Food is fresh and delicious with big portions, polite and friendly staff, nice and calm atmosphere, nice, fresh and tidy. Perfect for kids as they have a kid corner and lovely, cold beer for adults :). We definitely will come back and recommend to others ;)

We watched the Englad games here, Landlady went above and beyond free food at half time, which was amazingly tasty, very good atmosphere, will rwturn to try somw of the menu

I visited here on Sunday for a lovely roast. They atmosphere was really nice and staff really good. Although they no longer do the carvary the roast was still really good. You can pick the size you would like and which meet. Will be going back.

First and last visiting Loom and shuttle. I had a cider ask for a glass and glass was dirty I saw the previous user lipstick on it and gravy on the side. When I mentioned to the young lady she didn't care a lot so I have left my drink there and bought a can. Disgusting 🫣

Popped in with my friend for a catch up and had lunch. I had 2 starters, prawn cocktail and macaroni cheese. My friend had scampi and chips. Quick service, nice food and friendly staff.

We had a family meal here today and tried the new menu and I had the hotdog and it was delicious will definitely be coming here again

We celebrated my husband’s 40th party Saturday night, it was Fantastic Naomi and Carl were so accommodating played a great selection of music help us tidy up after. The bar staff were great such a good atmosphere would highly recommend

They put on a Christmas carvery specially for the coaches and their athletes from Kidderminster and Stourport Athletic Club and they made us very welcome and the carvery was very good.

It was lovely experience when we had Christmas party here. I recommend to all

We enjoyed the food so much February we go back for carveries on Sundays. Father’s Day Mother’s Day all special occasions birthdays Easter Halloween bonfire. Xmas meal and we look forward to dinner with Santa the weekend.

I like the presentation. It was so well presented. Staff was so nice. I the extra care and effort due to myself and guests having special diets some was vegan some vegetarian. Manager knew our names it was friendly and we enjoyed every minute. And msic for us after. Thank u Will come again defiantly

We had fantastic works meal here last night. Food was 10/10 in taste and presentation. I was well impressed. And we all enjoyed our meals some of my girls was commented how did we only pay £17.50 for 3 courses that was so nice . It was worth every penny and more. Manager and staff put us first. Nothing was to much. Made sure everyone was happy. We enjoyed being waited on drinks was flowing and music started and we was up dancing. Thank you loom and shuttle and merry Christmas 🎄

My wife had the tomato soup on a night out and the turkey dinner which was nice she never finished the soup as it tasted funny and spent the rest of the night being ill

Very good carvery, meat very tender plus a free pudding.

Only gave it one star as there’s no option for zero. Food was shocking all mushy. Apart from the beef that was harder than Mike Tyson. Only edible thing was the peas. Got a full refund on the food no quibbles. 🤮🤮🤮. Hopefully just a bad day for them

Loom & shuttle Not been there since covid 1st broke out it was our regular once thought we go back today wish we had saved our money & not bothered (sloppy watery tastless mash omg horrible roasted carrots & what's with red cabbage yukk & meat didn't look that appealing & it was just eatable infact left most of my meal & 1st thing my husband said when he had enough was didn't like that at all & my hubby ALWAYS eats his carverys we didn't even bother to stop for the free pudding I think 9/10 marstons pubs have gone down hill with rubbish chefs when yr paying £10 per standard carvery the least it can be is worth the money about time had decent chefs plus no atmosphere like there use to be use to be buzzing where u could stay for hours & hours if u could thats gone such a shame won't be going back

Very friendly staff and management, lovely friendly locals. Food amazing we had breakfast. We were there for a dog show on the grounds outside . The calvery looked amazing but didn't have time to try it but will definitely try on our next visit

Very quiet, menus laid out on tables only to be told when going to order that they were only serving a carvery! 3 members in our party therefore didn't eat.

Really good service. The steak was cooked perfectly , the best steak we have eaten. Not a long wait from ordering to food being brought out will be revisiting in the near future without a doubt !

This was my first visit and certainly won't be my last ....what a fantastic pub ....really friendly staff a beautiful pint and a mixed grill to absolutely die for ....cooked to perfection huge compliments to the chef ....best mixed grill I think I've ever had so juciey and tender absolutely delicious A+ can't wait to come bk next mth

Pop down to the loom this evening for steak night which was absolutely banging just under £10 you get drink ,steak chips and all the trimmings ,great staff nothing too much trouble and the decor of the pub is absolutely lovely worth a visit .

