Anything about Tesco's is excellent in Kidderminster. The Cafe? Surpasses itself. Food is excellent, Staff are Excellent. Do I have to say more? Actually I do, that lovely guy on as a guard at the store, and that's Dave! What a star, so helpful and I'm not saying anymore! He's just lovely. I will remind him of this when I next visit, and that's soon. Please get him to read this, and I bet he doesn't know who's rated him!!!!!!

Was really good, drinks and food was really good, and the staff were very friendly, and great with the grandchildren, we thought that everything was reasonably priced. The only thing that let's it down is the toilets, not the cafés fault as it's the supermarkets toilets, but they always smell.

We always have a good experience when visiting Tesco's cafe in Kidderminster. The staff are polite and helpful, the cafe is clean and the food is well cooked and well presented. There is always a wide variety of age groups, from young children to older adults which helps create a warm and friendly environment.

Fantastic clean and friendly food was good quality and well prepared. Staff go over and above here to enhance experience . Brill value ace coffee and bright and airy. Superb

The food we had here really wasn’t too badly priced for the quality and dish size. The service was warm and friendly, and the interior nice enough. I recommend if you need a quick, easy bite to eat

Food was overcooked, looked and tasted old. They obviously cook and hot hold items beyond their time. Dirty coffee cups and poor service. The manager seemed distant and didn't seem motivated to manage the staff very well and preferred to chat and giggle whilst customers could see. Tables were not cleaned and out of date sandwiches were in the fridge. Headless chickens running a business.

Use here quite a lot but today's experience has me doubting wether i will be going back or not. Waited 40 mins for food and wasn't that husy. Loaded hot dog was half the size it normally is and was a sausage they serve for breakfast and roll was hard and dry. The breakfast contents were dry and the toast came without butter and the extra toast ordered didn't come so had to ask for it and butter. To me the food was cooked and left under a heat lamp and forgotten about.

Whe here for a shop. Was upstairs looking at clothes. Finished at 21.02 too come down, too find the gate locked too first level. When I ask the manager why its was locked with out checking or warning on customer Announcements. Rude manager said use the lift. No reason why they haven't chcked anyone was up there. If this was a small kid or an early person the answer was a joke

Went to Tesco cafe on Tuesday for a quick lunch and coffee… been served by very friendly and helpful young girl Shannon. Had to asked about her name as she didn’t have name badge. She made my lunch experience very nice! Nothing was too much trouble for her. Definitely will be back.

Baked beans - cold Sausage - cold Butter - rock hard Hash brown - good. Had to get my fork and create a hole in the tomato ketchup as it went dry and solid. Fried egg was ok, found 2 pieces of shell hanging off it though. Bacon was alright. Wasn’t worth the money. 1 star was for the free parking for 3 hours and the club card points. Won’t be having a breakfast or a tea here again for a long time.

Rubbish cafe asked for a white coffee just given a black coffee no milk or anything had to wait 10 minutes for another member of staff to appear to be able to get any milk or sugar and then asked them what cold sandwiches they done just to be told there in the fridge when I looked they were just the kids triangles either ham or cheese when I said for adults she just said kids or adults there just the same . Rude ignorant staff rather stand around talking to each other than provide any customer service

Visited this morning for cooked breakfast,served by a lovely young lady,very efficient,very pleasant ,everything was very clean, was very nice food and a very good cup of coffee 👍

Really friendly girl called Olivia served us. Food was great. Had jacket potatoes. Good value too.

Saw the add for the new Cafe at the entrance, looked nice. So i ordered two breakfasts. ( in my opinion) the breakfast was pre cooked an when ordered put in the microwave, the bacon was a joke two little bits of burnt offering. The beans were that hot i almost burnt my mouth, the sausage not very nice, after a brief attempt to eat it we gave up and left it.Next time its Morrisons..

The worst staff ever! 08:40 they have told that cafe is not opened and than they started to laugh behind our backs!!!

Breakfast appeared freshly cooked and was very tasty. Shane they only did one size breakfast as could have done with more than one of each item, but price was reasonable. Friendly staff.

Fantastic value for money with great food. Lots of variety and everything is freshly made. Definitely worth visiting.

Me and my girlfriend give it a try to this lovely cafe. The food was amazingly tasty and a 5 stars service , can't say less... We will definitely come back here!

Decided before big shopping in Tesco to have a breakfast in Cafe. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Meal was very tasty and for very good value. Table, flore, toilettes everything was nicely clean and tidy. Will return again.

Have always enjoyed coming to the Canteen, they have the best English Breakfast, and freshly grounded coffee. The staff is very polite and helpful. The atmosphere is very friendly, and makes you feel like home, so you want to come back. The bathroom need renovation it is bit worn-out, but altogether I would recommend this place especially for families with kids, because their kids menu is very good, and fulfilled with all kinds healthy snacks. Definitely worth to visit. Vera

While staying at the nearby Travelodge, popped in for Brekkie before our much anticipated shopping day!!! We were pleasantly surprised. Good clean cafe, with good service, with Hot Brekkie & Hot Coffee. Definitely worth a try.

I visited Tesco cafe to get an all day breakfast! I ordered 2 sausages, 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, toast & a coffee & it came to £7:?? Extortionate for what you get & the quality was so poor I couldn't eat it! You'd think a supermarket cafe would serve the best produce to entice you to buy their food. No need to mention I won't be buying the sausages from here! The eggs & hash browns were so greasy it made me feel sick! Won't be returning! 🤢

We were staying at the Travelodge, but thought a short walk to Tesco's and "The Cafe" would be good for breakfast. It was extremely quiet, only one other customer at first and as far as we could see only one person doing the cooking, serving, clearing & washing up. Not ideal for Hygiene. We got what we ordered, an English breakfast with coffee, which was okay although it would have preferred it to have been hot rather than warm.

Went in to the tesco cafe for something to eat and found the staff friendly and helpful. They suggested I kept my receipt as I would need it to log out of the parking meaning I did not have to pay as I had spent over a fiver. There are machines outside that ask for your last three digits of your car number plate and then scans your receipt. The food was nice and it had a lovely veiw of the canal.

visited for a quick snack whilst shopping in Kidderminster. great choice of sandwiches, panini and hot meals. sandwiches had plenty of filling in them. carrot cake was lovely. The staff were only young but had a great sense of humour and were very friendly. The young lady came over when we were eating to see if everything was ok and did we need anything. table and floor were lovely and clean and so were the toilets. well done all of you

Popped into the Tesco store and decided to try out the cafe. Very pleasant staff served up a breakfast and avacado/tomato on toast. Both were excellent. Better than some restaurants who specialise in breakfasts. Will certainly be returning for more well done
