Costa Coffee Drive-Thru in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Costa Coffee is a nice coffee shop. I have used the drive-through without any problems. The cafe is clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a bewildering choice of coffee, and they have some nice cakes. Occasionally, on a Sunday morning, the American car club meetup in the car park on the coffee shop gets very busy.

Expensive and really slow service. Nice Latte, though.

Lovely place to relax. The outside view is very calm and relaxing, I recommend having your tea or coffee outside to enjoy the peaceful environment more

Costa is not as good as it used to be. Prices going up regularly and loyalty rewards reducing. Food expensive for what it is.

Very clean and very helpful staff

Toilets disgraceful. Both had no toilet tissue or hot water, one had broken lock on door. Cleaning liquid bottle left on sink.

Excellent service from knowledgeable staff but the prices aren't cheap.

Asked if they had the toastie that we wanted in the back, server said they did not have it. 5 minutes later, brought out the toastie that we asked for and restocked it on the shelf. Very disappointed as we love coming here; won’t be returning.

Only place I'll drink coffee from, food is good but a little expensive

Quick service. However only 2 tables to choose from as the rest hadn't been cleared or cleaned. No complaints about food or drink and the atmosphere was nice, other then the turnover with tables. Would maybe benefit from somewhere to put trays after sitting in.

Third time at this costa on a weekend. They could organize their work management better to cycle people through faster. They have plenty of coffee brewing spouts but only have 1 or 2 running at one time. Then the same person is sorting cold drinks as well as hot. Better work organizing across the team of 4 would move a lot more customers through. Coffee is okay, snacks are okay, restroom is clean but the wait time in line is much too long for the staff they have.

I am a Costa gal thru and thru but definitely prefer some sites to others. This one is not one of my favourites as it's cramped and tables are usually stacked with dirty pots. Food and coffee are good and service varies depending on who serves you.

The best coffee I've ever had at a chain facility. The blueberry muffin is highly recommended

Dropped in for lunch at a busy time. Staff were excellent, very friendly, polite and helpful, clean tables and a good atmosphere. Coffee and food was good, and very reasonable price. Well done! I don't normally bother with reviewing but this was well earned 👏 👌

Went in for sandwich and drinks staff where more interested in serving people in the drive through coffee ok hot chocolate tasteless one of the sandwiches cranberry and brie filling was terrible normally Costa are really good this was the worse Cista I've been to very dissapointed

Appears that this place has some issues as after getting receipt i was forgotten and until I have asked the question then finally someone made me one in the rush which ended up in totally strange taste. Overall place i will avoiding for some time . Seems that place has some structural issues as well hence duting rain water was leaking thru the roof and number of places were blocked 🚫. Overall Kristoff score weak 2 just because it was rather warm inside

Came in for a sticky toffee latte. What we received was NOTHING like the advertisement displayed all over the shop. We had a little blob of watery cream with toffee on top which sank within seconds of putting it on the table. The toffee inside the drink was so weak that it had no taste. I was very disappointed to say the least especially at the price you pay fir a coffee. We come in nearly every day for the same Christmas drink. How come that some of your staff do them perfect and others have no idea and we usually end up having to tell them how to make them. You need to train all your staff to be able to do the drinks the way they are shown.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed that after a firework display we promised our children a Costa treat only to find that despite not closing till 7pm at 6.30 we were refused access and told management had told them to close half an hour early. This felt like the staff didn't want an influx of people so close to closing time thus doing the branch out of alot of profit as well as disappointing alot of customer. Starbucks down the road was very welcoming and got our business instead. Very, very disappointed.

2 stars for food as the options if you are coeliac are limited.

The best here is definitely the chocolate fudge brownie frostino. I do not like the chocolate hazel though.

I've been using Costa at Clough road since the day it's opened.service back then was on point. However now days your lucky if they put your syrup in your drink, in fact your lucky if they are actually open in a morning as stated opening times apparently don't matter at this store. The best part is Starbucks 100mtrs down the road is now killing it for customers thanks to Costas members of staff being reluctant to open at the stated times. On a lighter note there is one maybe two members of staff that do deserve respect for service those people know who they are thanks at least to you 😉😜

Was served by Mike with his high energy and cheerful attitude it really helped after having a bad day at work! I really appreciated his service and the speed of service despite a long que.

