El valor aquí en la oferta de almuerzo está fuera de lo normal. Si te detienes antes de las 6 de la tarde o un domingo puedes conseguir entrantes mixtos, una sopa, principal (la mayoría del menú) y patatas fritas o arroz por £ 10, además de algunas galletas de gambas de cortesía. Si bien nada destacaba particularmente, tampoco había nada que pudiera culpar. Por el precio y la cantidad de comida servida no me podía quejar. El interior podría hacer con algo de trabajo, ya que parece un poco anticuado y menos atractivo (se podía hacer mucho con el espacio) y el servicio era razonable, pero se podía mejorar con ser un poco más atento, pero de nuevo, no hay problemas reales. Definitivamente vale la pena visitar si estás en la valla y estás buscando una comida que no romperá el banco cuando esté en el centro de la ciudad de Hull.

Con el personal de espera tan grosero y desagradable que no volveremos a visitar. Desde el momento en que entramos la actitud fue espantosa. Hecho sentir incómodo. ¡El consejo sería que su personal aprendiera algunos modales!

Mi novia y yo salimos a cenar aquí, tan pronto como entramos el camarero fue increíblemente grosero. No nos recibió, absolutamente descortés, ni siquiera un favor o gracias. Nos sentamos al lado del radiador y el lugar todavía estaba helado. Cuando empezamos a pedir nuestra comida el camarero nos miraba con incredulidad como si estuviéramos pidiendo partes del cuerpo humano. Sus ojos seguían saliendo horrorizados mientras ordenábamos un simple arrancador mixto y nos juzgaba todo el tiempo. La comida estaba a mitad, pero el servicio al cliente era repugnantemente atroz. El camarero nunca nos preguntó si estábamos bien con la comida, o si estábamos cómodos. Estas cosas se esperan de un restaurante y actuó como si le hiciéramos hacer 10.000 saltos. Si me pagaras un millón de libras para multar aquí otra vez te daría 2 millones para no ir. ¡Nunca jamás cenaremos aquí! ¡Ahorra tu dinero!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered and it was arrived 15 minutes later, that should have been a warning in itself, definitely microwaved. Plated the food up, only to find pink chicken inside the fried rice, the lemon chicken was slimey and to top it off we got a nice side of hair in the middle of the noodles and lemon chicken. Called, the guy seemed surprised didn’t offer a refund but offered to send more lemon chicken and fried rice, within 5 minutes i rang back to state I wanted the refund not more food, £42 pound was wasted tonight, the only decent thing was the salt n pepper chips, I managed to get a £20 refund from just eat however as the other items had nothing visibly wrong for picture evidence, I couldn’t get a whole refund. £22 pound for salt n pepper chips. We had to order a second round of food elsewhere as we were starving, don’t waste your money.

Excellent food at a very reasonable price, not very busy and not sure why! Food was delicious and hot and will visit again very soon

Called with family. 5 tables regimented for Covid with home made plastic seperators. One girl running around seemingly doing everything. Had to ask for drinks. Order taken at 90mph. No welcome. Food virtually thrown at us. Cold plates. (Food was hot) No check back to ask if everything was ok. Food cleared away, nobody asked if we wanted more drinks / desserts. Bill asked for and delivered / paid and we left. Really unprofessional and poor service by one poor obviously overworked girl with an obvious priority on takeaways. Toilets were also pretty grubby. Friday night 9.00. Only us in ! Really suggest these people close the restaurant and just run a takeaway. Sad thing is....The food was really good ! Portions large and reasonable prices. This place 'could' be great. Must try harder though.

After bringing takeaway home, they was no curry sauce in my chicken curry, fried rice box. After telephoning them, I got 2 people knocking at my door. Who REFUSED to take away the meal I was complaining about, and arrived with a tub of curry sauce. What good is a tub of curry sauce when you refuse to take the uneaten food away. AT ALL Costs AVOID!!!! YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! THEN HAVE RUDE STAFF AT DOOR REFUSING TO TAKE THE MEAL IN QUESTION BECAUSE I HAS EATEN IT!! HOW HAVE EATEN IT WHEN I'M TRYING TO HAND IT BACK? This restaurant/takeaway has always been the best for the last 20 years I've used the place. So shocked at the awful, terrible customer service.

New GardenLocated opposite the train station, we ordered food to take away.We had Singapore Chow Mein, Special Fried Rice with Curry and Mixed Vegetables in Szechuan sauce. A bag of prawn crackers was given for free.This was the worst experience in Chinese food we ever had. The Singapore Chow Mein tasted disgusting, it was bitter and inedible.Special Fried Rice was extremely salty. The curry sauce that came with it was as thick as jelly.The Mixed Vegetables in Szechuan sauce tasted really artificial. It wasn't spicy as it should be but sweet and full of MSG.It didn't go any better with the prawn crackers that were spoilt. They've forgot to keep them in an airtight container.It was on a Saturday when most catering businesses are busy but this restaurant was dark and empty at 6 -7pm. The service was fine and the food were reasonably priced. Other than that, never again!
