I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. I ordered some food and unfortunately ended up with food poisoning shortly after. I had the chicken tikka masala and within hours, I began experiencing severe symptoms that required medical attention. Food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and it’s deeply concerning when something so fundamental is overlooked. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it comes to health and safety, there is no room for error. I strongly urge anyone considering eating here to proceed with caution.

Was regular customer but last few orders always something wrong tonight order late partner has gone to work on empty stomach the naan bread is thin and just crumbled in my hands tastes absolutely disgusting the chicken korma large lumps of base sauce not mixed in correctly chicken burger over cooked ..so done with this place now it will be extremely long time before I even attempt to use them again

You’ve heard of triple cooked chips? That’s 10x cooked chips. Dark brown, crunchy, no potato left inside. Rank.

Had a couple of slices of pizza then had to bin the rest delivered almost cold and just not edible, chips were hard and cold not good enough, need to do better if you want to survive as a business

the second time in a fortnight has something been missing from my order. will have to start using another place if it carries on.

wrong food was sent and waited over an hour to receive the right food which never turned up! absolutely ridiculous.(also came cold)

It was late and tbh would of rather it didn’t turn up! I’m sorry but everything was cold and tasted awful! Had family over for a takeaway night and was embarrassed to of ordered this for tea! Whoever was cooking clearly doesn’t care for it.

the order was made far too spicy it was like eating a hot curry but there made up for it by replacing the order which was brilliant as its the reason we always order from them

Naan bread was just a pizza base folded. Orded a garlic naan and didn’t have garlic on it the curry was just ok

Forgot 1x pizza. But they delivered it 20 mins later.

Was down to be delivered at 5:30-5:50pm Arrived after 6:10pm which was too late as we had plans. Was full of mushrooms which neither of us can eat and the foods was tasteless and almost cold when it arrived

I expected more than this, the korma is watery, not creamy. the naan was black on the outside, yet still doughy on the inside. the whole dish tasted like it had been microwaved from a packet. I'll be requesting a refund and won't be ordering from here again. really not nice food.

Order was correct, packaged well, very quick and the lad at the front was nice enough but my word that was by far the worst calzone I've ever had. Awful quality food

Good honest take away, the chicken is home cooked not oily. Pls put Vindaloo back on menu.

Wrong pizza ordered at Kiev and got a meat feast pizza. Also asked for a stuffed crust but the crust had no cheese

Absolutely horrendous. Charged £6.90 for a ‘large’ portion of cheeses chips with garlic butter and a can of DR. Pepper… The chips were over-cooked to the point they’d burnt through the polystyrene packaging making them inedible but were somehow still cold? The “staff members” a guy in a tracksuit and another were visibly fighting in the back when we arrived, with one of them coughing all about the place. Totally unprofessional.

Food was lukewarm at best, ordered a donner burger but a bread cake with donner meat arrived (no burger). Requested extra spice on chips but hardly any spice on chips. Pizza would of been nice if warm. Have never seen or tasted onion bajee like that before, not good at all. Went back onto just eat and tried to call them but the number does not ring. Had to go through just eat to try to sort something but we will wait and see what happens now

1st time using take away tonight, was told half hour to deliver, arrived 1 hour and pizza was cold and chips taste like they've been reheated they are not fresh cooked chips, horrible and worst 1st time trying , won't bother to waste my money again.

I did put some notes in for the restaurant not to put chip spice on the chips but they did put it on, I asked for no onion or tomato in my salad on my cheeseburger because I have an intolerance to them but they had put them on so I would order from them again because the quality of food was good but I was disappointed that they hadn’t followed my notes. When ordering a curry dish there used to be the option of beef, chicken or pork but there wasn’t the option there so I had to ring the restaurant to ask for beef because my husband only eats beef.

They do the best korma curries here for such a good price, and they give you an option of free rice, chips or naan to have on the side with the most amazing portions too. Everything tastes divine. 10/10 for sure !

Poppadoms were missing, one naan was burned, food was late (it arrived at almost 12:30am, so 25bminutes after the latest time it was due). The one unburned naan didn't taste of garlic. The Madras just wasn't tasty. Maybe it was an off night for them with it being late, I don't know but I won't from here order again. I ordered late as I'd just finished a 13 hour work day and I was startbingm my usual place was closed for a family wedding. The delivery driver even came back as they'd put someone else's order in the bag with mine, so sorry to whomever got the wrap last night after my order but I'd opened it thinking it was naan bread. I didn't touch it though thankfully.

Absolutely by far the nicest meal we have had delivered, Will definitely be using again, I even called the take away after I ordered to change sauces and was very accommodating, would definitely recommend

Put the phone down on my when I complained about my food

Food came late. Donner meat came with pitta bread when I said no pitta bread due to allergies. No garlic sauce when asked, spoke to some arrogant person on the phone who was rude and put the phone down on me. Spent a lot of money there recently. Will ever go there again . DONT GO TO VENUS. WORST TAKEAWAY IN HULL!!!!

The korma was lovely, the chicken was delicious, delivery was really good 2 would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I get takeaway from here often and don’t usually have any complaints. However, last night when I arrived the order had been mixed up which meant my donner meat was left sitting cold, there was also no naan or pitta bread. The garlic bread was then cooked quickly and when I got it home it didn’t seem fully cooked in the middle or on the bottom.

Ordered stuffed crust pizza but could see through the crust, hardly any cheese on top of pizza. Chips were soggy and they forgot chilli sauce, what's the point paying extra for stuff crust or pots of sauce when you don't get it. Bland tasting food but the dogs enjoyed it.

My order was delivered with 2 items missing. Firstly the chicken was overcooked and dry. The second delivery of chips and mint sauce contained chips that had obviously been warmed up the whole meal was awful. I could not eat this meal. I demand a full refund of £11.70 . I will not use this takeaway again. Waste of time and money.
