We love Quickbite. Best local takeaway. Friendly staff and the food has never disappointed.

Been using Quick Bite for years now absolutely amazing food and fast delivery. Had a party last week in our local Hall 13 14inch pizzas and humongous amounts of chips all delivered on time hot and tasty and he really looked after me on the price with me been a regular customer.. Pizza was undercooked, and chips were like rock and not what we asked for, 4 times I asked the man on the till not to put chip spice on my food and still ended up with it on, and I ended up unable to eat them without picking though to find chips that didn't have as much on will not be going there again I don't know how anyone can say they make nice food.

Wasted £20 on a takeaway that was inedible, waited half an hour in the shop, the chips where rock hard as well was the burger bun, pizza was overcooked and dry. Definitely wouldn't recommend

BE AWARE! Customer pays for their mistakes Been using this takeaway for months and food is good quality ( usually) customer service is pants unless you got a spare 3 hrs Been ordering margarita with spicy chicken as extra for 9 months over various platforms, everything been good until 2 weeks ago when they started putting jalapeños on ( which were picked off) , yesterdays pizza came with jalapeños and onion which I can't stand, jalapeños and onion are PAID extras on a margarita, i selected spicy chicken only and only paid for that, not the others, I'd specifically stated " no peppers" which jalapeños is technically a pepper, called up, as pizza was inedible to me, takeaway manager not interested and made excuses, complained to food hub and it took 90 mins of them being middleman before I was offered a free pizza replacement which was no good to me as I needed sleep, just wanted refund, after another 90 mins of talking with food hub and the owner of takeaway I was still denied my money back and only offered a coupon for £8 off my next order which after 3 hrs of complaining and proving I was right, I won't be able to use, would you order again after that kind of response, msg to owner, tell staff to only put ingredients selected, if not selected, it's not wanted! If your staff do make a mistake, hold ur hand up and refund if that's what customer wants, that way you will retain customers, I personally can't order again although I'd like to because the food is nice when they get it right, but if they get it wrong, it's customers fault, even if proof provided, new pizza chef is not a good enough excuse for not reading what is on ticket, food delivered at 9:47pm last msg from owner was 00:53, still waiting for a refund which will never come

Went here our lass no chip spice & my pizza absolute rubbish wont be going here again i suggest to everyone stay clear Worst there reply saying my profile is fake i go to lots of takeaways but this one i wont be going bk or reccomending go elsewhere

Thank you for the slushie you gave my child. Second time in had to leave a review. Lovely young man, noticed pepperoni is actually pepperoni! Loaded fries bacon was spot on. Been a while since I had real pepperoni on a 🍕 and real bacon instead of turkey🤨 will be bck

There are three takeaways near me on longhill that pizzas ect ect, but quick bite is the best 👌 👍

This shop has become out go to place when we wany fast food. Prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. See you soon

They make a good pizza, and despite being really busy the lady serving me went the extra mile for service.

I don’t know whether management has changed over the past 2 or so years but oh my god. BEST TAKEAWAY IN EAST HULL!!! Had the cheesy garlic bread, was so nice! Not slimy like some you get from other places! Halloumi fries were amazing and the showstopper- the coconut ice cream. You would think i got served this in a restaurant! The ice cream was amazing, coated in desiccated coconut with a chocolate button on top AND served in a coconut shell?! I’m speechless. Keep it up cos this is now my new regular😋

we have had quikbite plenty of times! we love the food never really had an issue… we usually collect but tonight we was unable collect so had it delivered! (i live 5 minuets away) and i looked at the bill and saw we had been charged £4 for delivery and a 50p service charge! how disgusting… i always tip my drivers a couple of pound regardless!! i’m shocked that i have paid a total of £6.50 for it to be delivered! edit** i incorrectly wrote top taste but it definitely was yourself.. reply! - what an unprofessional and disgusting response …. remember all your other customers can see that!

Order from here regularly but this occasion one of the wraps we ordered had what I can only describe as a phlegm consistency in part of the sauce making me speculate someone has spat in the food unfortunately I couldn't take a photo of this due to been the part that was in my mouth and was disregarded into the bin and the rest of the wrap seemed to be ok however who would eat the rest of the meal after the first bite and having this, this is the last time I order from here.

Kid on the desks a clown, reckons he runs the shop and there so busy even though there was nothing cooking, the only thing he runs is his mouth shocking used to be a half decent takeaway...

Live very locally, I really enjoy their pizzas and the cheesy chips are the best. My partner gets the Donner kebab which is always nice..super tastey hot food if collected. Can be a little cold at times if delivered. But we always collect now.

