The best restaurants in Wyre Forest West Midlands

I went on 2 visits close together, both times felt welcomed by all staff , nice, relaxed atmosphere lovely meals cooked by Simon & Jamie, bar/ waiting staff poppy , Lauren, leah , Dan ,Charlie & Aaron were all very professional & welcoming each time.

The person who served us, I think her name was Sarah, she was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful.

The batter is lovely, food gorgeous, very clean and welcoming staff. And a TikTok star works there.

Always really good food. Tasty and good portion size. Best Chinese in Kidderminster. I have never been disappointed, the food is consistently high quality even in busy times.

Went recently with friends and understand some of the comments about no atmosphere as they take you to the back area where there is a lot more room than you perceive from the front reception -which makes it look more like a takeaway. Did not bother us as we were with a group of friends so the privacy worked well for us. Food was if a good quality and price very good value for money but recommend you do not order the wine. I think that they mixed it up with the vinegar! Samosas were on the tiny side too = about half measures compared to the norm. All in ok I would rate as good

Went for Sunday Lunch last week 8th Oct , excellent food service great Sunday lunch we believe this was a the first time the chef had taken the kitchen would recommend .

Had a brilliant afternoon tea delivery from gingers, cakes are home made and freshly baked, evrrything was spot on!!

Really enjoyed our meals, huge portion sizes and nothing too much trouble for the Staff. Highly recommended

Recently went to a Christmas party style lunch with entertainment. Lots of coach parties and people ready to have a good time. Unfortunately the food was cheap just about warm and tasteless, considering everyone had paid £40 plus. Most of these folk were senior citizens who were being ripped off! Covid protocol was not being adhered to. Cramped tables and no ventilation. Rude Barman who thought he was doing everyone a favour by choosing to serve. Bad attitude. Only saving grace was the young man doing the entertainment. He was brilliant. Won’t be going again and definitely do not recommend!!

awful time eating here , it took 1 hour to cook 5 items when it wasn’t busy for collection, and the girl at the front was very moody ,

Always go to foleys as food has always been lovely, however in the last month or so, portion sizes have dropped dramatically which is such a shame. The last 3 times I’ve been, the portions have been terrible for the price. Please go back to how it was, I miss it

Visited Sunday 9th Feb25 for breakfast. We’ve visited the Cafe a number of times now and always tell ourself to review but finally found that time. Great experience from start to finish. Booking our table was easy, menus and water readily available on arrival. The Cafe was probably the busiest we’ve experienced, however the staff were friendly and the service was speedy, was also nice to be checked up on about our food. We had hot drinks and food. The food is always super tasty (The Vegan Breakfast was fantastic this morning) and we went away with takeaway cakes and full bellies. Thank you

Lovely welcome for myself and my Dog ,she had doggy sausages and I had lovely Coffee and biscuits very reasonable prices ,especially now you have to pay on car park ,also informed about free parking if used cafe ,ask for information in Cafe .

The best mixed meat special around. A family run chippy serving great fish and chips and delicious kebabs. So friendly and welcoming we go out of our way to go there rather than use places closer to where we live.
