

Waited 1 hour 15 minutes as they said 45 minutes delivery maximum then called them and they said you need to wait we are busy. Poor service. You need to sort you out guys.

I wish if I could be able to upload the chicken and chips that I bought today at 12:07. It was dry as hell and when I came just to tell them they were first like no it is not ours and then they start saying it is your fault you ate it late and then they said you orderd to have it dry . The reason why I came in is just to tell them about it but they were so stubborn and aggressive Losing customers is not a good language of business.

Worth coming here the chicken is tender, well cooked, well seasoned. You can get special orders and you'll get chicken pieces , chicken wings and french fries and everything is cooked perfectly for the value of your money. I spent £6 and got onion rings too which were crispy and lots of flavor the only thing I regret is not asking for onion rings with cheese.

Stopped in on a lazy, rainy Tuesday afternoon as was craving some spicy wings after a few drinks. An absolute pleasure. Served right away, and £3 for 6 wings and a righteous serving of chips with chip spice on them. Down in Norwich I easily pay double that for the same portion. Price was right, food was good. Would definitely visit again!

Ordered through just eat. Food was late by 40 mins. Was cold when turned up. Rang the restaurant to be told we are liars and then the manager continued to shout and swear at me when I asked for my money back. He then told me I was trying to con him out of money. I've used these for years never had an issue. I've now been barred from using them just for asking for my money back

Good food arrived before arrival time! Only down fall was the delivery man, I live in a block of flats when he rang the bell I answered it and he never said a work he came up the stairs which I appreciate a lot but when he made it to the door he practically throw my food at me and didn’t say a word after I said thank you for walking up the stairs I would of gone down to collect it! All in all he was very rude and arrogant

Just been to chicken George ordered 2 piece chicken 2 spicy wings and chips the chicken is suppose to be fried not soggy I like mine crispy and you should really skin the chicken before covering it in bread crumbs

Food is nice but the customer service is the worst I've seen! They take ur money quick but don't even give you time to complete ur order... and come across rude. I'd rather travel to the other two accompanying chicken georges than use the paragon one.

There is a good selection of food and is of good quality and priced

only ordered 2 raps and tuck them 2 hours to make it and after asking g for a discount after having to wait 2 hours they refused and sent it back really poor customer sevice and don't care about there customers!!

Very small portions with high high prices and poor quality. Ordered a chicken burger and chips, Charged £4.60 for a very small burger on stale bread with chips. Total rip off.