No complaints about the food or coffee except was slow. But not as slow has the person taking the orders, considering it was first day using the M&S food, should have been either more servers or better teaching of staff. Next visit a lot better, more staff and very efficient. Much quicker serving and making coffee.

Friendly staff. A bit of a queue to be served, but nothing major. Large means large if you're having a coffee.

Not been for a while; fancied two small hot chocolates one with marshmallows on the side which where put in a separate small cup. V good hot chocolate

Manager was class couldn't have been anymore friendly, I ordered a super free caramel latte with whole milk and it was lovely. Recomend 100%

A typical but very busy Costa outlet. Our bacon sandwiches were delicious loaded with bacon. The coffee was it's usual superb quality but my tea was a bit tasteless and got cold very quickly because it's served in a coffee cup

Had a one off car meet here today. The stag where warm and welcoming even when clearly under pressure with the amount of customers flowing through both the counter and drive through. My only moan would be over the walkways to get out the building. The tables and chairs are crammed that close together I had to ask a few people to move so I can get out the building. Other than that, all good!

Lovely place to visit with my daughter. Always humming with custom but not overy busy.

Costa Coffee has a good range of drinks and food for people with food allergies my friend was able to have a none dairy chocolate drink and mince pie I had a coffee which was lovely place was clean and service was good too. Plenty of places to park outside.

Absolutely gorgeous terrys chocolate orange hot chocolate alsi thr after eight mint hot chocolate. Great selection of christmas drinks and cakes. Excellent service.

Costa need to stop been so tight and pay for more staff. They are run off their feet in there.

Staff were great he was very friendly, jolly happy, however the cappuccino's were too milky more like latte's. The toast was only toasted on one side and not very toasted at all, no napkins provided and the cutlery was still dirty. But the sausage sandwich was lovely apart from being given the wrong sauce, red instead of brown.

Fantastic drive through with on site seating, well maintained and managed, brilliant staff a smile 24/7 with ample parking.

Good coffee. The seating area could have done with a clean I only saw 3 staff & they were all busy. So not their fault. If they are serving customers, they can't clean.

Good Costa coffee, location of this store can be a problem to get out of due to road works near by.

Very disappointed , order a small later, charged me £3.00, received small glass of milk, and I been told that is the later, barsta forget the coffee beans comes from a board!. Due to this visit to one of the Costa coffee branch, I will promise to my self that I will boycott the company for entire my life!.

Helpful and cheerful even though drive through was busy - will revisit and made a good physio session a great one!

Great staff and service, they were very helpful catering for my elderly dad, offering to move tables and even offered to turn up the heating for him. Wait time was minimal and our order for 10 of us spot on.

Was amazing, didn't know what i wanted since I'd never been before, but the server anna at Clough road was so helpful and helped me find my new favourite drink :D I would add photos but i drank it way too quickly to take any, would recommend the mango and passion fruit drink

I love costa and the drive through. The staff are very good too but as they only late opening Costa in Hull. They regularly close early. Driving 20 mins to find they've closed 2 hrs early isn't good enough hence the 1 star.

Drive Thu is great, always had what we ordered and my little one loves the chocolate baby cheno with a flake.

It says open till 10 PM but it is actually closed.

I just popped into the shop to use a few loyalty points for the Costa express machine services in most of the petrol stations around the UK! I am exempt from wearing masks and despite this fact they did not have any problems with my not wearing of a mask, I got a coffee and the service was excellent, the quality is a bit better than the Costa express machines! All the food looks amazing though I didn't on this occasion try any, I am sure I will have a go at a later date. I definitely recommend this place if you like coffee! I haven't been through their drive through yet.

Very bad, after 40 minutes of our arrival, nearly finished our coffees, they asked us to change table as the person sitting near to us has a meeting...
