Staff are rude and disrespectful, have been on multiple occasions, and it takes a lot for me to write such a review. Coffee is middling and barely has any flavour or caffeine. Location itself is nice it’s just a shame about the employees.

A nice big store, friendly staff and pukka coffee ☕ A quick stop 🛑/takeaway today, flat white with the ultimate blend milk. The staff were really friendly and sorted my order with expertly timed precision, just what you would expect from Costa. The store was clean and tidy. Good accessibility ♿ in and put of the store for all abilities. Thanks for hosting me 💪🤩❤️☕☕😉

Received totally incorrect order that was requested via another website and a lot less in cost. Disgusted

Bloke on bicycle did it, must’ve stopped off at st.George’s park n had a blast on the jumps, food was mashed up and cold

Premises and decorations in poor condition, check out Aircon unit on ceilings it is very dirty. Staff and food very good

They seem to focus more on service than all the other essentials needed. Dirty stuff left on tables. A wet floor sign that serves no purpose when the floor is dry. All of the food is white bread, dairy and other animal products. Get more plant based stuff in your cafes

Well! What a shocking experience this afternoon! Was served by “Sarah” & she was so rude! No customer service! Very sarcastic when asking about how to redeem a voucher! Manager definitely needs to think twice about her!

There was so many staff serving they had forgotten to clear and wipe tables. As soon as I had to their job for them the manager got someone clearing tables. The sandwiches are still the same and all containing white bread. Make them healthier by using wholemeal. Only one or two vegan options in hot food and in the cake selection just isn’t enough. The vegan customer misses out on creamy topping for frappes as there is no alternative. The competition do it. I questioned this and got told you have no intention of doing it.

Satnam was the kindest most friendly member of staff I have met in any Costa coffee shop for years. Nothing was too much trouble she helped me and my baby in the baby change, above and beyon d as the door was broken. Got a glass of water for an old lady. She is a gem and should be employed of the month or whatever. What a lovely example to set. I'll keep visiting.

Short stay, pleasant night sleep.

The coffee is good but when it is served by a grump it kind of spoils it. Not only was she grumpy but also over charged me, no receipt either, so keep a check on what you are charged. Two staff on, one really friendly welcoming, the other seems to hate customers. Someone in charge must see when they have staff that should not be serving customers? And then the tables outside were cleared away 2 hours before closing, very off-putting.

Dropped in for coffee & lunch after treatment at Kidderminster hospital. Husband noticed we had been overcharged as visual price of sandwich was less than what was charged. Pointed this out to staff member who just said "oh". No apology, no offer to refund difference. Price was changed as we left.

I always pop in there before going home after I've enjoyed a long motorcycle ride and treat myself to an ice cold salted caramel frappe OMG they're delicious and the staff in there are very friendly and I get to park my motorcycle right outside next to where I'm seated out in the fresh air.. perfect!

Typical Costa really nothing special. Loads of staff on duty with no clue what to do. Drinks where as good as any other coffee shop

We enjoyed Cappichino coffee & latte , nice seating fortunately, enjoyed the visit & the staff were reasonably friendly.

We love our weekend visit to Costa on Silverwoods...friendly staff..know what drinks we have when we walk in. Well worth a visit.

My first experience here and it was a good one. I had breakfast, which was lovely, a mushroom and egg roll, and a spiced apple tea. Service with a smile, however, it is a shame they dint accept blue card

Server was abrupt almost to the point of being rude. Then same person came almost immediately and swept the floor all around me, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It wasn't near closing time, and it was uncalled for.

Great coffee, better than the rivals. Food is okay, bit pricey. The atmosphere is dependent on your company, it's a bit noisy and could do with some sound absorption mounted on the ceiling.

Generally avoid coffe shops but as of necessity went here 31st January - Staff, Food and drinks OK but cleanliness leaves much to be desired - floors and windows really dirty and not just for the day but many days. If it is claimed that the premises are cleaned suggest the supervisor has some training.

Its ok and much the same as all Costas. Sadly, tables not cleared and full of cups, plates, trays etc and a large number of laptop squatters taking up valuable customer spaces who sit all day with one coffee!!!!

