Absolute waste of money... Worst takeaway I've ever had, both the pizzas was solid, could have smashed a window if it was thrown at one it was that hard!!!! The Donner meat didn't just taste awful it looked it too , 🤢 the chips were just as bad too!!! The only thing good about it was the delivery lady who was so kind bless her. However I couldn't believe she was out delivering on her own at that time of night past midnight. today (the next day) since I woke up , I've done nothing but pass wind and I have felt awful with a temperature 🤒 😭 so yeah overall it was absolutely disgusting will never be ordering ever ever again

Having recently moved back to the area, this is my go to take away place at the minute! Local convenient and always super tasty! Food is piping hot and delicious every time!

Delivery driver dropped my pizza as he was leaving his car and reversed over it, aside from being flattened and having tire marks, it was the most delicious pizza I’ve ever eaten. Thank you Al Pacino’s Pizza!

Wanted lasagne after a heavy one in welly and they didn’t sell it, ridiculous if you ask me. Cheesy chip wrap was gorgeous though I can’t lie shout out al Pacino peace and love and most importantly namaste

Worst garlic bread pizza of my whole life. Looked and tasted like it was made in an easy bake oven. Don’t think they even put garlic on it? Just oil on flat dough. Heart broken mate

I had deliverys from here before and was not bad like pica ir calzone, but if want hot chiken go somewhere elese. Chips was old probably reheated and served as new.... Everything what was good from delivery cold coke.

The delivery driver was very rude and spoke very unprofessional not happy at all never order from there again when I rang up they didn’t want to sort it out and wouldn’t apologise

The calzone has given us really upset tummies and the delivery person couldn’t find the house so we had to go out and meet them on the next street very disappointed as I love this takeaway and expected better

The special burger was missing donor meat the guy expected me to collect donor meat after I called him and said to him that donor meat was missing. He never apologised and I will never order from this disgusting takeaway again

What an absolute joke. Ordered at 8 and 10.05 still not here. He rang me at 9.30 saying 10-15 minutes and yet still doesn’t turn up.

Don't eat here. When I ordered some cheesy chips, the guy ate a chip as he put the cheese on them. One of my family members got a pizza that had blood on it too!!

Terrible experience. Food never was delivered. Rang to the restaurant to ask where is my delivery and had even worse experience. The guy was so rude and put phone down on me. Said we not gonna deliver. All paid. Never again.

Food was hot and fresh and cooked perfectly. There was nothing missing or incorrect, nothing to complain about. Delivery was quick and prices are very reasonable :)

Good food and great delivery driver

This order was all messed up even when I left directions on what items to mark to avoid confusion, but what is the most disappointing is that I ordered 2 wraps, one with mayonnaise one with BBQ sause . They both came with BBQ sause . The one-half of the items had a tub of BBQ sause for no reason whatsoever, but what's worse is that the tub's lid wasn't secure properly so ALL THE BOXES was covered is a BBQ sause.

Absolutely awful, chips seemed like they was microwaved, Pizza was disgusting, overall very lazy, poor quality food. Why have I payed £17+ when a slice of bread with butter on it would probably be nicer, never using these guys again. Would not recommend.

cheap and lower rated for a reason. soggiest chips about, “chicken fillet burger” was just a mushy slither of breaded meat topped with an entire salad (never had to specify no cucumber and cabbage on a chicken burger) had one bite and threw it away, free garlic bread was nice gesture but also inedible.

When I order food in 1.5 - 2 hours in advance I do expect it to turn up on time as that's more than enough time to cook it and send it baring in mind Air Street/Bankside is only 5 minutes drive away from the takeaway shop, I ordered for 7.15pm just eat notified me it was in its way around 6.50pm so with the short journey time in my mind I went out to wait for it, had to ring at 20 past to see what was going on, guy on phone had no customer service at all, delivery driver when he turned up at just gone 7.30pm made excuses about it been hard to find when the name of the company is near the entrance?? Won't be getting from here again, which is a shame as food was okay.

Not the best taste. They put too much garlic butter on that the base was soggy but it was delivered early.

I had no issue with food quality it was great. fresh salad, lovely burger, fresh fries.

We have had a fair few deliveries to East Hull and they are always on time, good value and lovely 😊

Unfortunately, Al Pacino does not work here, but has great service and great quality food too. Ordered a vegetarian pizza and my sister got a vegetarian burger, both great!