Absolutely joke, ordered tonight food was only just warm for starters. Then donner meat pizza had the bear minimum of Donna meat on. Chips was wet through with sweat.. I rang and politely told them I wasn’t happy to then be told that, these days because of the cost of living they have to watch how much donner meat they put on the pizzas but after…… They checked the CCTV 20 SECONDS LEFT ON HOLD ON THE PHONE…. That!!!! I got enough donner meat and I’m now banned. Then put the phone down on me…WOW……… is all I can say !!!

We orderd got our food and they forgot our sources so we rang up and we had to wait 1hour to get our sources by the time we got the source the food was cold bad customer service

See I ordered a tower Buger comes with fried egg callled them told them made sramble egg so told them not going to eat it wen it looks like baby sick on my food so they said carnt do nothing about it I payed 11 pound dos th at look like fried egg

My hawaii burger was not as good as normal only on piece of pineapple

I've given a 4 star rating based on our last order despite what would normally be a 5 star rating. We waited 1hr 20 mins for delivery which in itself wasn't the biggest issue, but had out food arrived reasonably warm it wouldn't have been an issue. The garlic bread had leaked completely through the box and bag, so much so that unfortunately there was no garlic left on, and everything was stone cold. Once the food was reheated it was great as always, but I don't want to have to reheat food that has just been delivered We will order again because I do think it was a one off experience, or at least I hope it was.

I won't be wasting my time or hard earned cash with this takeaway again!! After how they treat me tonight, we will never return! They forget buying a takeaway is a luxury so they should treat returning customers with a little more respect! You have just lost one customer.

The grilled chicken kebab was really tasty. But as I asked for a gluten-free meal, I didn't expect to find a pitta bread on top of the meat. For some people, this is a major cross-contamination issue and can have serious consequences.

Ended up with something I never ask for and when he read back my order he never mentioned the extra food I got, don't give free galice bread or do any deals anymore

We use quick bite quite regularly, the food is beautiful and the staff are so lovely, my son loves the pepperoni pizza we never have to wait long at all, I recently tried the cheese burger with garlic sauce as recommended by the staff, I wasn't disappointed it's was awesome.

Never listen in here. Order is always wrong. Doesn't help that the huge TV is now blurring out. Asked for bolognaise chips and cheese and my son got large chips and cheese. 😡............ 3 weeks later we gave then another chance, gave them an actual written list this time, again they got it wrong. We got a completely different order. Ours hadn't even been made. It's getting pathetic now.

Used this place since living on longhill for 6 years, odd time they may have missed a garlic breed or salad kids lolly etc.... but last night ordered, order never turned up!! apparently driver came at around 7.15 we had been in from around 6.30, so can't see how we wasn't in, called around 8 to see what was happening told tail of nobody in on delivery, so by managers daughter, told her dad would call us back, never received call another half hour past, called again!! we have been to busy to call you back "don't care if your a regular customer" was one of the lines this daughter of manager told me, called back an hour later now half 9 time to be told I've refunded you, great thanks for telling me. Oh I've not had time to mess about calling you back.... and the phone call you was arranging with your manager? no I've refunded you it now. Still no money in my account and went to bed hungry!! #thieving

Terrible service . Ordered at half 6 on a Tuesday night. Told it would be an hour . Now half past 8 still not turned up . Rang them and they just said were busy . Well you won't be for long if thats how you treat customers. Not worth the waste of time actually gave them another chance today . Order was late part of it missing . Rang up and just got excuses. Still terrible .

Ordered tonight , rubbish keebab having spent £17 including delivery for order even though only a mile away cold food , no free garlic bread as stated and requested . Won't be using again !!

Usually good but hubby ordered burger and cheesy chips with Bolognese tonight. Almost 2 hours even though just round corner and instead of his burger they sent a chip butty.

Wish I’d looked at their google reviews first... Below average food which was very tasteless and the service was very poor. Order was placed online when I arrived 25 minutes later it hadn’t even been started. Informed it hadn’t come through but then by miracle it was there. Offered me a can of coke while I stood waiting for it to be done. Quick Bite is more like Slow Bite. Poor. Very poor.

We order on just eat on the 9th May we pre order about 3 something pm for 4 of us including 2 kids say 5.10pm delivery we rang up on that time they said about 10-15 min we rang up again about 15 min they said on it way took about 19 min get here and we only live about 5 min away and we order tonight say 9.50pm to 10.10pm got message say delayed because busy and we only order big pizza nad large chip and 2 can and we still waiting we rang up 10.15pm they said 20 min quick bite getting worse they need Gordon ramsay sort them out

Food 2 hours late. Delivery driver was very nice. No free garlic bread or anything.

Food is really nice, however waited approximately 90mins to recieve the order, not good enough, most delivery slots say 40mins, but normally arrive in 30mins. Don't think I would be prepared to wait this long again. Need to sort it out. Bad for your business.

delivery is shocking. ordered at 19:20, rang at 20:00 and was told it’s leaving the shop in 10 minutes. rang back at 20:30 and they said it was 5 mins away (i only live a 6 minute drive away). didn’t actually turn up until 21:00 and parts of the order was wrong. the foods actually really nice! but not nice enough to be waiting 1 hour 40 minutes.

