Food was okay not happy got charged £5 for 5 chicken nuggets no chips and forgot tub of garlic

Food was nice but really disappointed with the service and with the response to complaint, for the same price we would have got better service at a restaurant, won't be using it again

Ordered from here a few times now, everything is over cooked, possibly have the oven on too high for quick service. The pizza dough isn't that great very salty, nothing seems fresh , salad ain't very fresh either, plus too much red onion to make up the quantity, 🙄

Ordered tonight food was nearly hour late ..rang shop not interested..pizza freezing..chips limp and cold . Burnt donner meat ..really bad ..usually great from pachinos so don't know what's wrong but put us off now .

Always reliable at making a great pizza, and have done for many years. They get the sauce right in terms of taste and amount, and the cheese is also piled on. The dough is decent too. Highly recommended.

Pizza are not the best dough very thick and pizza really dry . The calzone was hard work so dry .

Fast & friendly service, foods always piping hot and full of flavour. Would highly recommend giving it a try yourself.

Waited nearly 40 minutes for food to get staff member say here bit ignorant

We waited over 35 minutes for our food in the shop for the Male worker slams the food on the counter an says hear, very rude an I'll manned

The donner kebabs are lovely. Well worth the money .

Literally the nicest pizza I have ever had, absolutely amazing.

Love Pacinos, have used them for a while for our takeaway. Their pizzas are really good and the kebabs as well. They do have delivery. The people that work there are lovely and I have never had a problem with them

Popped in for a late night snack owner ignorant as **** which I could use better words... customer service from the owner is awful. First time I've actually been in-store and after that never again. (Maybe he's having a bad night who's to know, but don't take it out on your customers)

me and my friend was ill after eating from here , food poisoning, lesson learnt never find the first take away after night out because suffer for days later:(

Pizzas and Calazone are beaut would definitely go again been a few times and always been nice... Sorry to say I ha e to change me review ordered burger and chips was horrible will not be returning chips was like there was cooked then cooked again burger was sloppy with old salad.. Avoid don't waste your money

I like this pizzeria. Very nice staff, excellent pizza (made in special traditional way) on thick cake, and same, very good calzones. I really enjoy every time I eating pizza from Pacinos.

Had actually gone off this kind of food after receiving poor quality food from other takeaways time after time until I tried this place! Very impressed and as of last week this is where I shall be ordering from, from now on!

Just ordered donnor meat chips salad coleslaw and onion rings....it was warm!! Chips rubbery n warm...meat warm and onion rings....binned it!! Wont order again!!! 8 quid wasted!
