Great coffee friendly staff all very polite and helpful Served by Ellie will be back again

Visited here yesterday, me and my partner ordered a white hot chocolate, which was lovely. Sadly the customer service aspect wasn’t the best, we had to pay by cash since the machine wasn’t working which was completely understandable. But the way the cashier spoke to us, was impolite and impatient. I understand sometimes working on the cashier can be stressful, but it’s important to still maintain your professionalism.

The most horrendous costa coffee I’ve ever had. Milk was hot and flat, not frothed at all. Cup was full to the corners with milk almost spilling out.

Didn't have out to eat but the coffee was excellent like it is never had a bad coffee from Costa yet

Coffee is good as usual. Unfortunately, the place is starting to look a bit tired and dated and could do with a revamp, i.e., tiled counter front chipped worn arms and seats on comfy chairs. The place is clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

The staff here are always friendly and always seem to have a smile for everyone.

The staff were bang on. Very helpful with sorting this week's offer and the coffee was probably the best I've had.

Worst Costa branch in Hull. Drinks dont taste right, ask for a small but they give you a medium and charge you for a medium! My daughter had a mocha with cream and the cream was off, absolutely disgusting considering the prices. Staff looked at my daughter like she was dirt when she asked foe a replacement.

Overpriced, over-roasted, nasty coffee in a cheap setting. Beware the parking charges that were introduced too!!

Staff very rude walked on at 7pm they close at 8pm they was not happy would rathqr stand and talk than serve. Cake was dry and very little coffe in latte also frape was virtually milk no caramel will not be visiting again!!!

Just been to Costa with my daughters. We were served by a lady who unfortunately I didn't take the name of. She was lovely, very friendly and professional and welcoming. Unfortunately her colleague on the other hand was very unprofessional. As we walked over to order our drinks she completely ignored us as if we wernt there. She was stood speaking to 2 of her friends and left the other colleague to do everything. They were speaking and laughing very loud the whole time we were there and as we were leaving she went outside with her friends to smoke which again is very unprofessional. Customers don't want to see her with a cigarette in her hand and then going back into the shop handling food. I really wish I had took the other lady's name because she was a credit to costa and it was a pleasure to be served by her.

Wow, best Flat White since I came back from New Zealand last March. Great Barista, excellent panini too.

Used to go here regularly, but that's tailed off. However, I went in last weekend and ordered a large skinny cap. Firstly the girl spilt half a shot right in front of me but just wiped the cup with the rag, they keep next to the machine. Then they topped up the cup with semi-skimmed because she had heated too little. Finally, they served it with about 2/3 inch short of the rim. I asked them to top it up and they said its policy to leave an inch at the top 'In case it overflows' Never heard such rubbish, then a 2nd girl chimed in with a similar comment. No other Costa has ever said or done this. They've now permanently lost a customer through bad practice and bad service.

Quiet and peaceful, tucked away from main roads. Great for short stay.

Staff could try and be more friendly. The choices of big cakes is minute compared the the costa in paragon Station. Not a great costa to just drop into.

It’s a small Costa. Not great. Not terrible. It’s next to a kfc though which is good!

We bought two lots of drinks and stayed for just over an hour at a table and got a £100 charge for parking?? The staff must directly tell every customer about this scam.

Ideal for meeting before work, not as welcoming as some Costa's but also better than some busier shops.

Use this costa before work 2-3 times a week. I ordered click and collect and it's always ready when I get there. The staff are really friendly

The worst Costa I have visited. No sandwiches on display, asked if they had any toastie to be told yes but then proceeds to fetch sausage baps out!!! The staff where too busy talking to each other rather then engaging with the customers. Forgotten items not fetched out. Staff where throwing bags of milk on the floor. Whilst refilling, not listening to customers requests I head one customer ask for the same thing four times……

One of the better costa franchises just a pity offers differ depending who owns the franchise...if you think your gonna stay longer than one hour tell the staff and they can log your reg number to stop u getting a parking ticket...

