Gino's Take Away in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Called by to and ordered a a meat feast pizza and popcorn chicken. The pizza tasted disgusting and had a very strange taste to it and the popcorn chicken was more overcooked than anything I have ever known. A total waste of money. Never again.

Food was fantastic however forgot the mushrooms. Willing to let bygones be bygones if they can get in touch

Been using Ginos for past couple months but on Monday we received this burnt pizza. Phone lines were turned off so we couldn't get through for a replacement or refund - literally felt scammed. Crazy someone looked at this and thought "send that out". Worst takeaway experience we've had.

Absolutely horrendous! Placed an order on just eat. Called 1 hour later they said on its way. Called again 30 mins later said on its way. 2 hrs after placing order Called again they said they cancelled my order 1 hour ago! Total lies! Its 10pm I've not eaten all day this is absolutely disgusting service. AVOID!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service as always, freshly cooked, great quality food at good prices and large portions with lots of options and special offers to please almost anyone. My regular go to takeaway..

Got a delivery off just eat app, delivery woman was lovely and polite but food unfortunately not so good, very very over cooked, chicken was so over cooked it was like eating pure breadcrumbs chips was one big over cooked clump and burger extremely burnt! Very disappointed.

The best takeaway we have had in a long time. Very fresh. Gorgeous. Lovely crispy garlic bread. Really lovely.

Twice asked for a cheese burger first got a vegan then second got a chicken burger so do ask for burger n chips you'll not get what you want real ly annoyed 🤬

Just had a kebab from this location. It looks like it has had a refurb looking at the photos on Google so it might also have changed it's name. I have to say it was probably the best kebab I have had in years. Ate it sober too. So that's saying something.

Good value, big portions and really tasty.

Quick service and the staff were friendly. There was a couple of trouble makers came in. But they were dealt with appropriately.

Ordered large donner kebab, Chip's and a pepperoni pizza. Ready in about 7 minutes that was quite impressive but I was the only one in as it was relatively early. Kebab was lots of little bits rather than big long chunks and I much prefer it like that. Pitta was separate so not sodden, still nice and crispy and the chilli and garlic just brought it all together. Chip's were fine with chip spice and of a nice size a bit bigger than mc D's style. The pepperoni I got was 10 " and easily enough for 2 people, lots of mozzarella and just enough pepperoni cooked well and very tasty. The only down side and why not 5 Star is that made an extra charge to pay by card but other than that very satisfied.

Was going too the escape rooms next door had half an hour too wait, quick service and brilliant food👌💯

Maybe I'm a bit harsh on the rating but 1st impressions matter. On walking in 15 minutes before our table was booked. I thaught we have time to nosey around at this rather stunning looking restaurant. I walked over to the desk on arrival with my friend and gave my name and told the young girl i had a table booked for 3pm. On looking rather worried she then said after a few minutes we have nothing down in your name. I assured her it was booked earlier in the week. We were then sent to the bar for a while to get a drink whilst we waited. Our 1st drink went down rather nicely but 20 mins later we was still waiting on our table. We then asked the gentlemen on the bar if he could find out what was going on. He arrived back telling us a couple of minutes. Again we waited and waited, it was getting on for 3 30 before we were seated. The food and service was good but there seemed to be empty tables everywhere and about 20 staff stood about talking. I knoe it is going to be busy with just opening. But if there is one thing I hate it's bad time keeping. 3oclock means 3 not 3.30. 😐