Nice atmosphere and service with a smile. Excellent coffee as you would expect. Drops a couple of stars for food as a warmed up bacon bap and mediocre cake just doesn't do it for me but the super service more than makes up for it. hey ho, you can't have everything - right?

Regular stop for us posties whether taking industrial action or working. The girls work non stop and are always smiling and very pleasant. Great coffee shop

It was very busy, although busy staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately when we went dishwasher was broken so we had our coffee in takeaway mugs .it doesn't taste the same .snakes are expensive but otherwise it was good

Very loud in the shop couldnt hear anything had to shout my order twice then had to wait about 10 mins for my order as the person making the drinks was having a chat then asked me what my order was again coffee taste burnt and wish I would of just gone to a petrol station as they are better also ment to be a large with 2 inches missing out the cup

Went to get 2 Frappes for myself and a work colleague. I ordered the new Tropical Mango Bubble Frappe but when i took it back to work there were no bubble pearls. The girl serving said when i was waiting that she was 'just blending the mango one' so i can only assume they put the bubble pearls into the blender too! It was still a nice drink but a shame as was looking forward to the 'bubbles' lol...

Been here a few times lately as the weather has been up and down. Asked for a hot chocolate large with a shot of caramel in, safe to say the flavour seems to be getting less and less just more milky. Staff rush around like headless chickens which resulted them in spilling drinks. Manager was not amused and asked them to slow down and concentrate.

A bit further out of town than the other two main coffee places but worth the walk, and if you're at the shipping park it's ideal. Nice friendly Costa who are getting to know us, nice to be able to sit outside

They struggle to understand my order of a frostino where as the other store in weavers wharf have No issue what so ever. They also charged me wrong They charged me over £5 for my order yet the costa in weavers charge me £3.70? Its ridiculous. The kitchen there is always messy and unkempt and the staff haven't really got a clue what they are doing .much prefer the costa in weavers wharf where staff know whay they are doing & happy to make any alterations to your drink you ask for.

Called in as usual for a coffee at 7.05 am today Told they were closed but they were serving a guy who said he was a special order to which I said it says you are open online and you are serving he said I paid online last night what has this got to do with anything the website states you are open I am a very regular customer on my way to work Always pooping in for my coffee but I guess this other guy was more important I am not impressed and that is it for me I will not use Costa again

Went for a coffee with friends, it was about 9.30am, the place was very dirty, the edges of the windows to the floor were covered in dust, dirt, food, no longer are the chairs being wiped down like before...tables a very quick wipe over...not sure if I would go back....it takes minutes to wipe everything down, sweep up after closing or before opening...but this obviously isn't being done !!!!!!!

Second and final visit here. To my server, your attitude stinks. If you dislike customers so much, perhaps you should find employment elsewhere. The flat white was also atrocious. Are you trying to get sacked?

This review is specifically for Costa on Crossley Park. Firstly, following covid rules is brilliant... but the customers clearly have no idea what 2m distance is. The staff seem stressed and aren’t overly welcoming (not all of them) NOTHING like Costa in town, that one is lovely.

Coffee was lovely but certain staff member not so much. Went to walk in as there was an available spot and she didn’t ask politely but said ‘go wait outside’ then she serves us doesn’t even look at us doesn’t bother asking if we need any sugars but asks everyone else. Didn’t use any manners. Laughed when my mum wanted to use a gift card to pay. Other staff member was lovely but didn’t like the mannerisms of this particular woman.

Covid free zone apparently. Staff not wearing masks and customers dropped theirs as theres no need. Two young guys from Kidderminster Harriers one not wearing a mask then using it as a neck warmer. No wonder why Covid is rampant.

Always great coffee! Usually lovely staff. This last time must have been an off day though. Batista with blonde hair was in a bad, bad mood. Might have been a genuine reason. Won't go into detail, but shouldn't happen in front of customers. As a result every staff member was preoccupied and lacking a smile as they are usually quite chirpy. Shame. I hope she sorted whatever it was and had a better evening 😊

Nice but the hand sanitizer is horrible

Only able to have a takeaway for obvious reasons relating to Covid. Missing my fix of Costa, husband had his Christmas favourite, Gingerbread Latte. My skinny Cappo as usual. Distancing observed very well as it has been throughout. Coffee still GREAT.