As the title suggests this Costa has been using paper cups in this Costa for at least 2 months due to breakdown of the dishwasher. The customers keep complaining but nothing seems to be done about this. This also is making the staff disagreeable. We used to look forward to calling after shopping but are going to try Starbucks instead and hopefully be able to have our coffee served a cup or mug!!

Teaspoons, saucers and tables were not clean. Only had a drink and cookie but they still should be clean

Poured hot milk on porridge, didn't stir, Luke warm and stroppy staff claimed they didn't have a microwave. How do they cook sandwiches? Staff apologised later but Costa, give the poor sods a microwave...

Instead of looking at the tasty treats and what coffee you prefer check to see if you can find the warning regarding parking longer than 1 hour and the fine you incurr i.e £60 as I failed to see the warning. Won’t be using Costa again if that’s how they treat their customers

My husband went for coffee toasted teacake.. Normally Costa longer then 1 hour to drink coffee or two. Can't believe it costing him £60. When do you go in a cafe to be limited to one hour.. Shame Costa for not tell loyal customers. 😳 😱

Closed at 5pm on a Saturday night despite the App saying it was open until 8pm. This has happened on two occasions now. Will go to the new coffee outlet near Asda next time instead.

Staff were good but the outside seating area was appalling. Dirty rubbish everywhere. I didn't want to sit inside with these covid times so sat outside. Couldn't drink my coffee fast enough to get away from this dirty place

Had a lovely oat milk coffee. We went in to see if we could sort out a parking ticket that we had received. I have to say Molly or Mollie (not sure which way she spells her name), was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to the team at this this branch 👏. Popped in to grab a quick coffee. The serves was quick and easy and the staff were nice and polite

I really enjoyed getting out and about again. The coffee was.just great. I usually drink mine black no sugar. In fact I hadbtwo medium cups. The toilet facilities is a shared affair with the store next door which I see as being very practical. Masks were worn on entry but relaxed while seated. There was enough social distancing to feel safe and secure. This Costa is near so many stores that it may well become my fav meeting place whilst still cracking on with those day to day tasks like shopping, bowl turning and other joys of retirement and still get to see friends.

Staff are always very nice anw I tend to go a few times a week. Sometimes I'm on my phone but they always say hello and make small talk and chat when I'm done. Can't fault anyone in there and the place is always so clean ans tidy, drinks are always perfect and when I want something different they always recommend something good!

Popped here before going shopping near by. Lock down leaves us with little choice other than eating in our car, but the drinks and food did not suffer because of this, and the staff dealt with us politely and quickly. Roll on when lock down ends and we can socialise again. But if you get the chance, try the Christmas Turkey sandwich... Lovely!

Take out only during lockdown but food and service excellent.

We have used this Costa numerous times never any problems but this time staff chatting to people they appeared know served them before us. The coffee good as usual staff service let them down

We love treating ourselves to a coffee when out, especially post lockdown. And as we were in the area, chose here for a quick drink. First off, no chocolate for a mocha, then tables limited but those free had not been cleaned down, then even though it says wear a mask the servers did not enforce or challenge anyone without. Drinks downed quickly and left.

Staff are a bit off at times, and if u do not put Ur car reg in u will get a ticket after an hour, so not a good idea meeting people for a long chat

Myself & my partner visit this Costa regularly & have for a long time. I think it is not has good as it used to be. It never looks very clean anymore. Tables wait ages to be emptied & regularly have to empty a table to sit down. Good job the coffee is good.

Looks like it's been recently refurbished and it's quite possibly the nicest Costa Coffee we've visited , staff very polite and one of the best mocha's I've tasted 5 star's from me !

Relaxing place to unwind from the stresses of work or education. Staff are friendly and they keep the place so clean and tidy at all times.

Bit small bit pricey but probably predictable you know what your getting and in my opinion better than Starbucks.

Unfortunelty the toilets were disgusting

Nice little branch located just off one of the main roads in to Hull. This store is also connected to KFC which makes it ideal should you fancy fast food and a good coffee. This branch doesn't offer a drive through option and on most occasions due to its location is fairly busy, but most Costa stores are these days.
