Went out of our way to go for lunch and it was boarded up

food was stone cold and it was just chucked in a bag called them they said will send another but never did and I couldn't get my money bk never order from them again

chicken was all overcooked and soggy, chips tasted uncooked. not the same quality as every other KFC unfortunately. this one is just atrocious.

Food was stone cold. Ordered 3 meal deals and all drinks missing. 2 other items missing and 1 zinger burger was just a normal fillet burger. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times with no answer.

Toilets were disgusting annoying beeping and it didn't stop the thing you really really really!!! Should do is improve store cleanliness and that's saying something do not recommend to go there until they've sorted things out!

Yet another great value for money meal, which was very tasty.

order did not turn up as driver went to wrong address driver then phoned me saying he will have to cancel the order then proceeded to mark order as delivered when it was not please issue refund

Not the typical KFC wings. Felt like they were left too long in the oil, wings were almost burnt and oily.

Forgot Large Popcorn chicken, i got gravy instead of corn, also no extra bbq sauce

Paid 51 pounds and quite literally half the order is either missing or wrong. Call the store and they want me to order something again in order to receive the items I already paid the “service charge” and delivery for. Completely ridiculous.

Both chicken and fries were cold and i ordered a cookie that didn’t arrive.

I normally would not write a review for things ordered. And if I am to write a review, I focus on the positives of the company and give constructive feedback on they can improve their services. The only good thing about my KFC order today, 4 January 2025, is that I was debited. Besides this, the services and food delivery was abysmally poor. I ordered the triple bucket deal at 15:29 yet, I got the food after 2 hours (I had to get them myself despite paying for delivery). The food was extremely cold when I got it. I called the Hull Beverly branch several times and kept receiving conflicting information. At one point, I was told the food is being handed over to the delivery drive. That took over an hour and no show. This forced me to go to the branch in person only to find my order sitting at the delivery counter. Lastly, my order came was incomplete - the tango drink was not included. I have never been disappointed with an order like this

Half the order was missing. Ordered the festive triple bucket which is supposed to include 6 pieces of chicken, 8 hot wings and 6 mini fillets. We only received the mini fillets. Also the ‘signature fries’ had no seasoning whatsoever on them.

Driver didn't speak English, order missing items, really poor

Probably the worse kfc I’ve been to, nobody there but still slow to serve and cook. Even when food came still felt cold. No soap in toilets and napkins anywhere, and staff where rude when spoken to about it.

Just bought the 19.99 bucket deal.. WOW It was disgustingly horrid went straight in the bin… chicken was obviously left for a certain amount of time.. the chips were reheated.. just terrible food.. no wonder it was closed for ages for rodent infestation.. NOT RECOMMENDED… AVOID AT ALL COSTS…and they forgot the gravy…

Just a suggestion I think you need to change the oil where you cook your chicken cos the chicken you gave to me is really dark and there's a blood inside of the leg part. I don't know if the chicken is a reheat or what 😒😒😒😒

Forgot my chips everything was cold! When you paying £23 for a meal and one side you expect it to all be there n half decent! What a let down

The driver didn't deliver it. He complained of wrong address which I the fault of Just eat. I collect it myself from KFC Beverley Road.

The twister was so bad, it wasn’t wrapped good and half of the sandwich was empty with no chicken or sauce. It was the worst twister I ever had from kfc.

Two items missing from order , food cold , drink different to one ordered

Absolutely terrible. half the order was missing, and what was there looked like it had been shaken in the bag - burger spilled out all over the bag, fries and popcorn chicken spilled out. can't scrape it all back together. Extremely disappointing, this is really basic stuff.

Managed 2 mouthfuls of the chicken. It was so dry it snapped. The corn was dry and had absolutely no moisture in it. The gravy was beyond thick (usually a good thing but not this time).

ordered well in advance of specified delivery time. turned up late. missing items from order. chicken was drier than nuns gusset. overall, absolute awful performance ell round. requested refund.

Gor the order and 1 there where missing items and changed items missing 1 Regular Signature Fries. changed items: 2 Hot Wings was 1 Chiken strip and the Pepsi MAX was chnage to a Tango

When the food arrived it was all over the bag very disappointed

Driver wanted to break my metal gate , he saw it wouodnt open towards him so instead of thinking oh it’s push , he decided to force it towards him and when I said stop , went “what” . Learn English if your going to work for English company

Disgusting i found hair in a bucket and wrong order

The portion sizes were ridiculously small. We always normally get popcorn chicken snack boxes as they are good value. But today there wasn't even a full portion of chips and literally not even 10 pieces of chicken! When asked as last week the boxes were twice the size she just looked blankly at me. The service was slow and we felt that delivery orders were taking priority

Haven’t had KFC in a while and just fancied it today. The chicken was mediocre as you could tell it wasn’t fresh - very disappointed

Food never turned up, however the staff and management were lovely and prepared me a fresh order. They also contacted just eat who issued me a full refund. The food was perfect, delivery driver was a crook. I hope they choked on my boneless chicken.

Just got home and realised they missed something off my order. Apparently getting a simple order correct is too much to ask. Suppose its my fault really. What a rip off.

Thank you for my 4 scrappy pieces of chicken that the only way it was edible was to eat it with the gravy. Shame you forgot to send that too. Oh and you got my drink wrong too. Is it that difficult to understand people aren’t very well off so a treat that was 0/10 was not what the food should be. I will not ever order again from here i stopped ordering from this restaurant ages ago but wanted chicken and thought I would try again. BIG mistake. Absolute garbage

Hope this ranks as one of the worst in the country. 10 minutes waiting at the drive thru for someone to take your order. Still nobody answers so you drive around to find out if it’s broken and find another person sitting for yet another 15 minutes for someone to open the serving window. Absolute joke. Does anyone actually work here or is it a staffing problem? Never known a fast food place operate so poorly in my life. No wonder it’s always empty and nobody uses it. Absolutely stunned.

Pulling into the carpark it looks closed but isn't, really need to do something abouth the approach. cooked everything fresh and can't complain about the food, end of the day that's the important thing

probably one of the most disappointing meal i’ve ever had. The chicken fillets were soggy and almost flavourless, the Orignial recipe chicken was the most dry and the most unpleasant thing i’ve ever tried. The chips were cold and the gravy was gelatonised… i simply just don’t understand as we came during lunch time so you’d think the food would be at least fresh ?

Extremely salty couldn't eat it had to throw it away staff took over 7 min to even respond at the takeaway microphone was only car there had to eventually drive to window to get attention. Very disappointed won't be back will travel else where. Not our first unenjoying visit

Scratched the fried chicken itch! and the gentleman on the car window service was friendly polite and efficient.

I ordered 2 burgers. One of the burgers didn’t have the top of the bun. That’s a little absurd!

Burger was mediocre, but one the chicken had an odd smell and was also cooked to a crisp so it was brittle and not tasty at all. Also the extra chicken I ordered was missing but at this point that seems like a blessing in disguise.
