Anyone don't eat this dixy food no good food pink chicken inside

food cold greasy falling apart threw half of it away (uncooked)inedible won't be order again what happened used to be okay.

Went in shop to order. Got the food home, started eating and lobbed in straight in the bin. Chicken wings=pink. Chicken fillet = pink, and luke warm. Fries horrible, like cardboard. Never again.

1st time going here, won't be a returning customer, food nothing like picture and small meals. Not worth the money avoid unless your looking something similar to a kids happy meal.

We placed our order at 11:45 at 11:04 I called the restaurant and asked them can you please have the order on time as it has been delayed serveral times, Make sure food comes fresh and give plenty of condiments as last time they dint give any.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life no flavour whatsoever, it tasted like that cheap party pizza you would have in school. The chicken was just okay at best barely meeting average. I will not be ordering from Dixy again

When the food arrived I opened the food with my partner to find the chicken stale and cold. With further investigation I was able to identify that the drink that was provided was out of date so we were unable to eat this. Regarding the burgers, we both did not eat all this as they were absolutely disgusting.

food was late being delivered, very spicey compared to normal but overall only lukewarm. chips / fries were hard and rubbery. won't be ordering from here even though they are close to home.

wasn't quite what I was expecting as I had put in a family boneless bucket, well that's what I thought and it wasn't.

Sent us the wrong order I asked them for no sauce or salad on the burger phoned them up to tell them they have sent one with it all on and they told me to wipe it off the burger I told them I had allergies and was disgusted to have been told this

Dixy always has the best chicken burger and wings, would really recommend it

arrived 45 minutes late but only after i got in touch with just eat and the restaurant , when the food came it was freezing and items that we had ordered had been replaced with other items , chicken was rubbery and inedible , fries were freezing along with everything else , really poor quality which is a pity as last 2 ordered meals that were ordered as a reorder were exactly as ordered and fast delivery , we wont use this restaurant again i wont be bitten twice

11/5/24. Ordered food at 4pm to deliver at 6pm. just eat app say delivered at 6.30pm. Calls restaurant who say they knocked. No answer so left food outside. Told them they must of delivered to wrong address as no food here & we’re waiting. After are hiring they finally got food to us at 7.45pm. Experienced ruined our first summer get together with friend’s. Embarrassing. Never using Just Eat again. Bitten twice this week.

Sorry but I can’t give a good review ordered a combo order and both chicken fillet burgers were missing. I appreciate you wanting to close but to deliver part of an order isn’t really acceptable when your taking peoples money. I understand your in a rush to go home and couldn’t be bothered to fire up the oven and knew by the time it was delivered you would be closed. Very disappointed. Apart from that the chicken was very nice but your review is a let down due to missing items

Beyond terrible. Cold food, food looks like different colours meaning some are fresh and others looks like last week or yesterday food. I’ve ordered from dizy many times but this company representing this company is beyond horrible

The delivery driver didn’t bother to find my house and just rang me. Gave me the wrong food. I have photos. Then 10 mins later knocked my door and said he had my order. Won’t order from there again. Complete joke. It’s not hard to look at the address and not hard to look at what order to what address. Waited an hour for someone else’s food which was half the price of mine. Poor service

Would give zero but can’t missed half my order off the delivery and when I tried too call the phone line would ring

food freezing cold no choice of what drink we wanted with our meal deal and only let you pick one side not 2 when it says choose your 2 sides it's only let's you pick one

The food was nice, but the masala fish was wrapped in a purple paper and the ink was stuck to the fish, I had to scrape it off. Hopefully next time will be wrapped in plain paper. Thanks

Good was tepid had to microwave it bread was moist very obvious they use frozen rolls, chicken tenders were cold and rubbery. Definitely not as good as dixy used to be when it first opened

What an absolute Gem of a pub! The pub itself is beautiful with such care and attention to detail and lovely features The staff really care about you and like to chat and get to know you and because of this it really has a lovely and friendly environment They have great range of drinks to suit everyone and there is such a nice sense of community as everyone chats to everyone which is so lovely to see Karaoke nights are such great fun and it's lovely to see both staff and customers get involved and having a sing along without any pressure. The bar also has several tvs to watch sports events no matter where you sit and has pool tables so it really is a great night for all x

Absolutely shocking! Ordered food at 6 pm through there app, come 7.20 still no food so I called to be told there app is working and the order hasn’t come though. Not the first time this has happened and then the food turns up and it wrong!

never received the food. restaurant said open till 4am on Just eat, so I ordered thinking it would arrive. it got past 3:30am so I checked online and it said they shut at 11pm. fix your just eat hours and stop stealing money from potential customers. they clearly know that this is happening as other customers have left a similar review. dodgy chicken shops ay

Best chicken spot on i know! Travel 30 minutes each time as everything closer doesn't compare. Great fir value and never had any problems with the food. The chicken wings are the main attraction 🔥

the guy who delivered didn’t even apologise or read any notes i put! i asked for him to call when here or leave behind the wall because the front door doesn’t work and he just handed it to me without saying anything or apologising for my wait, my food was barely warm, the chips were cold and so was most of the chicken, i probably won’t order from here again

Orderd the strawberry crush drink 2.29 and the gave me a can of pop lol that cost a fraction of the price so I paid for something on the menu and never got it

It was more then 60 minutes late it was 3 hours late due to them delivering it to the wrong house and when we did call them they said they delivered and they’re is nothing they can do so I called them and said they will speak to the driver and they will call us back in 10 minutes they didn’t call back in 10 minutes they called in 1 hour and a half and then they finally delivered the food and when they did deliver it was terrible the burger was hard chips was soggy because they were in a bag with

Driver couldn’t understand directions. I phoned several times. They wanted me to stand in the road even though I am house bound. When on the phone I was spoken over. I would not recommend this place at all. They have your money and not produce. I will never use them again.

I’m not one to exaggerate, and the people who dropped off my food seemed nice, but I have to be honest, and the food unfortunately wasn’t very warm and lacked a lot of flavour. I was very surprised by the kids wrap or mini wrap which was so soggy, it was as if it had been dunked in water and the chicken strip inside was bone dry and had a soggy batter on it. The signature or classic chicken I think it was, was moist, but again, the batter on it was so soggy and quite unpleasant. Thr onion rings were very soggy and felt wet as though lots of condensation had been sitting on them. The chicken nuggets were crisp, but had no taste either which was a let down. The chips were okay, but quite cold and on a slightly more positive note, the pizza was reasonable, but not the most flavourful again. I appreciate it was a delivery order, however it felt like the food had been siting for a while and for what I paid I do feel quite disappointed. Don’t want to slate the restaurant as it could have just been a one off, but I won’t go there again unless I see reviews or hear they have changed a bit.

Food did not arrive first was told we lived too far ( actually live a 2 min drive ) then was told the driver waited for 20 mins had rang the door bell and even rang my phone which was a total lie. He also says he has photographic proof of my door which I yet to see. Very rude man . They have lost a good customer

Sorry I couldn't answer the phone, the replacement fish burger instead of masala fish was lovely thank you. Hubby also enjoyed the spicy chicken burger supplemented too. Always enjoy x

Worst takeaway I've been to. Travelled to Kidderminster for business reasons. Service was extremely slow. They also made me the wrong burger. When the correct burger arrived, it was undercooked. The burgers of my friends on the flipside were overcooked/burnt. Very disappointing, didn't even finish our foods.

Food was cold, staff was abusive when I called the shop and what we did have was in correct. Drinks had been swooped out for cheaper drinks too. Would not use this place if I had to starve!