Not even sure they deserve 1 star but no option for 0 stars. Last 2 Just Eat orders have had missing items and when going into the shop to collect on other occasions the customer service is terrible. They always use the excuse they can't hear what you said but there's no wonder when the music is as loud as it is.The young girl working on the till has an awful attitude towards customers and never get a smile. Will not be using again. 👎

Waited an hour, order came cold and soggy chips, no garlic and tomato bread as they 'ran out' even though I asked for a 10" one, not a free one. Salad was banging so the rest is in the bin and we won't order again! Dum dum dum, another 1 bites the dust 🤔

Menu wrong on just eat and their website. Pizza came with onions but didn't say it did. Rang up and rather than admit their mistake they said there's nothing they can do. Even got screenshot of the menu on website and justeat clearly wrong, which they denied Been ordering from here since the week they opened years ago but won't be again.

How can you get it wrong . All i wanted was garlic on donner meat and garlic on calzone missed off both . Cant people communicate to each other. Another crossed off the list

Been to quick bit a few times and every time we could complain always late like 45 minutes late been in cas of it being late have waited over half hour for chips a couple of times and small portions

18.27 I ordered my food "It'll be around 40 minutes" 19.49 I Call up again "Where's my order?" "It's just leaving the shop it won't be long" 20.42 The delivery man knocks on my door expecting me to still pay. My son can drive back from Middlesbrough before my food arrives from down the road. What a joke. You've lost my custom for good.

Horrendous place to order! Just dont waste your time. Ordered food at 5:30pm. Said it would be between 30-45 mins. 6:30 comes and no order. Rings back they said we apologies it's been busy, itll be 15 minutes. Again that's fine I appreciate they're busy. 7pm comes still no take away. Rings again. No one seems to know what's happening with the order. Said it would he 5 mins. Its 19:15pm and still waiting. An hour an 45 mins!!!! Absolutely disgraceful. Never ever will I use them again. If I could've used a zero star I'd of used that. The customer service was rude and appaling too

I asked for cheese on the garlic bread that they charged me £1 extra for and never received any cheese I asked for cheese on my burger and didn't receive that The donner meat tasted sub stardard (don't know how you manage to accomplish that one) The meal took about 25 minutes to prepare, I had time to go shopping at heron and still had about 10 minutes to spare Ended up putting half of it in the bin, especially the garlic bread which didn't even taste of garlic, a massive waste of £13 so we ended up buying a pizza from a different takeaway which was far better (mama mias if anyone is interested), chips where to standard though so at least they couldn't muck up chips

Unfortunately, when you order an onion-free pitta bread salad, you expect it to have no onions.

Very dissatisfied, waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for 2 burgers and chips, when it arrived the chips had no spice, and the burgers where burnt to a crisp

We order from here 3 or 4 times a week but won't be anymore as the delivery wait is getting stupid with nearly 2 hour wait when told 45mins.

Bread cakes like stone ...and the 20 or so chips I received in each stone bread cake were cooked at least twice ....you know it's bad when you wait 40 minutes then bin the crappy food and take the time to post this before having a pot noodle.....not using these robers again....got my money for nothing....stay away

Absolute shite ordered chip butty got an empty box,,well may aswell got empty box chips was cooked god knows how many times and not even enough to cover the bottom of the box and bread cake was a brick absolutely disgusting that they can still stay open,,I think they need a visit from health inspectors

The last two orders for large lamb donner kebabs have been made without salad, yet the menu clearly states that kebabs come with salad and sauces. The first time we can let go as a mistake, but to happen again is unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not be using again.

Doesn’t even deserve 1. I can write many times as why to not use this takeaway. A couple of weeks ago we did a big order. One of our pizzas turned out wrong. The lady told us to come back and get the right one! So the rest of our takeaway was cold! She then took the incorrect one of us and made us wait for our right one. No apology nothing. Tonight I’ve just called up ordered pizzas and a wrap. Turned up to collect and the lady told us that the pizza oven wasn’t even working !!!! However charged us full price for our wrap!! Which I will now have to go find another takeaway and leave my friend with a cold wrap! I normally deal with Lisa and her partner who are lovely and great! But recently there has been a new lady which I think used to be a delivery driver! And she is complete useless. We are regular customers and now they have lost us.

Portion was that small my 4y old girl still was hungry. Def to small for £6.20 few bits of meat and salads hardly covered plate bottom and it says large. Very disappointed even taste was nice and delivery quick. Not worth the money....

Always order from here nd always been best takeaway but last handful of orders have been terrible! The pizza and burgers have been over cooked nd the chips have tasted like they've been fried 5 times over we've gone from ordering at least twice a week to once every few weeks
