Ordered our food nearly 1 hour ago.(for delivery) Just rang up to ask for a update on the food to a rude girl on the phone who just said "it's still cooking" in a very rude manner. Extremely poor phone skills. The girls attitude absolutely stank and should be delt with accordingly.

Never been here before for take away but saw reviews and thought I’d try it . Disappointed as chicken balls had far too much batter on them and didn’t stay crispy for long , the fried rice was also tasteless . Very disappointed indeed.

Good food and well priced when Alex owned the shop, now in new ownership. I have been once and was very disappointed. Shame as I had used this place for over 30 years.

This review is 35 years late. When I was a young man my now wife and I would have a takeaway from here every night after the pub. We would share the king prawn curry in one tray with a portion of chips. Amazing the prawns were lovely and the onions nice and crispy best Chinese food ive ever eaten.

1 star hygiene rating means I will most definitely give this one a miss

We ordered about 30 quid worth of food and all of it was horrible even the rice the food wasnt fresh at all and next day we were unwell from it. Definately not eating there again

My review is 22 years late. I last came here 22 years ago. The food was excellent. My favourite was order was "Bonka" or at least that's what it was called I think. It was freshly fried shrimp crackers. Sweet Corn Chicken soup was mind blowing.

Food and service excellent! A little bit more pricey but well worth it for the standard of service and food.

Ordered king prawn fried rice.. not only the portion was way smaller then other take away within the area but also those cant be called king prawn.. also been charged for a plastic spoon 10p.. seriously? Is not for the 10p but come on this is the first time happened to me.. just finished the dish and im still hungry

Used to use this Chinese a long time ago then got put off by a bad meal, decided to try again with it tonight with just rice and sauce and get some chips from the chippy. Found a piece of plastic in the rice and half a tub of sauce for a rediculous price. Will never use again, shouldn't of bothered.
