Love there food always hot & cooked to perfection

Change of ownership?. ..pizzas seriously lacking topping, Fries were like the frozen chips you had as a kid from Fulhams. ..seriously below par.

food was OK, although not a lot of peperoni on the pizza, to the point one slice and none on it, also could have done with more cheese

Despite the address having the company's name and the street name the driver couldn't find The Deep, saying I had provided the wrong postcode which I proved I didn’t upon arrival, the driver was arrogant arguing with me over the phone that it was my fault, so even though he delivered 10min before the estimated time the delivery service was quite bad. The food was completely NOT worth the money, I ordered the grilled chicked wrap with mayo and chips on the side. The wrap had NO mayo it was just the chicken in the wrap sheet with a wierd spicy seasoning and due to the delay in delivery the chips were mushy and wet from the steam. If you're making something spicy please state that in yhe menu to help people with food intolerances. Money down the drain and food into the bin. Do NOT recommend and I won't be ordering from them again

Ordered a take away for disabled mother and sister ordered two half ponders with cheese and plain and one with garlic sauce came with no sauce on it didn't get our cans of pepsi and when I rang up I got laughed at and called a liar and the garlic bread was burnt and was unedible went straight in the bin even the dog turned her nose to at it. The guy on the phone was arrogant and had no customer service at all. Burger just tasted like salt. Next day sat in hull royal after eating what you call good food if I was you I'd go back to training for customer service and how to make a garlic bread should be ashamed of your selfs Good luck

absolutely disgusted with the THIRTY POUND worth of food, order came wrong, I could throw my garlic bread at the wall and it would break through to next door could also use it as a doorstops, when ringing up the man spoke in an extremely disgusting way and was laughing to the point where you would think I'm a comedian, nothing has still been sorted.

Basic, cheap, typical takeaway. Nothing to shout about. You get what you pay for I guess. It’s my own fault for ‘trying somewhere new’ … I would say in my opinion this place is a 4/10

Delivery was bang on time, chips with the donna was soggy but was to be expected in the same tray but then the rock hard parmesan spoiled it :(

Well the delivery driver was friendly but the food could have been better. The Calzone tasted salty so wasn't enjoyable and the cheesy chips didn't have much cheese. Normally I don't like to complain but I really didn't enjoy my food.

Ordered 2 items ordered the food came wrong I ordered calzone got sent pizza then got told by one of their staff not to touch it and that they'd come swap it waited nearly 3 hrs and no one came to collect the food, tried ringing today to try and ask for them to refund them got told by a guy calling himself the manager he can't sort it as he wasn't working last night, a manager should fix thing ASAP if his staff caused a problem he should contact them and remedy the situation not make excuses

The coleslaw was out of date and it was basically donner and chips👎

Didn’t leave my food on the door step and just cleared off when this was pre paid. Was too late having a refund just eat said it had past 24 hours. As I tried to go via the restaurant but was hung up on and the driver was not helpful. Regardless of answering on time or not you leave the food at the step if ore paid you don’t clear off

Long wait, app didn’t update and to keep calling for an update. Then when it arrived, one meal was full of doner meat but the lamb kebab was pitiful! Both of us had terrible stomach aches. Would never order from here again.

If i could i would give 0*, waited for one pizza 2 hours and when called to check a very person answered the phone and rudely told me he is busy and when my order is ready he will send it then put the phone down.

The app showed my order as delivered however I had not received it. I called the restaurant who said it was on its way. 10 mins later it still wasn’t here so I asked for a message update to which it gave me a new delivery time which was 25 minutes later than the end of my delivery window. The driver was blasting very loud music from his car which was quite intimidating and antisocial! I’m very disappointed!

The burger was alright, chips were soggy and the pizza was quite frankly awful. It genuinely tastes like it's off and after forcing a slice down I'm fairly certain I may be struggling to keep it down shortly.

I didn’t even want to give 1 star. This takeaway is disgusting and they call there customers C*nts, because they can’t be bothered to even deliver the food.

Was good but 8years ago. Now not recommend. Pizza was too oils. And not tasty just feeling eating only oil. I wanna update and answer for your respond. You not using oil. Ok so next time I gonna make a photos. The worst pizza even I had in my life. Presto pizza should be closed.

Driver didn't have right change was 3 pound short food was just warm

I expected demi sauce with peppercorns and got tomato sauce that tasted of chilli with not a peppercorn in sight. When I phoned was told that's how they make it and the peppercorns are 'blended'. Demi sauce is a rich brown sauce and there is no mention of it being cooked with tomatoes on the menu. And 'blended' peppercorns would just be pepper. Beef very gristly. I should have taken notice of the low review score.

Ordered via Just Eat, my local curry house was closed so had to look further afield, they were quite quick considering they were coming from further afield

Forgot both the beers I ordered and my can of Pepsi, driver even told me he’d bring it back so I waited up and they still haven’t bothered, that’s £5 they’ve had off me for nothing.

If you want burnt cheap frozen pizzas then this is the place for you! Otherwise save your money and afford!

Food got here quickly, it was tasty and I enjoyed it. Also the restaurant communicated well :-) Note for myself to remember: The hot and spicy pizza was too much for me. I will order something less spicy next time. :-) This is not a complaint.

Ordered offer no2 which are 2 pizzas and garlic bread plus large fries Ordered a side of fries with cheese , there's barley any cheese on the fries for 2.70 I expect at least a little bit more than what the picture shows, I called the restaurant wanted the refund for the food or at least what I call cheese chips not chips without the cheese. he claimed with the current prices going up he can't afford to put more cheese and refused to refund me... Complete joke

ordered 1 margarita pizza, onion rings and cheesy chips at around 11pm, only one pizza arrived at 11:30pm ish missing 2 things, rang up and said it would be another 40 minutes, waited an hour and a half still not turned up, rang up again and didn’t answer, finally arrived at 20 past 1 AM! hardly any cheese on the chips and party guests unhappy! my daughter had not eaten all day and she was not happy either😤

Pizza badly made and delivered. When I called the business, the person was rude and did not even apologies. When insisted, he said it would take at least 1.5 hrs for replacement

Extra toppings that I was charged for weren’t added and it was a mediocre pizza which was also 20 mins late.

It would have been great value if it had been nice pizza. Unfortunately the base was like cardboard, the cheese like rubber and the toppings sparse. Very disappointing, so no, I won't be ordering from them again.

The chips were too dry and chewy as if they'd been left to be warmed up, the pizzas were both burnt black underneath plus they both tasted very salty. I won't be ordering from these ever again as I've just wasted a lot of my money.