Though this has been my local pub for many many years, I rarely venture in. You can quite clearly see when going past, that since the new owners have taken over, business is thriving there. Yesterday we had the pleasure of holding my grandmothers wake here. The owner kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and was very accommodating. The food was hot, the roast potatoes were absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was pleasant under the circumstances, with staff being polite and friendly too. We will certainly be returning on a more regular basis.

Not the most welcoming pub. It was cold but doors held wide open. There was a lot of shouting and swearing going on. Not what I want when I have a meal. Service was quick but food was average at best. I doubt we shall visit it again.

We had one of the best meals i can remember in a long time came out piping hot well presented and tasted delicious at a very good price .. lovely staff and would recommend highly give this place a try you WONT be dissapointed

The loom and shuttle is such a warm friendly welcoming pub you always leave feeling like you have made friends, the food is always delicious and great value for money, the manager Naomi and her team are so friendly and can’t do enough for you I have a young child with disability’s and the staff are always welcoming and helpful even making a lovely childrens play area so little ones can play whilst the parents relax they always make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed with my children making our experience as stress free as possible, Thankyou Loom and shuttle for all your hard work on creating a family friendly pub for all to enjoy

Poor quality food, no sauces, flat pop, dirty glasses and cutlery. The pub looked nice and you could see it was a busy place in the past. I personally would never visit here again.

We went on Sunday as we have on many occasions. We got there about 4 so not late in the day. We bought our food tickets and then waited 10 minutes to be served. There was hardly any food left, I asked about any kind of potato as there wasn’t any there. I was informed that they were still getting used to the menu. The cabbage had run out and so had the Yorkshire puddings so I asked if there was going to be anymore and they said yes and just never bothered to bring anymore out. I was totally disappointed with the experience, it was a complete shambles so needless to say we won’t be going again

Delicious food .we had the carvery 3 meats all of which melted in your mouth.loads of choice of vegetables Brussels sprouts cabbage roasted carrots cauliflower cheese peas broccoli roast potatoes yorkshire pudding and port crackling. Absolutely amazing choice. Lovely friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be revisiting

Rang to book here as everywhere else seemed to be booked up for a Saturday night. We were quite surprised when the lady who answered told us she had plenty of room. When we got there around 5.30pm on a Saturday night the car park was empty and when we walked in there was a handful of locals I'm guessing at the bar pretty worse for wear who stared at me and the kids as we walked in. We were the only ones there eating, and now I know why. Food took around 45 mins to arrive, ordered the mixed grill that came out wrong, without the pepper corn sauce and garlic bread I'd ordered. Couldn't wait to get out of there felt like we'd stepped into a time zone. Only good thing was the lady who worked there was friendly enough

This loom and shuttle is about to change owner managment Ican tell you that it's all set to change. The new owner will be very keen to improve the carvery service that has been allowed to fail by past owner.. I have inside information that the new owner is out to make it the best in the area. Watch this space

Awful atmosphere, food not great, toilets were disgusting cleanliness is awful especially whilst covid tables sticky etc. Management are very rude and seem to have an attitude its not family friendly and tbh i will never go back and highly recommend anyone to avoid.

As a vegetarian I sometimes struggle to find food I like. There were plenty of choices and I had the cheese and onion baguette with chips and my mother-in-law had the steak and ale pie. They were absolutely delicious. Thank you for specially cooking me...

Sunday night carvery 18.00 hours . We turned up on time' myself,wife daughter 5 years old son 1 year old and my step daughter and boyfriend in their 20s. Walk in and it was like a night club. My daughter had to cover her ears as it was so loud my wife asked for the music to be turned down witch the staff member did. We had to ask for a highchair as we weren't offered one despite clearly having a young child with us . The staff member then brought us one ' WITCH WAS COVERED IN FOOD WITH A DIRTY TISSUE STUCK ON THE BOTTOM clearly it hadn't been wiped down after it was last used the manager then came and asked if we where the 6 o'clock booking' with I said we were. He offered no apology or explanation to the disgusting high chair nor the fact the atmosphere was most definitely not family friendly, it was our first a definitely last time ever visiting the loom and shuttle.... I'd say great crack for a Sunday night karaoke 🎤 but not a clean or welcoming for a family or meal out

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the management. Not only cancelling a wake of a local girl who passed away who had captured the heart of her home town, but for said landlady to sell items she was "looking after" without permission and pocketing the money is lower than low

Never ever again would I eat or drink from hear the food was poor standard.the chef looks like he's been dragged off the streets.the customer service from the manager was appaling also very rude towards certain customers.