Food wasn't anywhere near as nice as norma. Didn't read instructions. (Only asked for salad and sauce separate) not a big ask and normal does that. Food was cold. Not like normal. Don't know what's happened tonight, Had loads of great Takeaways from this place but tonight wasn't very nice at all. (Bin had a good night) Attempted to ring them to resolve the situation but no answer. Must of been last order and couldn't be bothered, just serve cold stale Food, whatever was left, putting me off ordering again.

Delivery note stated that the doorbell doesn’t work and requested the delivery driver knocks on the window. Instead I was greeted by a phone call as I’m answering the door, an awful attitude and passive aggressive comments. Food was okay, would have been nice if it wasn’t delivered crushed.

We've spent 3 weeks at Hull University. If it hadn't been for Al Pacino pizzas we would have starved to death (the food at the canteen was barely edible). Moreover, after crying because our trip was coming to an end, Al Pacino saved the day once again. Live, laugh, love, Al Pacino.

Terrible service, even worse food. After ordering at 11pm i was promised my food at 2am, 3 hours later... well beyond acceptable, they then delivered around 12 whilst making no effort to contact those inside. just parked outside without even calling those inside. multiple hours later no food and definite closure on any of my family ordering from al Pacino's again. tried to resurrect the issue, nothing.

My girlfriend and I shared a family bucket. We didn't receive our drink, called the restaurant and was laughed at and told it would be sent out. So of course we continued and ate our meal. Both of us are currently feeling awful. And just to add insult to injury, our drink never came even after that phone call... Poor effort.

Ordered the offer 14 with 3 calzones and 2 chips for £15.50 ..calzones was banging loved um ..would of got 5 stars but chips let it down a bit .they was hard bit over cooked for my liking ...worth the money just for the calzones tho be ordering again cheers

My day was full of tiring, I tried to eat something to continue my day, I ordered pizza and chips with extra chips spice , unfortunately and resentment I received my order and it was chips without chips Spice and Doner calzone instead of Doner pizza, I suppose they run out of the cheese so they gave me calzone because it It costs a simple cheese compared to the pizza, and after all that, believe me , the food was so late , very cold and really very bad that I couldn't eat it and threw it in the bin , the last time I order from this takeaway and I advise you to avoid such people who do not appreciate the customer and give them food as they want and not as the customer wants, my review is 5 negative star 😖

Burger was rank and didn't have any Fries Onion as advertised, Pizza was fair, chips were nasty and undercooked and the Chicken Wings were clearly Ceekay 200 for a Quid ones, NO free Garlic Bread and the got all clever and aggressive over it so all in all 0/10 would NEVER order again

Orderd.a chicken and lamb shish kebab .when it came .no sauces. The sauces had been mixed with a fork.looked like atray of vomit. Chips tasted like they Had been cooked 3 times.disgusting. Never again.

Waited ages for the food and when the driver called to say he’s outside we went outside and he wasn’t there tried to call back and was ignored for a good five minutes then when he finally answered he wasn’t even on my street then when I opened my other the chips and can of drink was missing from the order and still haven’t received a refund or just the missing items when I called to say where my missing items are I got told I need to wait half an hour or my chips and can of drink which I still haven’t received I am not happy I will not be ordering from here again!!!

Bland chicken. It's not shish unless you marinate it, and no way was that chicken marinated nor fresh, and it was overcooked and tough ..

Food turned up took one bite and bined it was like it was cooked the night before and tried to warm up it was burnt and not worth earing wont ever use again

Unfortunately the order was wrong . The chips I'm sorry was fit for the bin. And I'm not been rude. Even the garlic bread that was free was burnt. Unfortunately will not re oder and would not recommend..

The order was alright and all there for the most part but I ordered onion rings and chips and I didn't get my chips even though that was more expensive

It was cold, tasteless and basically chucked at me by the delivery driver. I don't think it should take 90 minutes to deliver a burger and chips at 1am in the morning.

Donner meat was cold, garlic bread and chips were hard and cold, kids pizza was over cooked. They rang to tell me they didn’t have any chocolate cake asked for the money back and said yes on the phone but instead gave me a garlic bread. I did not want a garlic bread. Also gave me a 7up instead of sprite. My child, boyfriend and I are very disappointed and will never be ordering from here again.
